I like the pretzel, but I don’t the girls’ customer service. I don’t see any enthusiasm from them toward people who order. They don’t even call name when the order is ready.

love the pretzels here and the staff is usually nice. Hate that they don’t give discounts at the end of the day like Wetzel’s pretzels does at Oakridge. If you go to Eastridge even 2 times a month you need to download the app! it gives you discounts and sometimes freebies if you sign up for their emails too.

I absolutely love Auntie Anne’s pretzels, and their $ 1 Tuesday deal is great. However, their customer service is terrible The girl working the register looked disinterested and even mad that I was making an order. She would just be looking off to the side as if I were wasting her time. It’s unfortunate, because as much as I like Auntie Anne’s, I feel uncomfortable making an order.

The pretzels are well made but the customer service is why Im giving this place 2 stars. Not all the workers are rude just 1 in particular cant seem to get her attitude right when it comes to helping a customer. I recieved unneccessary attitude from Janet who apparently is the«Shift Leader» and I never write reviews but with how snappy she is I just felt the need. An incident occured today. I had a coupon for bogo free pretzel and I made my order w/Janet since she was at the register and as Im about to hand her my card and the coupon she makes a remark, «Are you going to give me a coupon? You were supposed to do that at the beginning.» I was shocked at how rude this girl was. How was I suppose to know I had to give the coupon beforehand? Does it matter that much? It wasnt the first time I used a coupon there and each time the other employees were fine with me handing it to them after. Maybe this comes off to be not that big of a deal to some but I cant deal with rude people who feel the need to snap at customers for no reason. Overall, Im done coming here. Janet should fix her bitter attitude or be fired.

Love the pretzels but the customer service is poor. The three teenage girls working here are rude to me every time, I get eye rolls or they are too busy to take my order. It’s weird, it’s just pretzels girls, lighten up!

I really like Auntie Anne’s almond pretzel, the texture and sweetness is just right! But if you want something sweeter, try Wetzel’s Pretzels almond crunch, it’s definitely sweeter. For something a little spicy I would go for my other favorite, the jalapeño pretzel with hot salsa cheese dip! Mmmm~

My daughter enjoys pretzels. I don’t think she can distinguish between Auntie Anne’s and Wetzel’s Pretzels but what do I know? I can’t speak on her behalf. I am not a pretzel girl, well if it’s there then I’ll definitely eat it but my choice for a snack at the mall is always something in the chocolate department. I remember this day down to the T; I got to the mall after the gym, after the temple, and after grocery shopping at Sprouts(trying to be healthy) but I stole a bite out of my daughter’s pretzel sticks(cinnamon) and indeed it was buttery, doughy, and cinnamony. I gave 2 – 3 to my monster to keep him occupied whilst I was at Daiso and Noonie’s(yes, I had a cupcake for«breakfast») since I didn’t technically have breakfast nor lunch yet and it was after noon. What I like about Auntie Anne’s is that you can see how the pretezels are prepped, prepared, and baked. Staff wear gloves so there’s a slim chance of getting things contaminated which brings me to an interesting Unilocal fact from Bloomberg; that Unilocal will add health inspection scores. The objective is to promote«public well being». The great thing is that the Bay Area and New York City will start to implement this and that means us! If you do not have a sweet tooth like myself then I congratulate you as you may have saved yourself at least 20 – 30 minutes of rigorous cardio at the gym but these pretzels are just as deadly, w/o the sugar spike. P. S. They sell Auntie Anne’s pretzel kits at Bed, Bath, and Beyond(and I bought it) but I saw those kits there, too so I’m not sure if they are selling it or baking it from the kit.

Why am I so addicted to bad carbs? Jalepeno pretzel with cheese? Delish. Cinnamon sugar/raisin pretzel with cream cheese? Awesome. Sour cream and onion pretzel… I give in! Soft and fluffy with a chewy outside. Customer service is OK.

Gotta say I love auntie anne’s pretzels! Whether it be this location or any it’s hard to walk by this place without picking up one these bad boys. I’ve had every flavor and think as long as you pair it up with a good dip you can’t go wrong. The pretzels are also so soft and warm gosh my mouth is watering thinking about them! Love the pizza pretzel with marinara, almond with caramel, and pretzeldog with hot salsa cheese. Buy 3 get 1 free and all for me: D. Great lemonade too. Yummy!

I Love soft, overpriced, pretzels. Every time I go into a mall the sweet smell of soft pretzels slow baking makes my mouth water. I uncontrollably have to have one, or a baker’s dozen. I did notice they stopped pre-drizzling the glazed raisin, now it is just the dipped raisin. All in all I recommend this place to anyone who even remotely likes soft baked pretzels.

3.5 stars I remember as a kid I use to love going to eastridge mall and buying the sour cream and onion pretzel. They were my favorites. They had a deal, buy 3 get one free tool Then later during high school, I believe they got on their discount cards too. Too bad they don’t have those now. They still give out samples here and there though, of course, they never give out my favorite.

You can smell the buttered pretzel from miles away. From sweet to hearty. Plain, cinnamon, jalapeño, almond, all awesome. Try the pretzel sticks with cheese sauce.

Soft, warm buttery pretzels! What’s not to like? One star off, because the jalapeño pretzel I got was really buttery. Don’t get me wrong, I love butter, but it started giving me oily fingers while I ate. I don’t remember them being so buttery like that. Overall, it was a good snack that got my energy up while shopping the sales after Christmas.

The smell of dough, butter, and salt is intoxicating. I knew my boyfriend was special when he brought me home an Auntie Anne’s when I was sick. I compare all other pretzels to these. None other compare. Original, no salt, with cheese dip. Cinnamon sugar pretzel with cheese dip(when I’m feeling extra gluttonous). MMM…thank you, Auntie Anne, for being the most delicious way to keep my BMI higher than it should be.

Why is that whenever I come to the mall to shop, I always find myself in front of one these stands? It’s almost involuntary… like those cartoons where the aroma lures them in on a floating cloud. 5 big red ones for the deliciousness that is Auntie Anne’s.

They make the softest pretzels. I personally know the manager of this branch, she is a very good friend. She makes sure that everything is fresh and that her workers have a schedule that they like. So with that knowledge in mind, I go here and don’t feel scared to eat the pretzels, or shall I say devour them… So good.

This is the closet location to my house and I never have any problems but the lines are always long. I would think about pretzels every now and then and would drive here just to get some. I love this place and every Auntie Anne’s that I have gone too. In fact, their email spam and cool stamp cards have saved me money and has gotten me free pretzels from them. They have the best strawberry lemonade and their pretzels are always fresh, soft, warm, and they will give you the one you want. Point, eat, drink, and you’ll be happy! Yumm, I’m craving for a pretzel now!
