My daughter wanted mehendi for her 10th birthday and I decided to take her to Naheed base don the Unilocal reviews. Naheed is very talented and the mehendi was very intricate. She did not take any shortcuts! It was very quick – she took an hour for both hands front and back.
The mehendi was done out of her home in Fremont.

Naheed did my mehendi for both my wedding and my first Karwa Chauth. It turned out beautiful both times! The color is incredible and it lasts a long time. Naheed is creative, friendly and has incredible mehendi skills! I will never go to anyone else for my mehendi again!

Naheed Adenwalla is a truly talented henna/​mehendi artist! I hired her for my mehendi party before my wedding. She was very good at responding to all my emails and phone calls and gave me a very competitive package rate. On the day, she drove all the way to my place in Oakland. She deftly completed my mehendi (full arms) in under 2 hours and then proceeded to paint smaller tattoos on all my guests’ hands, adding a touch of glitter for added enjoyment. My guests were a mixture of Americans who weren’t familiar with the tradition, and south Asians. She answered everyone’s questions very patiently. She even drew fun designs on the kids’ hands. Everyone LOVED her designs. She totally blended in with the atmosphere (an informal garden party) and seemed like she enjoyed herself too! I would not hesitate to recommend her!

I can’t say enough about the amazing work of Naheed at Mehendi Palace. Naheed is a henna/​mehendi artist who can create works of art within minutes. I contacted her two weeks before my henna party and she was responsive and complied with my request. She was affordable at $ 75/​hr and drove all the way to Hercules to where my mehendi was held (with a travel fee of $ 50 but since I hired her for 4 hour event, she gave me a discount of $ 25).
My guests raved about how efficient and talented she was and that she was the best henna artist they’ve met. This was telling of the long lines that was formed to get their henna done. Because I was the bride to be, she created a beautiful henna artwork especially for me. Thank you Naheed for all your hard work!
