Had lunch there today and the pasta was horrible. The chicken was burnt. The service was ok, I told the server and she offers to get me different chicken but who has time for that at lunch. I think I would have been better off with spaghetti o’s from a can.

Super disappointed. I asked if cheesy pasta was mac ‘n cheese… told yes… it wasn’t. My 4 year old wouldn’t touch it. Instead of ice cream, my 5 kids got sliced apples… rotten mushy apples were served. One of my kids got a half-cooked pizza. My husband’s brussel sprouts were burnt. My pasta dish was just ok. The best part of the meal was the bread & yummy dip. Waitress was nice, but still can only give 2 stars.

I’ve been going to this Pasta for sometime now. And all I hear from employees is how bad the General Manger is. Food is good but if she can’t do her job get her out if the employees aren’t happy it shows in there work. I believe the new Restaurant Manager William I think does his best to keep stuff going but if he has no help then how he suppose to run staff and make customers happen. We have seen a big turn over here, meaning something is going on with how Management runs things if you got Un-happy employees then they leave or quit so upper management should realize what’s going on. We love this place but if it doesn’t get there act together soon we will not be returning. We need General Manager and up management to care about the store but if this is how your do it then we will be taking our $$$ else where. Thanks for your time. Will write a follow up hope things change.

Hostess left us waiting for over 20 minutes while we sat and looked at empty tables and plenty of wait staff. Waiter was friendly. Food was just ok. We won’t be back.

Worst dinning experience ever. The food was ok. But the service was the worst. It took them 20 minutes after we were seated to bring out the menu, water and bread. When we complained to the hostess, the server came out apologizing but in a tone«how dare you complain» at the same time slamming the drinks on our table. Asked to see the manager. The manager was apologetic but what we did not get was that she kept asking how the dining experience could be made better. Isnt that her job? It made it feel like we were trying to get free food out of the visit. We told the manager that we just want to get what we paid for. The food came out immediately after. Will never go there again. You do not get the service you paid for. If you are wondering if we left a tip, yes we did. No point in penalizing the kitchen. The food wasnt terrible.

Only left a tip because our server was friendly and quick. We first waited 20 minutes for a table when half the restaurant was empty. The couple next to us couldn’t understand the ridiculous wait time as well. The hostess seems very confused and had no sense of urgency to get us seated. Then my food came and my pasta was cold. While we are eating we noticed another two groups sitting and waiting for almost 15 minutes while half the place was empty. The manager was standing behind the bar talking to an employee doing absolutely nothing. Never coming back again.

I agree with other reviewer– the pasta is industrial quality. Absolutely nothing special, very similar to Ragu sauce. A bolognese sauce isn’t hard to do right– they didn’t. Our waitress was good yet the kitchen was soon slow. Took forever to get two simple pasta dishes out. We ordered sorbet — took 10 minutes. For some reason the temperature last night must have been 85 degrees in the restaurant– I asked them to turn the heat down yet no noticeable difference. Over all– nobody is managing the restaurant effectively. quality of food is mediocre to bad, its hotter than hell inside and the turn around time for orders is way too long. I think they are using canned sauce and boiled pasta– how long can that take? Restaurant was a little over half full– they should have been able to do much better. For a little more money– we can get much, much better quality food and atmosphere.

Typical mistakes, understood! However every one and then some Waitress kept credit card for over 10 minutes. I don’t know about you but that freaks me out Food hit & miss, After 6 times one thing is evident. Customer service doesn’t exist at this restaurant. If you like waiting a long time for your food, ignored by your waitress than this is a place for you

Despite all the negative reviews, I actually had a great experience here. Our server was Nick, and he was one of the most friendliest and genuine servers there. You can just tell he’s a great guy, and is very attentive. My friend and I came in 4 during happy hour which is 3 – 6. There were about two or three other tables when we were there. I ordered the Butternut Squash Ravioli and my friend ordered the All-You-Can-Eat Build-Your-Own-Pasta. We also got breadsticks w/the pesto dipping sauce. On the happy hour menu there are 5 dollar appetizers and 5 dollar wines and 3 dollar beers? If I remember correctly. We each ordered a glass of moscato. There is plenty of parking as PP is shared with other shops in the plaza. There’s a Luckys, Wells Fargo, Jamba Juice, Lanna Thai, Yogurtland and more. Food came out quick and hot. One of my favorite things in the world is bread lol But one of my mistakes is always up on bread before my meal. The breadsticks were soft and tasty. That pesto dipping sauce is fire! Lol Seriously addicting! Be careful! My friend ordered two rounds of pasta and he thoroughly enjoyed it. You can choose the type of pasta, and the sauce. So awesome and you can switch it up each round. My Butternut Squash Ravioli was delicious! Very tasty and the brown butter sage sauce did not overpower the ravioli. It was a good combination. Right amount of spice and sweetness. The ravioli wasn’t overcooked. It had the perfect consistency. Ugh so awesome. Will definitely come back again. Thanks again Nick!

I hosted 2 fundraiser dinners. Time, effort put fourth to make this night happen to gaining funds for my charity. After the events were held, management switched and I received an email that my check was ready. No response after I followed up with where to send the check. Called 2 weeks ago, to make sure my check will be submitted. I spoke to a woman who said the GM will call back to follow up, no checks has been written and he’s behind. THEEVENTWASINJUNE/JULY!!! I hope someone reads this and will contact me, or I will have to seek help elsewhere. Funds are due October 1st. You have had plenty of time. NOEXCUSES.

Had a great dinner there on 8÷29÷15 Our waitress Jessica was the best waitress we’ve had in years. The food there is always delicious, but her service made the experience extraordinary. She let my friend get something that wasn’t on the menu. Her relationship with the cooks made this possible. I wanna go on and on about her, but you might try getting over there and seeing for yourself.

This location is close to my house. They as of late have increased there prices. The food is fresh, hot, and yummy. Service used to be good, now not good. I wish they would check in more often to see if they can get you anything more. I’m tired of going to a open table and snagging a napkin. I maybe go here once per year.

The place itself is nice. Lot of space, lot of lights. I had a set lunch there(healthy fish pasta). For 12 $ you get a Caesar salad(nothing special at all here) and a dish of pasta. The past were way way over salted. The fish is actually«cubes of frozen fish» mixed in a tomato sauce. Pasta were under-cooked. In a general aspect, it tastes like industrial made dish. Nothing gourmet and again, too salty. Free complementary bread with pesto dipping sauce(bit salty but nice). The service is good. Tried once. will probably never try again.

The food we had was delicious and our server was AMAZING. Alejandro was attentive, charming, and kind. All the things a server should be. We had butternut squash ravioli and shrimp and asparagus pasta. We shared a green salad and a chocolate soufflé cake. Everything was cooked perfectly, served hot and our table maintained perfectly. The squash ravioli had a soft herb flavor in a delicate sauce that emphasises the squash. The shrimp was tender and flavorful and the asparagus crisp. The salad was fresh and lightly dressed and paired perfectly with the bread and pesto dipping sauce. The soufflé cake was a perfect end. I will be back and I hope Alejandro is there.

I’m not really too big on pasta, but I usually find something to enjoy when I go to Italian places, sadly my favorite thing here was the pesto dip. Upon arriving, my boyfriend, older sister and niece were seated by the manager. Our waiter came fairly quickly, took our drink orders and noted that we wanted garlic bread as an appetizer. Garlic Bread came out within 15 minutes, tasted much more like cheese than garlic bread, barely any garlic I felt like. And, the spicy tomato dipping sauce smells unpleasant and doesn’t taste that good in my opinion. For our entrees we ordered a cheese pizza with chicken for my niece, my boyfriend had vanilla ice cream(yes, ice cream because he doesn’t like pasta, LOL), my sister ordered butternut squash raviolis, shrimp and asparagus pasta, and lastly, chicken pesto fettuccine, which is also what I ordered. My sister enjoyed her usuals(butternut squash ravioli/shrimp&asparagus pasta) and my niece didn’t like the chicken on the pizza(Probably just being a sassy 3 year old, although I took one bite and barely could bite through the dough, it was so hard! Pizza was overall so bland) I didn’t like the pesto pasta, chicken was weird and the noodles were slightly hard still(barely, but still bugs me) What I am giving this place 2 stars for is the mediocre food & the fact that our server, although he was very nice at the end(once I had already mentioned it to the manager) kept checking in on this LARGE party next to us(filling drinks, bringing bread and pesto dip, etc) and NOTONCE in at least 15 – 20 minutes asked if I needed a refill on my root beer. MYSISTERHADTOASKTHEMANAGER on the way to the BATHROOM for either one of them to notice us. The manager was very sweet after that, but I still can’t give more than 2 stars, the service here is absolutely ridiculous!

I gone here to meet up with my brother and his friends. There was probably 8 of us and it was a busy Sunday. They already got a table, which save time for the wait. I ordered the seafood pasta and it was not too bad, but I had better. The waitress got one of our orders wrong, which was the first I ever witness. Overall A-OK, but I would not mind coming back and try something else on the menu.

I had a great dinner here tonight! Ordered the following: 1. Polenta rolled with spinach than baked with browned butter, my all time favorite. 2. Bruschetta(too much raw garlic) 3. Tortilleni soup(nice broth and tender meat) 4. Shaved Brussels sprout salad with pancetta(Special as it was on a different menu, had red onions, hard boiled egg and little pieces of pancetta.) Complimented my meal with a glass of pinot noir from Santa Barbara, only had a slight glimpse of the bottle but it was great! The service was quick and pleasant!

I’ve still been coming back, but my last 2 experiences were horrible. Service is spotty. Our server would take our orders and then I would see him just chilling and socializing and never bring what we asked for, like water, grated cheese, etc. At one point I had to walk up to him. Annoying. They also gave us focaccia bread that was hard. Today, I picked up 4 orders to go. First off, it was hard to even have him hear my order, and when I checked the bag, I should’ve said something. My lasagna was PATHETIC. It probably took a quarter of the to go box. I’ve had it in the restaurant and it’s huge, gooey, cheesy, and ginormous. This was cold, burnt, and the size of my palm. The food was all cold by the time I got home(5 minutes away) and the bread was rock hard. Going to have to try a different location next time as this place is majorly going downhill and becoming a waste of $.
