This is a great place to take a good group of friends but don’t expect a good time on a small budget.
The best time to show up is exactly at 9. All the girls start at 9. Call ahead for a reservation if you can’t be there at 9 and they will hold your table until 930.
If you want to save money, then just don’t come. Every table requires bottle service on Fridays/​Saturdays so be prepared to start off the night at a minimum of $ 50 a head.
The girls are awesome. You get girls from each end of the spectrum, but not ugly ones. Mostly latina girls, Asian girls, a few white, black, and middle eastern girls as well. You can tell they are particular in hiring. Some are sociable and sweet and some are down to business and just wanna dance.
The security is tight here but trust me, you want it to be. Viet Bars can be dangerous if security slips up. Be prepared for a thorough pat down or your purse looked at for good reason.
Ps. Don’t bring your jealous gf. The girls here are nice and welcoming to female patrons but they will try to feel for if the female patrons are friendly first.
All girl parties are fun here and I notice that Sundays are the best days for all-​girl groups to have a great time!

Tip the security cuz they got your back (they look at like cops). Call for reservations or wait.

So I’m Not really sure how to rate last night…
It was one of my best friends birthdays and we wanted to get the party started early. Granted it was pretty early, like 7:30. But since this place opens at 6pm we figured we could at least hang out with some ladies and have some beers. UMM NO…
So we walk in and just kinda stand there for a minute since no one seemed to want to seat us. A lady walks up with kind of a what do YOU want attitude. I asked for a booth and a bucket of coronas. She didn’t even bother seating us, she just walked away. Wow ok RUDE. So I pick a booth and sit down with my friends. Without even bringing our beers, she comes up to us and says «Ok so you guys can sit here til 9pm when my boss gets here but we might have u move unless you buy another bucket» Ummm. U haven’t even brought me the first bucket I asked for! And YES we’re guna buy another bucket! RUDE AF SERIOUSLY… If it wasn’t my boys birthday I probably would have just walked out. It was dead as hell to top it off. Like I said we came early but what’s the point of opening at 6 if the girls don’t get there til 9???
So a hostess finally comes and hangs out for a bit. She was nice but It was HELLA boring until about 9:30 and a bucket of beers later…
As usual we had a lot of fun. The girls were awesome. Well, most of them… One girl just started dancing on me out of nowhere and after I threw a bunch of 1’s she says, «oh you still owe me $ 5 babe» Lmao! I was like «I didn’t ask for your dance but here’s your $ 5. Lol» Also, I noticed that the girls get kinda nervous around women customers. (Which I don’t blame them for, they have their reasons) But it took awhile for them to warm up to me. All night I heard «You’re such a good girlfriend, most girls start fights with their men and leave» Which we actually witnessed at the table next to us. LMAO! Like I said MOST of the girls were awesome and after it got crackin we all had a great time.
If I had to rate the girls and service, definitely 5 stars! But since that hostess was just SO DAMN RUDE and we spent $ 100 on the first bucket just waiting for the girls to show up. Eh. 3 stars. I’ll definitely be back, but I just hope that hostess learns some manners in the mean time…

Large Bar with decent prices for drink and no cover! There didn’t seem like there was any dress code since guys were coming in Hawaiian shorts as my friends were pointing out. BTW, NICE FOOD at This bar.

Best place to have your guys night out or Birthday/​Bachelor Parties.
Just make sure you make reservations otherwise getting in will be a challenge on Fri & Sat.
Completely recommend this place.

There is Live DJ every night. The food is above average. Ngu long waitress are hot but I wouldn’t even there to try. The place is kool and the vibe is not bad. I had a great time with my friends, that all that matter. So, 4 out of 5 time that my boys and I went, we had a good time. Will be back again.

EVENT: a group of friends and I decided to visit here to see some hot-​mamas! Yes, they put us to shame… they were on fire!
TABLE — so, you need to make a reservation for a table… this means you’ll need to blow $ 200 for a table of 8 people. We ended up getting 3 bottles + food… sigh! *broke*
FOOD: Just saying… it was like $$$$$$$$$$$$

This present particular, BUSINESS, seems to be quite a recoursefull SERVICE BUSINESS, and conviniant; Something highly needed at this time of day and night 08/​01/​2015, DUE, to the fact that it say’s, «open,» and due to the fact that it advertises, «discount, ” and quite due to the fact that it advertises, «everything,» discount, makes this a good deal and quite resourceful… I then wonder is all this really available for one … STAYGREENIFYOUKNOWWHATIMEANSANJOSESILICONVALLEYUSA2015…

I went here for the first time ever last night and had way more fun that I had expected. Imagine, strip club without the stripping. Great food, lots of beautiful women offering lap dances. There was a 3 drink minimum, but when you end up staying for a while (we were there for 5 hours), you continue to drink (we had 6 beers each).
We had the spicy beef and butter fried chicken and the dishes are delicious!
One thing that I did like about this place was not only were there beautiful women walking around half naked, but a majority of the ones that we were talking to were very friendly. Of course, they’re trying to get you to pay for a lap dance, but I like the fact that the girls that we encountered weren’t overly aggressive, which is a big turn off. They’ll come by and chat with you for a while.
The waitresses Kai and Angie made us feel very comfortable and hung out with us for a few hours.
We already plan on coming back next week!

Was here about 9:40 pm on Fri/​3 Jul:
— Place was closed the next night (Saturday) so there were more ladies than normal on this night.
— Had reservations and can have up to 4 people on 1 bottle service. Had Absolut for $ 120 but we opted for Grey Goose $ 130 (had some other options but oddly Jack Daniels wasn’t available as bottle service, only as individual drinks).
— Total bar bill was $ 188.10 = $ 130 Grey Goose (standard 750 ml) + $ 12 for 2 chasers (cranberry and club soda) + $ 12 for 2 cans of Rockstar + $ 13.30 tax + $ 22.80 for 15% gratuity. Good deal for 4 people.
— Couple of my buddies arrived at 10:40 pm and just had to tell the security that our group was already at Table # 11.
— I asked the waiter/​cashier to change $ 40 to single bills, no problem. There’s also an ATM on premises.
— Two ladies I thought were extremely attractive (I’m very particular and shallow).
— Downside is they close about 12:30 am, they said because they had fights from closing later in the night.

Great environment, great staff! A must go with your boys or boys and girls.

I’ve been here about 6 times and I can honesty say each night was an experience. The DJ is the best in the Bay (for those who love hip hop). The girls are amazingly hot and the food is incredible. I highly recommend the bu lo lac. It’s $ 20 per dance so you will have to come ready with your $$ (the girls make sure you pay up, which is understandable). If this is your first time going, it doesn’t really pop off until around 10:30, so I would order food, drinks and pace yourself for an exciting night!

Took my boy here for a bachelors party and got exploited like a mf! Ordered bottle service, spent money on three bottles, no problem. The girls were hot, but a little too conservative for my taste. The problem came when I paid half the bill in cash, and the rest on card. They charged the ENTIRE AMOUNT on card and took the cash as tip (I assume)! Shady af! I did enjoy the service bit their shady business practices will keep me away. Plenty of BETTER places in the South Bay.

This place deserves ten big stars for their food. I would come back just for the food, if only Ngu Long didn’t have a policy of a three drink minimum per patron. Can I just grab take-​out?! I came here in a small group, not really looking to drink, and ended up ordering some spring rolls and a bowl of abalone congee. Everything is served family style, meaning it’s a larger portion. The abalone congee only cost $ 20!!! And they DO NOT skimp on the meat. For you to serve me food this delicious when it’s approaching midnight… I’m impressed.
Service is a little awkward (I mean, I understand that this is not just a restaurant, so I shouldn’t expect normal restaurant hospitality). Employees will hover over you as you are signing your receipts (uncomfortable while your server is glaring down at what I leave as gratuity). If the venue was packed with people, I’d get that you wouldn’t want to lose my receipt, but it was pretty dead this night.
One off-​putting moment was when I ordered three shots of Don Julio. The hostess/​cocktail server said that they only offered Don Julio for bottle service. I had to settle for Patron. Later that night, I was randomly skimming through their menu, and there I saw Don Julio listed with a price per shot. Outdated menu? Perhaps…
There was a decent variety of women dancing. I wish there was a small stage somewhere where they could do their thing if they weren’t at a table, because it got kind of awkward when you would eyeball someone else’s table while they paid for a dance. Other than that, the girls just walk around and randomly pull up a seat at your table, sometimes not even saying a word.
Overall, excellent food. Music is crap, but I don’t like hip hop. Don’t come here if you’re not trying to drink, as they have their three drink minimum (unless you book bottle service), or else you could just give your drink away to your friend who wants to get drunk.

Well… I don’t know really where to start … In short, if you wanna shock your straight male friend, you gotta bring him to Ngu Long. Your friend won’t be disappointed… I have been there 5 times and every time I brought a friend of mine who had never been there before I would always hear «Thanks George»… Check this place out…

As a straight woman, I can’t really give this place 4 stars and above to say I’m a fan because after all, this place is solely entertainment for men. However, I did enjoy the concept and may I also add that I have learned a lot?
I’m not even quite sure what I can or can not share on this post so if I have violated anything, this post might be removed. First off, you can’t see what goes on inside, the mystery factor already appeals to most people as you can see there’s something happening with crazy color lights every time the door opens. You wait outside as the bouncer checks you off. The second you walk in, it’s almost like a different world. This is completely different from a club, well, I guess maybe not that much different except you already have these beautiful ladies walking around in bras and panties. It looks exactly like that scene where you try to imagine everyone in their underwear because you’re really nervous about your speech.
So you get seated down at a table. If you take away the loud music, the half naked girls, this place really could pass as just a restaurant because they actually offer a full menu too! I literally saw a plate of fried plate, chow mien, chicken wings and some sort of other food on our next table. Not only you can feast away with our mouth but your eyes can also feast on the numerous lap dances that was going on at the same time.
My understanding is you get to have a lap dance from these women for $ 20 and you can tip them with $ 1 bills during the dance as you wish. To be honest, I was so fascinated with all these dance moves that I ended up with a stiff neck from all the peeping I was doing.
This might sound like I just described every men’s fantasy, but it’s all true, it’s all happening in this little spot. If you like food, booze, women, and entertainment… I guess you have found the place.

Fun clean party environment great place to drink and eat with your friends. Friendly Staff. And great security best bar in town!

There’s not much to do in SJ at nightime so this is a pretty good option. Here, you can eat, drink, socialize, listen to DJ music, or watch TV. Otherwise, it’s similar to a gentlemen’s club — not a strip club per se — but at a much lower cost.
Have a group of friends for bottle service, and make reservations on weekends. Fun place, justifiably so when even female friends have a good time! This, for a place meant for guys. Good times.
