The associates here are so fun and so helpful!
Julian helped my friend get makeup that fits her look! She is new to using make up so he made it simple for her to do. She looked so great after! He even took extra time to help her gather all the makeup that she wanted!
Also, JR was so helpful getting us more make up!
They are awesome! Julian and JR were so much fun to be around!
Even though this Sephora is really far out of my way, this will be my main Sephora to go to!

Just left this store for the second time today. And both times Monica was a absolute delight. She was very friendly and attentive. She helped me with everything and more. Michelle is another favorite of mine also the manager there is a sweet heart I always forget her name. But I love this sephora I don’t see why they don’t have more stars

Worst service ever! They’re stingy with samples. They give you the hardest time with returns and exchanges. They need more training because they just try to sell you a product that doesn’t even fit your needs!!! Very disappointed with they’re service!

This review is for Junior and several other of the girls that work that this establishment. I always love to come here for my cosmetic needs– I’m a former makeup artist who also has been frequenting Sephora stores as I get ready for my wedding. I had so much fun here with these folks, and a lot of them know more about product than people at the larger Sephora stores. Sometimes stock is low on some of the more popular items, but I usually can get what I need with no issues. Thanks SJCP staff for helping me with my wedding makeup!

I went today to sephora because I wanted to purchase a foundation. So I was looking around and there was two workers there at noon but they just gave dirty looks like they just didn’t want to work. And I was going back and forth I front of them an story STILL DIDNT COME AND HELP ME ! Instead they were to busy talking to each other and doing they’re makeup. And one of them even pushed me while passing me and then said with an attitude «sorry» but she never looked back so I was like really I worked in retail and never acted like that. So I just left and went to sephora at Oakridge mall where they have good customer service and actually have good makeup skills. This place sucks they need to retrain the employees how to properly treat customers.
