Burger King

It’s a basic BK but it has the advantage of NOT being an Asian eatery or taqeria in this part of SJ. I’m sure it’s nice if you want something different than ethnic food. I have yet to reach that point whenever I’m in this area.
I’ve been here only twice — once was when a friend wanted to eat before going to nearby Viet café CN1. The other time I wanted some onion rings to snack on with my Viet coffee. Good times.
Note they are currently remodeling but remains open for business. They also share a parking lot with CN1 but has their own BK-​designated spots, and is located right off 280 at the McLaughlin Ave exit.

Every time I go here I am disappointed. They never get it right. Charged me for double whopper with cheese and bacon. Got a regular whopper no bacon. Also paid for med. size hot a small. Other burger was a whopper with cheese and bacon. It was correct I guess if you call a small 1 little slice of bacon having bacon on it. I really need to stop going there. The girl at the drive threw looked and acted annoyed to be at work.

Asian woman with HEAVY accent working at 12:30 pm for the drive through has terrible customer service. If you ask her a simple question outside the usual dialogue she gives she seems to take offense and gives an unnecessarily long excuse to get out of the situation. Chick needs to calm to hell down or not work customer service.

The mango smoothie is so good I rather go here than Jamba juice since they always close at 8 at my nearest location.

I don’t really care for burger king or writing reviews but this one was by far the best one ive been to. I felt welcomed and my cashier was so polite and sweet as well as the manager. The place is well kept and really clean, especially in the back. Im very surprised by how clean the floor was I couldn’t stop looking at it. Definitely going back.

I have been very pleased with the staff at this location. They are very nice to us every time we come (drive-​thru and dine-​in). The food is as expected for a Burger King. It is located right near highway 280, which makes it easy to make a BK stop on the way to anywhere else. However, the parking lot is very narrow. If there’s more than just a couple cars, it gets hard to park and back out.

Really horrible service. Waiting period is hella long. It’s fast food. Shouldn’t be here for over 10 mins when there’s only one car in front. Maybe I’m just impatient lol

Ever since the new CEO streamlined the menu and improved customer service this Burger King has improved.
Just go inside. The menus are on frickin LCD screens. They’ve also reduced the amount of options, but I don’t really care because ever since then I’ve ordered only tasty stuff.

+ The mushroom and swiss BIG KING sandwich is an excellent choice — really great-​tasting beef with cheese that *actually* taste swiss. It didn’t look like the picture, but it surprised me because
+ Burger King fries are my favorite. They’re not as dry and boring as In N’ Out fries, but they’re not as greasy as McD’s. They’re just nice and toasty and right — great recipe.
+ I pass by this BK on the way to AM work. I really enjoy getting French waffle toast sticks with syrup (they do not preserve well though). The crossiantwich is another great option, with BK coffee actually tasting quite good.
+ Not a lot of traffic ever. Nice, quiet location. Plenty of parking too. Drive thru available (but only one lane).
+ Inexpensive and great budget options.

— I wish they had a TV or something interesting for the kids and family, but there is really nothing inside but the LCD menus.
B+ Could be more, but a good start. Confident in the direction the franchise is going.

Burger King 2 for $ 5.
Ordered the chicken sandwich. One original and one spicy both for $ 5 and some change.
Not bad.
Had added LARGE fries and onion rings.
And a small drink.
Total to less than $ 13.00
Not bad if you grew up eating this and then all of a sudden have a craving for it.
Would recommend this but maybe a different location due to the fact the location is not so fancy.

Slowest BK in the world and rude staff that works there especially the old Mexican ladies i would recommend not to go here if you don’t want to have a bad eat! Ive lived in the neighborhood for years and i have not seen it get better at all!

I feel as though I’m gambling every time I eat here…

B.K. was quiet during lunch. no lines. cool since wanted coffee. in and out within minutes.

I recommend trying their milkshakes, the chocolate is the best. I recently discovered these mouth watering jems & you can’t beat it for the price!
