Pretzelmaker

I got 2 smoothies (which I think it shoukd be called «v8 juice with tons of ice and some milk) and 1 cinnamon pretzel and a cup of pretzel dogs, my 4 year wanted to have this so I decided to buy fir both of us, but honestly I regret because I paid 26.97 total, and the smoothies? were small size with no taste at all, the worst Ive tried in my life, the price for each was 7.99…and not even worth 1 dollar, plus rhey dont have the attention of givibg the customer a detailed receipt of each thing you are paying for, instead you will get a small receipt with only the total, the prices on the board are not even ckear to customer and wont evem say in small plus taxes. so imagine the surprise when you get the receipt with the big number not worth what you get for what you pay. After checking my receipt I asked the lady nicely if you could give me the detailed price of each item and the response was unclear but ended up on me being charged an extra pack of cheese that I didnt order (0.89 cts). Well this being said I will not go back there for a new rip off, I rather go to Annie’s Pretzels even though they have understandable high price the product is worth the pay and you know exactly what you are paying for.

They stopped making pretzels ½ hour to 5… turned us away plus 8 or 9 other customers we saw. And they closed 10 minutes early. Guess business is good enough they don’t need extra sales.

Their pretzel hot dogs are great! Got a coupon from Groupon and so worth it. I’ll keep coming back.

Today I came to the Pretzelmaker to request the free pretzel as it was Pretzel Day and I did receive the email that states it was today. It also stated that this particular restaurant was participating. As it stated this, it never occurred to me that I would have to call to confirm this. Sadly, the staff told me that they are not doing this offer. My boyfriend and I drove a long way just to get the free pretzels. I would have bought two drinks if the Pretzel Day deal was honored. This was very upsetting. Let me suggest that future promotional offers are updated as to what locations are for sure participating in the offer.

Pretty good pretzels. I ordered the cinnamon flavor and snuck it into the theatre. Hey, I’m not paying for over priced food lol. When I approached the counter it took the lady a lot longer to attend to me than expected. They accept cards which is a plus for me.

I am a superfan of their pretzels here. Just a plain pretzel with no salt and nacho cheese to dip it with. so good. everytime i come to the mall i have to make a stop here. seriously, every time! I feel like its way better than annie’s
