Chem-Dry of Silicon Valley

I have used them for years. I only have area rugs so it is great price and they can usually come out within the week. A family owned business worth supporting.

I never write reviews but I had such an awful experience that I had to share. Service Tech was good. They did not take care of the carpet issues the first time and had them come back. When they did, all that was done was a spray. I could had gone to target and gotten some fabreze and done it myself! They came back for a 3^rd cleaning and there was confusion with the timing for them to come out. When I called, the receptionist (who has no tact) said she never makes mistakes (I am sure she also walks on water) said I am not her client! First, I am the one who initiated service to my rental unit, and it is my home-​she said I am a tenant, and her contract is with my landlord. Uhm hello-​who do you think the landlord got their direction from? Get real. Also, I scheduled the appointment, and who do you think puts money in the landlords pocket? Know your consumer! She was rude, condescending, and without class. 2 stars for the service tech, 0 stars for the operators of the business. Suggestion to them, go take a customer service class-​and even when the customer might be wrong, remember-​always be professional! 380 bucks to your bottom line, but 0 bucks ever again!!! Unilocalers, take your business elsewhere… there are plenty of carpet cleaning services elsewhere!

Family owned and operated and AWESOME! Efficient and on time (a great plus with busy schedules) Greg helped me out and cleaned my puppy-​fied carpets! He also gave me some great tips for when more accidents happen! Which they always do!
