I was at Mountainmikes pizza today best pizza ever I had fresh great customer service clean store friendly staff I had coupon the accepted he gave me more discounts also because our first time there I am surprised some crazy people they have a problem wright bad reviews for them I I definitely recommend go watch the movie next door and eat your pizza at Mountainmikes is worth it

We really enjoyed our pizza tonight. It was crispy and everything tasted fresher than it has in the past. The new ownership is doing something right. Keep up the good work.

We used to order from this location every once and a while since they are right across the street and used to deliver for free. Recently we received a promo in the mail that is was a «Grand Opening» so maybe it changed hands. It used to be customer friendly but last night was a different story.
You can’t order online from them right now (but every other location seems to work) and when you call in your order they want to tell you your coupons are expired (which the date on them clearly shows they still should be good).
I tried to order a specially advertised pizza and was told that offer was expired (even though I checked the Branham location and they were still honoring it) so I tried to use a coupon that expired in Dec and was told it was already expired so I had to fight with them about it. Then I ended up using that coupon on the cheaper pizza instead of the 2^nd more expensive one since I got flustered. If I had ordered from Branham, I could have got the promo pizz AND used the coupon on the second one. Ultimately, I spent about $ 5 more than I should have which isn’t much but it left a sour taste in my mouth.
Augh, customer service is about helping the customer — not ripping them off any way you can.
