I have been a long time customer of the Carpet Doctor. They are professional and good at what they do. My most recent service was yesterday and I am once again pleased with the results! They don’t leave your rugs wet and they are dry within a couple of hours. They have responded to emergency calls for Balsamic vinegar spilled in my couch, Nail polish splattered in my carpets, throw up, and most recently Bunny pee. (Yes, I am the Mom to young children and we have had our share of carpet disasters!) I wholeheartedly recommend this company for any of your carpet cleaning and repair needs! They are thorough and affordable.

They cleaned my carpet and did a good job; however, I just had my kitchen remodeled and had The Carpet Doctor finish the edge of the carpet that ran along my new cabinets. To my disappointment, they made several sliced marks on the new cabinet while trimming the carpet. When I brought it to Lee’s attention, he provided a wood crayon to fill in the damage. I rated them 1 star for the carpet repair, and would rate them 4 stars for cleaning.

I was extremely impressed with the service. They were on time and did a great job cleaning my carpets. They even got out a fruit stain from where my 3 year old spilled her juice and my carpets are almost white!
Very clean and friendly. I would recommend the Carpet Doctor to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.
