Decided to engage Joseph for my 2 room crown molding project based on Unilocal reviews, and it turned out great.
He was responsive & on time, gave an accurate appraisal of what the job would involve, and then on the day of work he and his partner helped collect the material, arrived right on time & did a great job to complete both rooms within a single day. The crown was installed & fit very well, great corner work & you can tell he has a lot of experience in this line of work
Its always a bit of a gamble to engage a contractor, but based on the crown molding i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joseph, and am looking around for other projects he can help me with at home. Definite 5*.

I used Alcazar Construction to remodel my kitchen, Joseph was able to complete my new kitchen ahead of schedule. He is honest and competent at his trade. The cabinets were installed flawlessly!!! Also, he hires excellent sub contractors to everything gets done right the first time. I’m planning to use them again when I remodel my 2 bathrooms. This is as good as it gets!!!
