Great concept having 5 – 6 different trucks serve every week. Some trucks are better than others so choose wisely as many aren’t cheap. Always recommend A movable feast.

I love the food truck craze! I’m signed up to receive weekly emails telling me which trucks are going to be at each location on what days. I normally go to the Friday willow glen moveable feast(the largest, with the most trucks), but decided to come here because my favorite truck, Soulnese, was there on Saturday for this one. It’s a lot smaller and typically have about 4 – 5 trucks to choose from. They also back buckets that can turned upside down and turned into chairs to sit in with a group of friends just trying to socialize. A great place to stop at if you want a quick bite to eat or to hang out with some friends.

My husband and I recently moved from the land of the food trucks: Los Angeles. We are very familiar with food trucks — my husband actually did the wrap for one of the trucks in LA(he’s a graphic designer). Sunday we were lounging around and figuring out what to do. I started craving some good street food and decided to look at an app I have to locate trucks. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a few were clustered together. After a little more investigating, I realized that it was Moveable Feast. We decided to try it out and were happy that we did. We wanted to try a few small things so that we could get a taste of some different trucks. First up: Porky’s SJ: We tried the Piggy Style Tots. They were good but I wouldn’t get them again. I wasn’t too crazy about the meat, either. If I were to try Porky’s again, I’d try one of the lettuce wraps. They look a little lighter and more enjoyable. MoGo BBQ: We tried two tacos — the chicken and the short rib. Both were good but they were pretty greasy. Maybe we’ll try one of the hot dogs next time? Treatbot: AMAZING! We had the 408 ice cream — which was to die for — and the graham crackers and milk — good, but not nearly as good as the 408. Can’t wait to go back and try some different trucks. Definitely want to try Koja next time.

Of all the weekly Moveable Feast events I frequent this one the most! Every Sunday from 11−2pm four to five food trucks camp out in an abandoned lot next to the closed own casino on the corner of Stevens Creek and Saratoga. One of the things I like the most about this event is the wide variety of food trucks, ranging from local favorites such as Treatbot and Mogo, to popular SF trucks like Koja Kitchen. Be sure to check the weekly schedule to see if any of your favorite trucks are going to be there!

I actually had this near Santana Row(Winchester) and they also came to my high school, but same trucks so I’m sure this review counts. Unless it doesn’t, but whatever. 1. Curry-up Now(Mexican-Indian): It’s hard for me to deal with spicy, but I was dumb and got their Deconstructed Samosa. Portion is fair, it was delicious, and my friends ate most of it. It had some tofu, which was interesting in a good way! 2. Soulnese’s Mac n’ roll was delicious and unhealthy, a little too plain for my taste. It was just regular mac n’ cheese in fried egg-roll type breading. 3. Scoops: Most worth it out of all I tried. I had the Macapuno and it was fruity, creamy, coconuty, and generous. 4. Treatbot: My friend and I tried to get a 90 on the karaōke to get a free scoop of ice cream. We both sucked and got embarrassed but when we ordered they gave us extra scoops heheh. I didn’t like the particular flavors or the portions, but I appreciated their kindness. Service is friendly, speedy, and young(I bet many of themwere popular in high school). The food is interesting and well made(flavors, textures, and everything!). I wouldn’t go back because it’s just slightly under portioned and overpriced. The food is amazing, but not worth more than a one-time experience to me. I wish I had money to blow on some other stuff like this tea truck or something. I liked that there were buckets stacked to sit on, it seemed so efficient and clever. But I felt kind of dumb because I couldn’t pull them apart.

Moveable Feast at this location is awesome mostly because parking is free in the casino area next door. There are around 7ish trucks here, and lines for each truck, depending on what you want to eat. There are some canopies to block you from direct sunlight, and red buckets to sit on. I suggest bringing your own water so you don’t get thirsty and have to pay extra for a bottle of water. Koja — Korean food –Kamikaze fries are good here but honestly everything looks bomb, depends on what you’re craving The Chairman — Chinese Guabao –Baked Pork Belly is good, but I’m not a fan of the overpowering flavor of pickled daikon. My friend preferred this over the braised pork though so it just depends on what you like. –Baked Coca Cola Braised Pork was my favorite. The meat was so delicious and the entire thing was really flavorful.

On a wet rainy Saturday afternoon, our roommate decided that he wanted to go visit this feast! I was down for it because I love food! It was raining so it wasn’t super busy as I had anticipated, so lines weren’t super long and the food came out quick. Sad to say that I ate at home before I came here because I wasn’t notified until after i had cooked my meal that we were going here for lunch. However, my girlfriend got the baked pork butt from Chairman and it was pretty good. They give a lot of pork under the decent sized baked bun. The pickled daikon gave it the extra kick the sandwich needed. My roommate got the same baked pork bun, 2 steamed pork butt buns and sweet potato fries(from the Peruvian truck). That’s a lot of food for one man, but boy that kid was hungry! We’ll back here when I am hungry!

Saw this last weekend while we were eating at Ramen Halu across the street. Decided to check it out this weekend. Funny thing our friend found out about this Moveable Feast recently too. She suggested Koja. We arrived around 12.30pm. There is a big parking lot so there shouldn’t be any problem finding parking. The place was pretty packed but we spied some empty red barrels so we knew we’ll be able to find seats after we ordered. We stood in line for about 25 minutes at Koja. The food was pretty good and we were able to find a couple of barrels to sit on and even barrels for tables no problem. Probably the best time to come is around 1. It isn’t as crowded. There is a good variety of food trucks, parking, and seating barrels. The wait for the food trucks aren’t too bad. Once you order you get your food pretty quickly, I wouldn’t mind coming back again

Went here for the first time today 2⁄25 — we live right down the street and see this every Saturday but have neglected to come till now. the parking is very busy and some people were parking in spaces that aren’t even actual parking spots making the lot difficult to navigate. They had a bunch of different trucks today including TreatBot, No Way Jose, Chairman, a Peruvian truck — Sanguchon, yum silog, LeBon, and Soulnese I chose to eat at no way jose and got a mango chicken quesadilla and carne asada tacos since I couldn’t decide between the two dishes. The prices were pretty good. It took awhile for the food to come out and there wasn’t a long line or anything — the asada tacos were boring. Even with adding the salsas from their truck they were just okay. I actually threw one away. The mango quesadilla was really good! A bit overkill on the mangos but overall really good. The BF wanted to try chairman and ordered a spicy chicken steamed bun with no cilantro. He also went over to yum silog and the guy working there gave him a plate that had a mix of garlic rice topped with a fried egg, BBQ pork and Sisig pork. His food was delicious and I regretted getting No Way Jose. The BBQ pork was amazing and the rice is great once you break up the egg and put a little of the chili sauce on it. The chicken steamed bun from Chairman was SOO good! I loved the spiciness and the bun was so soft and delish. Just writing this is making me crave it. I’m definitely getting that next time I see this truck around. The lines were short — we came around 1:15 but a lot of the items on the trucks were sold out which was a bummer. They have a bunch of buckets for people to sit on and some tables. They close at 2pm so come earlier if you want more options. We will definitely be coming back here and love that it’s so close to our house!

We stumbled upon this moveable feast(we’d been to the downtown SJ one) the other day right after it’s official closing time of 2pm. People were still hangin’ out, sitting on the upside down plastic tubs, and while stalwarts like Chairman Bao were all sold out and closed, a few places were still open and serving. We tried some Korean stuff that was pretty decent This is a nice central location for the valley, so worth a stop.

I came to Moveable Feast — Garden City 2 Saturdays ago. Love: — no cover — 6 – 7 different trucks, offering a variety of cuisine Hate: — long lines. but expected I guess I love the Moveable Feast events because it allows me to try a bunch of different Bay Area food trucks at one time! Food trucks rarely come to Cupertino, so I’m glad that this Moveable Feast is located so close by! Also, it’s on a Saturday afternoon, which is the perfect time, imo. Overall, LOVE these events! Will definitely keep coming :)

Drove by this event about a dozen times and finally got a chance to stop by with a friend. I got there at two(stupid me) but luckily two or three trucks were still open. I still crave the sandwich I ate!!! They have some tents and a ton of chairs. Lines can get horrible, but its usually worth it. Looking forward to Willow Glen’s event!!!

Gambling and food trucks all in the same place! SWEET! If your ever driving down Saratoga Ave. on a Saturday afternoon, you know what’s up! The trucks that were in attendance for the grand opening on 2÷4÷12: — Mogo BBQ:( ) — Treatbot:( ) — The Chairman:( ) — Sanguchon Peruvian Truck:( ) — Louisiana Territory:( ) — The Wow:( ) — Koja Kitchen:( ) This was a great grand opening. I came here with only an hour left of the event. All the good stuff was all sold out. The seating area is kinda limited. But, there is plenty of parking around the casino.

Moveable Feast just opened up this location. They’re here every Saturday from 11AM to 2PM. They have food trucks from the South Bay and San Francisco coming! Totally awesome having the SF trucks come. =) My favorite truck there at the moment is Koja Kitchen. They’re a Japanese-Korean fusion truck serving unique sandwiches made of crispy rice buns. It’s nice to come here because you get a variety of food to choose from versus eating at a sit down restaurant. I’ll be going there for lunch today. Come join! =D

First time Moveable Feast attendee. Thanks Heather K. Curry Up was there. Tried their Sexy Fries with Chicken. Will order this again for sure. Tons of chicken and fries. Had the Treabot Ice cream in Ube flavor. No complains. Both had a really quick turn around. Aside from Le Bön de Cuisine truck of which we waited for more than an hour for the Angus Beef sandwich. It was a fantastic warm day. Easy parking. Overall it was a good first MF event!

I really like this location! There is so much room for the eaters. I am one who brings friends, chairs, tables, and my dog. Then my friends bring friends, more dogs, tables, and chairs. Space is always and issue especially on popular food truck weekends. This location allows you find parking and give you plenty of room to view the trucks, stand in line and eat your food. The truck line up is great and changes often. Check out the MVBLfeast website, twitter and Facebook accounts for a list of trucks.

I really gotta give MVBLFEAST a crapload of credit(or BLAME) for getting me straight up hooked on food truck food. MVBL Feast is a gathering of food trucks. They usually take place on Saturday afternoon at 350 Saratoga Ave in the Garden City Casino parking lot. I absolutely LOVE to eat from these gourmet trucks now, I follow them on Facebook and have tried to «spread the word» by bringing many family members and friends to these events. I love that I have gotten a chance to branch out and try a few things that I never had, all because of my obsession with the trucks. Pork Belly Buns, Tikka Masala Burritos, Garlic Noodles, Bahn Mi, Pad Thai, Lomo Saltado, Short Rib Tacos, Lobster Rolls are now a staple in my life. I’ve also been forced to hit the gym much harder because of my new obsession…

Located the next block over from Harry’s Hoffbrau. This gathering is a rather intimate setting, about 5 trucks total today for lunch: Mayo & Mustard, BBQ Kalbi, Kara’s Cupcakes, Treatbot, Mogo’s BBQ. Mayo & Mustard recognized that I was there yesterday at PHHS. Their pastrami and turkey was delicious. The manager came out and told me about their 2 shops in SF and even gave me a free sample of cider lemonade which tasted really good! I had a scoop of chocolate dream from Treatbot. I ended my lunch w/a milkshake cheesecake from Mogo’s. In the end– I gained 20lbs from this.
