This Taco Bell was pretty good. The staff was really nice and FAST. I WILL be going back.

Slowest drive thru ever! Even at 11:30ish pm on a Tuesday… But nothing beats crunchy tacos after an evening of drinking. Shout out to our über driver for getting water for us, smart move

The last couple times their taco shells and nacho chips were stale. The last time we ate their I found a hair in my nachos bell grande. No good!

God this is the WORST drive through of any kind that I’ve come across. It’s the only Taco Bell near me with a drive through and with a toddler it’s nice to be able to not have to take him out if the car. I won’t come here again though. The communication between the people that actually take the order and those who put the food in is horrendous. Either the person taking the order is putting it in incorrectly or the person making the food is failing to read the order correctly. Today was the third time I’ve had to either get out and go in anyways(defeating the purpose) or sit and go through the drive through AGAIN which then holds up the rest of the line behind me while the order is fixed. What is most frustrating is that the order is never just corrected, I’ve got to check it and ask them to fix it AGAIN because once they fix something they screw something else up. You can tell the ladies working the drive through window do NOT want to work their, it’s a shame that they make the customers suffer for their lack of enthusiasm for where they work. :/

I wish I did not have to go to this location but I needed to pick up food for someone else! !! No matter how long the line at drive thru DONOT take the time to walk in, they DON’T care. I watched 12 cars go thru while I waited 15 min. For 2 chicken tacos. There was 2 customers before me that waited over 20 mins. One had even ordered on line ahead of time!!! You need to close the front doors and make it a drive thru ONLY because that’s all you care about. …each car only took 1 ½ min they proudly display that! Also, they DON’T all speak English. The people REALLY in charge need to read the reviews and take action.

Always has a lot of people hanging out all over the restaurant that are just loitering. Pretty certain they are homeless and I feel for them but Taco Bell should not allow them to just sit around and take up the seats for customers

Zero star review if it was possible. I went to this place from 2007 – 2010. It didn’t matter which shift, manager or year. They screwed-up my order more than 50% of the time. The final time, the person was going to give me the order, took it back, re-made it and then gave it to me still wrong. I sent a complaint to their corp. HQ and never got my money back or any type of response.

Place is great. People complaining because food took long? Yes it takes a while the place is always packed and long drive thru lines. If you want your order right and don’t wanna wait, order online! I go here at-least once a week and they are always focused on customer service. I’ve never been to a Taco Bell where thy actually ask you” is everything ok?” While your eating. My foods always right because I’m not screaming my order over the intercom at drive thru. The app makes life easier for everyone. So good job to the manager of this location. I think your crew is doing great.

This place was terrible on service. We ordered 25 $ in food and had to wait 15 minutes. I had kids with me and they had watch other people get their food before I had to ask about our food. Manager was rude and I will never come back here

Nothing against Taco Bell. Nothing at all; I modify my selections so that they are vegetarian/vegan. Anyway, Saturday night drive through was long as per usual. Finally received our food and to our mistake we drove off(about 5 feet forward, making it impossible to back up in line) without fully checking our order. They had forgotten something: a burrito and the guacamole on my salad which I pay .40 cents for(it’s the principle, people). Do I: knock on their locked doors until someone helps me, side by side with a delusional transient who is talking to the corner post of the establishment? Or do I: walk up to the drive through window, not-so-rudely side by side next to a car patiently waiting for their order and let TB know they had forgotten something? I chose the latter, all for my boyfriend(it was his order they forgot). So yes, I squish in between the current car and the drive through window and let the lady delivering orders know that she had forgotten my order. She chuckles, screams out to her colleague in the establishment, naming the exact item they forgot(without asking me what they had forgotten, admitting that they knew they forgot my order) and theeeen asking me what item it was they forgot. I said, yes – it was that burrito you just named. A couple minutes later, the female gave my my order with a chuckle, and that was that. Around 1am on Saturday night, dark hair, thick, square rimmed glasses. No sorries, no thank yous. No customer service, and no – no moving up the ladder for any one of you. Enjoy forgetting orders because ultimately that will be your only outlet of satisfaction for your short and uninteresting lives.

I understand that it is hard to push buttons. I understand that people with a middle school education are only capable of so much. But when all you order are two cheesy potato burritos and you end up getting two beefy burritos, it makes you wonder what the hell is going on. I don’t expect gourmet food to satisfy my palate. I just want you to get your simple and easy job right.

Huge line in the drive thru, very busy inside. Just got a couple tacos and burritos. They were fine, not amazing but not bad at all. Would try them again.

No one here was smiling. Even the customers. It was kinda sad and they were slow too. Maybe I came at a bad time lol!

Came here since I was in the area and the group wanted some fast food. I ordered my usual Loaded Grillers and although the food quality was what I expected, the overall experience was mediocre at best. The tables were dirty and there weren’t that many places to sit. It seemed as though they didn’t make an attempt to make use of the space. Overall a mediocre experience for eating at a restaurant and I would definitely recommend eating elsewhere, especially since there are so many other restaurants in the complex.

Poor customer service, poor attention to orders. If u want ur food right I wouldn’t go to this Taco Bell. I would try a different store. The one on Monterey Hwy seems to be a lot better. I mean anyone can make a mistake but sets apart the excellent from the mediocre is how you handle those mistakes. That is what makes this TacoBell receive a F in my book.

«Do you wanna do something fun?» «Wanna go get Taco Bell?» I love this quote. Sometimes you just crave Taco Bell. When I crave Taco Bell, I will get my Taco Bell. It’s not like the authentic Mexican food, but it hits the spot. The new quesarito was pretty good, but I feel like they downsized the nachos. Eh, can’t really complain with a fast food chain restaurant. If you wanna go do something fun, come get your Taco Bell! It has lots of selections and the people are really nice.

So my sister and I decided we wanted some tacos. When we were ordering the lady that was taking our order in the drive through was very rude and she cut us off and just gave us the cost total. When we got to the window to pay her she was really rude and rolled her eyes with attitude. GREAT customer service right?! Not.

They really deserve no stars. I even contemplated whether or not to write directly to a higher power. This location is just horrible, plain and simple. I got food poisoning a couple times here maybe from them using expired products? And I guess it is partially my fault for coming back here. Today I ordered through drive thru and everything seemed fine. When I finally picked up my food and was half way home I realized they didn’t include my cinnamon twists. I immediately called and the manager offered no solution except I can drive back and get my twists. I can’t believe how incompetent the workers are here and how rude the«manager» who barely speaks any English is. I eventually said eff the cinnamon twists but I am still upset about the manager who was speaking in spanglish. A word of advice, skip this one. Save yourself a wasted couple of dollars and an upset stomach.

I like coming here especially since it’s open super late. However, tonight my boyfriend & I decided to grab some food before heading home. He ordered a Smothered Burrito. Halfway through the burrito, he lifts his fork up and asks me «What is this?»… It was a long black strand. Too thick to be a hair, and looked more like a long piece of thread from a black sweatshirt. Definitely not something we wanted to find in our food. Won’t be returning anytime soon for 4th meal.

First off. Drive thru service is all I’ve ever had from here but waiting in my car for 10 at night? I can see that inside is poppin’ packed tables. I’ve only had their breakfast here once about a month ago. No biggie, breakfast sausage burrito is better at McDonald’s but iced vanilla coffee is delicious :) I like that over McD anytime although their sizes for coffee is pretty small. Doritos Locos supreme, no tomato, was actually pretty decent. The Doritos shell made it a bit salty to my taste, but it’s not bad either, lovely crunch without crumbs or taco shells breaking. Beef Supreme chalupa, no tomato, has always been my safe food from taco bell, can never go wrong. Tonight was the night to be wrong I guess. My chalupa was cold and stale … I couldn’t bite into my chalupa :(I mean the drive-thru line was long but I still had to wait after I paid for my food. I would’ve thought with the wait it’s coming warm off of somewhere. But it was cold, and hard to bite into. I should’ve stuck with my taco bell from my neighborhood instead of the one near work.
