Excellent service and great location. The coffee was pretty good but not over the top. Service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Great for an afternoon retreat. It wasn’t too crowded but the space is limited.

Inconsistent drinks, but it’s my neighborhood Peet’s and the Italians out front are my friends. Wish they made drinks like they do at the Peet’s on The Alameda!

Always friendly service. Sometimes a little slow but seems like they care. And of course the coffee is delicious.

I am obsessed with the Black tie — Peet’s version of a Vietnamese Iced Coffee. And with the sun coming out and weather starting to warm up a bit it has been all that I’ve been craving. The workers here were like a super well oiled machine. Super smooth, hard working and kind service. No one was ever standing still or not giving off positive vibes. My Black Tie was a bit too creamy so they troubleshooted it without giving me a hard time by adding more iced coffee. Other locations hold back on the half and half more and let me add extra to my liking but no biggie. This location is great. Nice mixed crowd with families, groups meeting to work, etc.

Came by Peet’s the other day and was serviced by a new Peetnik that was somewhat confused with the rather complicated order… luckily her co-workers were available to help and later realized that we were completely over-charged… The co-worker made it right by presenting us a complimentary drink of our choice the next time around. Despite a rather long line, the line moved along and my latte came out perfectly! Temperature was perfect and so was the smoothness of the espresso! Check around the cashier as there may be promos for gift cards!

Great location in the middle of Willow Glen! I was greeted warmly and my order came put quickly and was delicious! I had the seasonal Peppermint mocha. Love Peet’s and will be back!

I like this Peet’s a lot. My drink is usually correct here and they pretty much always have my favorite cookie(spicy ginger… yum!) The people who work here are awesome! They’re always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me out. There is a big parking lot in the back where there are almost always spaces(at least there are on weekday mornings.) The Peet’s is a tad small and always seems packed with people. UPDATE: the parking lot almost always seems full after 10am!

As crowded as this one is, it’s efficiently run, somehow seems to have just-adequate seating in its few square meters of downtown Willow Glen, and the drinks are pretty decent as always. Service is surprisingly quick, too.

I have been meaning to write this review for some time, and what better day than Thanksgiving day. This is by far the friendliest and smoothest running coffee shop around! There is almost always a crowd when I come here, but both the cashiers and the baristas keep everything moving. So don’t let the line fool you! But more than their efficiency, this is an incredibly friendly group. The cashiers don’t rush you, even if there is a line behind you. And the baristas take the time to exchange a few friendly words too. There is a sign right near the baristas that tells you to email the manager Tracy if you have any concerns. You don’t, however, need to email her because most days she is right there! She is hands-on and has very good synergy with her staff. She works just as hard as her staff and models great customer service for them. I used to hesitate to come here because of the parking in Willow Glen and because of the crowds. After a number of disappointing experiences at the Starbucks at Meridian and Willow with VERY long waits(both to order and for the drink) and poor customer service, I will deal with the sometimes inconvenient parking and come here instead! Besides, Peet’s drinks taste better than Starbucks :) Keep up the great work, Tracy and staff! You guys rock!

I came in right after a couple had ordered well over 10 drinks right before the store was about to close. The workers patiently accommodated to their demanding requests and graciously made my drink. I work in coffee and know just how frustrating demanding customers can be, the workers handled it like old pros!

The employees here are all awesome, always super friendly and genuine. I come to Petes specifically for the raspberry mocha, so yummy! I come to this location in particular because I live very close by, and it is also conveniently attached to a Noah’s bagels. Kill two birds with one stone :)

Yes, yes, and yes! I love Peet’s! Quality coffee, rich in taste, friendly staff, and great customer service. There is wonderful quick parking available in the parking structure, directly behind Peet’s and Noah’s Bagels, so getting coffee on a time sensitive schedule is feasible. Some tables, and some patio seating(not much room if you have a party of 4 or more for a meeting location). Peet’s is yummy and my go to on a work day.

It’s hot out, guys! I needed a little refresh in between some errands so stopped at Peet’s. Location: Very convenient, in the middle of shopping and eating along Lincoln Ave in Willow Glen. There is parking on the street and in several free lots nearby. I had no trouble finding a spot at lunch time. Interior: Typical chain café interior — several tables throughout, generic atmosphere, very cold AC which felt nice after the heat outside but got a little too cold after 15 minutes. Newspapers available to read, free wifi, and clean bathroom. Ordering: Staff were lovely and friendly. I used the $ 1 off with Unilocal check in coupon to get an iced green tea and a strawberry scone. Food: Iced tea was good, flavourful, and refreshing. It came unsweetened, the way it ought to. A bit too much ice for my taste. The strawberry scone was a generous size, had very good flavour, and was similarly not overly sweet, unlike most chain café scones. Good food, good price. TL;DR: Good location, nice prices, bring an extra cardigan if you plan to stay.

Besides having Bay Area beginnings Peet’s Coffee and Tea is a great place to enjoy a good cup of coffee. The crew is always polite and professional, not to mention patient with all of those trying to make up their minds as to what they want. We stopped by yesterday after lunch so when I asked for a regular coffee the guy said they have freshly brewed blonde and dark roast coffee. We both opted for the blonde roast.(More caffeine) My daughter got hers with Almond milk, they also offer soy milk. Personally I’m not a fan of either(yuck) in coffee so I had mine black. But she certainly enjoyed hers. We sat on the patio enjoying the late spring weather. It’s a great place to relax with a good book while enjoying the day. There’s a whole lot more to Peet’s than coffee so when you get that urge, give it a try.

Minimal commentary due to lack of consumption. But here’s what I experienced. Decent parking. It lists street parking but there is a 3 hr free lot in the back! Lots of tables inside. A few outside. Conveniently located power strips, yay! A little loud when full and I was a tad chilly. I’ll be honest though, I’m cold a lot. That all I got.

Peet’s stole my heart with their almond milk option. I’m not a fan of regular milk & I made the switch from Starbucks to Peet’s simply because they don’t offer almond milk at Bux. PRO’s: ALMONDMILK. Quality of ingredients used. I prefer the customer service & the coffee of Peet’s over the competitors. There is always friendly service here & usually quick. Nice variety & options of coffee & food. I also like the liberal views of Peets, if we are comparing. WiFi. CON’s: The parking on Lincoln Avenue absolutely stinks, but still doesn’t deter me from coming. Just deal with it. Oh, the separate bathroom shared with Noah’s isn’t ideal. That’s all, in my opinion.

I’m not sure when Willow Glen became Santa Cruz, or the Haight, but somehow along the line some stores became very guarded regarding their bathrooms. Within the last 4 or 5 months this business changed the knob on their bathroom so you need a key to open it. This along with the lovely detailed«CUSTOMERSONLY» message means that one bathroom shared by two businesses is now essentially off limits unless you continue regularly to buy items or wish to hold the ungainly dirty key holder, a tea pot. Which is all well and good. But this is Willow Glen. Install a key pad so locals who frequent the establishment regularly can use the restroom(as with Kazoo Sushi across the street) and not have to ask for at the front or hold a huge dirty tea pot that has the key on it. Seriously? Eww. The service I received at Peets was fantastic, as it has been in the past, but I’d love it if they installed a key pad. It would mean I will continue to come back and not grimace at the classy detailed sign every time I come in.

One of my favorite spots to hang out, grab a cup of coffee, and do some work. Service is always friendly and their drip coffee is always consistent.
