Pizza Hut

Had an order for pick up and as I waited outside for it to be ready I watched these people walk around, go outside and talk to their friends who happened to be smoking a bowl outside this establishment. As my order was ready I noticed in the car that it hadn’t even been prepared correctly. I mean if you have all that time on your hands to skip around holding hands then you should be able to complete my order instead of looking at me like I’m suppose to do your job and fix my order.

I decided to give this place another chance and I don’t know why. 1^st I placed an order for delivery since I had a house full of hungry kids. They brought the wrong order and refused to make it right unless I got in my car and went down there. Sure let me just stuff 9kids in a car and I will be right over… NOT… How about I will be thoughtful and pay your driver for his gas to come back with my Correct order… They said NOPE… What kind of service is that?
I called today after watching the $ 5 specials all day long. I was prepared to order a bunch of stuff until they told me they don’t have that special and everything is basically regular price. I was about to have my husband drive to another location and tried to place an order with them and the guy on the phone told me I had to call Cherry location. Umm no, I want the special… I told him again we will pick it up and he told me he would give the number to Cherry.
Pizza hut you have some work to do. Some people work harder than you and don’t have time or patients for stupidity. This is me being nice, I had a bunch of colorful words come out when I hung up. I can only imagine how many people you must piss off on a daily… I will never purchase pizza from Pizza Hut Again… NEVER…

Worst delivery service ever!!! My order came an hour late and cold. The workers didn’t even manage to call and tell me that it was gonna be late in the first place. When it got to 10 mins being late… I called to see where it was at! They told me that they were backed up so after 50 mins flew by… I called again. This time I demanded to speak to the manager… I was so freakin’ hangry! I demanded for my money back which I got! Ugh! I like Pizza Hut but nah never from them again!

Been here a few times customer service and my order has been on point and better! I love that they have new things and the cheese crust is the bomb. Will return here when I need a pizza fix!

I’ve used this Pizza Hut a few times. Calling is good but online ordering? Didn’t even start my pizza when I showed up to pick it up at the ready time!

She was so professional and so helpful tonight on the phone as busy as she was. The place was hopping tonight.
She even helped me by taking the time (as busy as they were) to offer me specifically what the promotional coupons actually stated which were actually more beneficial to me.
Elena was so great in serving us over the phone (DID I MENTION HOW EXTREMELY BUSY THIS PLACE WAS) that I thought I was talking to an upscale restaurant and not a fast food place!
When we arrived to pick up our order, the busy bees were all buzzing around (about 10 workers in an approx. 20×20 foot square room. Elena said it was her 60^th day today since hired — WHAAAT??? She will go far and fast.
The Pizza was excellent also!

This place is awful. Ordered through the Pizza Hut app on my iPhone. Took two hours to get cold pizza. I live about 200 yards from this place. Should be delivered hot. Bottom line, the pizza was terrible. I threw almost all of it away. Have had way better frozen pizza. Have given them chance after chance but no more.

I don’t understand. I ordered a pizza, and taking a bite of the greasy over the top in butter coated topping, i took a bite to half swallow then choke on a hair. Yes a hair. A 14 inch piece of hair. That just shows the quality of the management and food sanitation of this place. Sketchy part of SJ for food and a sketchy pizza. Order of service was slow as well. I was guaranteed to get my pizza by 830 and I was still in the store for 845. They don’t even have drivers to my place that is literately 1.5 miles away. Next time Ill just go to safeway and throw one in the oven that way I won’t cause a near death experience by choke on a piece of hair and throwing it up like i did for this place.

Slow. And most recently the breadsticks still had pieces of cinnamon breadsticks on them. Super appetizing for dinner. Literally it is an hour wait for delivery. This place sucks.

Not good! Hasn’t been good the past 2 times I’ve ordered from there. The pizza dough was soggy most likely because it well over an hour late. We ordered two large pizzas one cheese, the other pepperoni. We ate them when they arrived, but nobody went back for left overs I ended up throwing out almost a whole pizza because it was inferior. I live so close to this place I could tell my pizza had been made a long time ago since it was soggy and only mildly warm upon arrival. I’m done ordering from here.

Should have just stuck with Pizza My Heart instead of going the cheaper route tonight. I ordered a thin crust Super Supreme and under the special requests section I add «Extra Bake» to ensure the crust was actually done. Pizza arrives on time but that doesn’t make up for the short comings.
The pizza was far from actually being done, and they most definitely didn’t even attempt to bake it a little extra as the bottom of the pizza was white as day and borderline raw.
Now for the delivery driver. I get the whole idea about tipping delivery drivers even though they earn above minimum wage but when a customer hands over a $ 20 bill for a $ 15.77 tab you don’t just give $ 3 in change back. It was more than apparent the driver was attempting to take his tip on his own instead of letting me make that decision as it rightfully was my money. When I brought up the discrepancy with the driver he reluctantly handed me the rest of my change. Sad thing was if he would have just handed me the correct change to begin with he would have just gotten it all handed right back to him. Unfortunately for him he earned no tip in the end due to his own failure to think for a moment instead of attempting to just take what he thought he deserved.

my husband loves my pasta and usually will not eat any other unless we go to a relative.
however, every once in a while we order the marinara pasta and bread sticks from this pizza hut and the employees are always very polite and want to help and their delivery is normally fast.
this is the only pizza hut we have used since we moved to san jose. we are very please and would give a 10 but the stars only go to 5.

Lived in the area for quite a few years, and come here quite often. Thought it was about time to leave my review. Never had a bad experience. Always had pleasant experiences with the staff here. My most recent encounter was with a slightly older lady; very sweet lady, seemed like she was the only one working at the time and was quite busy. Nonetheless, she was very kind to all the customers.

They took over two hours to deliver my pizza. When they showed up my girlfriend had left to go to the gas station and the card wasn’t there when they showed up. Not only would they not give me the food but they were very rude! It was a guy kind of tall that drove a black mustang! Are you kidding me? Never again, just won’t even attempt to call!

This place always takes FOREVER To deliver your order despite the promise time given when placing the order. The management is very unprofessional and doesn’t seem to care about resolving this issue. I have had numerous issues with this location. I wish there was a different Pizza Hut in my delivery area.

Make sure you call two hours ahead for delivery orders, or you will be hungry and angry. I called them and ask where was my pizza the guy who answer the phone didn’t even apologize for the delay!
Sorry deliver guy you didn’t get much tips with this delivery, after that long time of waiting I just didn’t feel like tip as I should at all.

I called to order pizza they told me an hour I come to pick up my order I had to wait for 20 mins more and there customer service don’t recommend for anyone

This Pizza Hut Deserves 5 stars.
One star for the delicious pizza and cinnamon sticks, which were hot, fresh, and ready on time
And four stars for Josie, the cashier who helped us out this evening. She was super friendly and provided nothing short of excellent customer service. She showed us our order to confirm that it was correct and made conversation while doing so!
Great customer service goes a long way!

Very small. Pick up only. The staff are friendly if its not busy. But the girl helping me had a HUGE hickey on her neck and it was gross. Pizza was ok. But nothing like the other Pizza huts I go to. Dry and sadly reminded me of the $ 5 little C’s pizza… but little C’s would have been better.

Yes, it’s a chain. But for $ 10 for any sized pizza with any toppings you want, it’s a steal. I was hungry, and on a budget, and a large pizza will feed me for days. So picked one up within 30 minutes of my call, and this is definitley a pick up or delivery place only, no seating inside.
My only con is there was a worker on the phone taking orders, and I just stood there, as the delivery guy walked back in, and 2 other people putting pizzas together. I think I waited a good 5 minutes, as no one tended to me or even asked for my name. But, they must’ve known my order wasn’t ready as finally someone called my name and handed me my piping hot large pizza with everything possible almost.
I thought my mom would gag at how oily their pan pizza is, but she loved it! Obviously she does not eat pizza often, but although oily and not comparable to other pizza joints that cost twice as much, for $ 10, can’t go wrong!
