Just picked up 3 pizzas for a big family graduation after party. I was telling everyone how great Bibo’s is and they didn’t disappoint again! OUTSTANDINGPIZZA. Don’t go anywhere else unless you like fake stuff and lots of dough. If you love great flavor and fresh flavors – and a classic NY thin crust, run – don’t walk to Bibo’s.

Excellent New York style pizza. Some friends ordered two pizzas for take out: margherita and meatza. I tasted them and thought they were from another spot I like in the Cupertino/Sunnyvale area! «No, it’s from Bibo’s nearby,» I was told. This made my day to find out there was such great pizza in the area! The pizzas are large at 20″. The crust is thin, but doesn’t fall apart, and has the right amount of chew. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. You could tell when eating the pizza that they use buffalo no mozzarella. The meatza had tons of pepperoni, and the sausage was shaved thinly like euro slices. Both were delicious, and this will be our new go-to neighborhood pizza spot! Pro tip: the specialty pizzas have 4 – 5 toppings, and are $ 23. If you make your own pizza, they start at $ 19 plus $ 2.50 per topping. So it’s a way better value to just get a specialty pizza. TLDR: highly recommend New York pizza

It was our first time eating here as we are visiting from San Antonio TX and saw this next to the bar we were at. We got the Veggie Me pizza, 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and the garlic knots. It was the best pizza ever!!! Dough was just right and the pizza had the right amount of sauce. Garlic knots were also great and everything was very fresh. Best part about going inside to order was meeting the owner Mini. She was so friendly, very helpful while looking over the menu and even gave us a free coke as a friendly gesture. Spread the word about this place, you won’t want to go anywhere else!

San Jose — Willow Glen — Bird Ave. — 280 * Slice of Cheese — For a slice of cheese, straight up 5 outta 5. No joke. GD Awesome slice. * Slice of pepperoni and mushroom(per the suggestion of Freddie — think it’s Freddie, one of the owners — very nice guy) 4.0 outta 5. * It’s Been said before — the outer crust here is stuff of legends. * Note — my rating is based on the pizza itself, thin crust and I’m not comparing to pizza in NY. NY pizza is its own animal as is the pizza here. * Can’t wait to come back n get a half white and half cheese.

Tried this pizza place for the first time after reading the many great reviews. Was pleased with how the pizza came out! I am a big fan of their crust and the mozzarella cheese was amazing. Definitely will be returning!

The«slice of heaven» is really delicious. They make the pizza impromptu when you order, so it’s fresh and juicy. Bought a big slice of it and a box of garlic bread ranch & cheese for $ 12.5. It will be better to come with friends to share the whole pizza than buy in slices. It’s located at Willow Glen Square. A lot of parking space. Seats are limited inside the store. It’s a tiny store.

Love this place! I’m guilty, I love Mountain Mikes and all the quick pizza places but whenever I have a pizza craving now-a-days, Bibo’s is my go-to neighborhood spot. I’ve never actually eaten there since we usually take it home, but every encounter I’ve had with Bibo’s employees has been pleasant and easy. One Sunday night we had a craving to kick so we called 10 minutes to closing just to see if they’d take our order, and with absolutely no hesitation they asked what we wanted and were on it! We’ve tried Hawaiian, Pepperoni, and Margherita and all are delicious. For the minor extra time and money, I’m more than happy to give Bibo’s my support and pizza money :)

Crunchy crispy thin crust… Soft and foldable center… Gooey sliding drippy cheese… Salty but not too salty. Not too sweet on the dough; a good balance. It’s basically the perfect NY pizza. I’ve spent a lot of time in New York, and I’ve eaten«New York style pizza» there that was far worse than this. It’s all about the balance between the crispy crust and the foldy inner part. BUT… do yourself a favor and eat a slice THERE, at Bibo’s, right when it comes out of the oven! Seriously. One oddity: they don’t have large size. They have small, medium, and extra-large. Ok, fine. Force me to eat more pizza, will you? Lol I happily accept your stipulation, Bibo. Oh and beer on tap. What more could you want? :) The service is good. The owner is a character. Friendly with a hint of New York attitude … though maybe he’s not from NY and I’m just projecting because the pizza was so good ;) Not a lot of seating. I visited for lunch on a Thursday. I didn’t find any music, fortunately, so I wasn’t distracted like some of the other reviewers.

Awesome pizza! Had the combo and margarita while my wife had the pesto chicken and margarita! When we walked in we were greeted by the owner and he was a chill down to earth dude, just trying run his pizza shop, no corporate suits here! The pizza slices were made to order and took around 10 – 15 minutes so the wait wasn’t too bad. They were priced at 450 but they are ginormous! Easily the equivalent of two slices at some other places, so really it’s more like 2 dollars a slice. Either way you will feel like a major fatty after eating two slices here because they will leave you fuller than a stuffs turkey! Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!

I hate to be so contrary, especially since I was really looking forward to trying Bibo’s after having it bookmarked for quite some time and generally enjoy writing favorable reviews, but given the experience I’ve had here, I don’t think I will plan to be back. I walked in just as an employee was walking out with his phone in his hand. I’m assuming we all know how dirty phones can be, even our own? I figured he was off work and didn’t think anything of it until he returned and started making my slice without washing his hands or putting on gloves. Here are some thoughts I would like to address before someone who is crazy about Bibo’s takes offense: — Yes, I am aware that not every restaurant can guarantee that their employees wear gloves or wash their hands before they make their food. — Yes, I am aware that bacteria is killed in the oven as the pizza bakes. — Yes, I am aware that a lot of people reading this probably think I am a huge snob for even feeling this way, but I have been sick enough times that I’ve learned to be aware of stuff like this. I just couldn’t eat the pizza. I not only wasted my money but a large chunk of my lunch break which I think is bound to make anyone upset. I can’t emphasize enough that I really do not intend to trash Bibo’s, but in reality would simply like to make my feelings known for whatever it’s worth.

I can’t stop coming here! Their pizza is amazing that we came here three times in two weeks! Love that we can order their specialty pizza by the slice(tomato based only) and it was made to order. It took about 20 – 25 minutes to get your slice of pizza. But It was totally worth it. My favorite so far is their Slice of Heaven as well as their Meatza. The crust is incredibly crunchy and delicious, one of the best crust I’ve had anywhere! The garlic pizza bread was amazing as well, it reminds me of the ones I have at Blue Line except it’s thicker crust with more delicious garlic sauce. Can’t wait to try their famous white pie pizza, cause sadly they only come in 14″ or 20″.

This place is pretty good. I love the thin crust and huge slices. They’re on Door Dash btw! We’ve had sweet & spicy and Bibo’s bbq pizza before. Both are 4⁄5 PASS on the pesto cheese bread. Cannolis are decent 3⁄5 We only order Bibo’s through Door Dash, so I cannot comment on anything else, but the food. This past Valentine’s Day, I decided to order pizza since hubby had work and they tried to make it into a heart. Good effort and I’m glad they were kind enough to honor my request lol.

I was really excited to try their white pie(it’s uncommon on west coast menus), but when we first stopped by on New Years Day 45 – 60 minutes before posted closing hours and they were closed. Next time we tried I made sure to call ahead to confirm hours :) When it came time to order, we decided to order a 20″ half white and half BBQ chicken pie to go with the intention of adding our own toppings to the white half later(didn’t want to do the al a carte toppings). Since we wanted to take it to go and eat it home, and we don’t live around the corner, we ordered the pie par-baked so we could finish baking at home. FYI I totally recommend this if you order to go so you don’t end up with a cold pie by the time you sit down and eat. Bake at 425 °F for 9 – 10 minutes, keeping an eye on it. Both sides came out great, but was disappointed that when you order half white pie it only comes with ricotta and mozzarella i.e. minus the basil that comes with it if you order an entire white pie.

it was Saturday morning n someone was craving some pizza(we try to keep the burger & pizza thing to a minimum only cuz brunch is my #1 priority!) i am so spoiled by East Coast style pizzas that I always end up disappointed n disinterested in all the pizza joints in California.: /(I do think it has to do with the water.) the only one i say comes kind of close would b Pizza My Heart. so I noticed Bibo’s NY Pizza on Unilocal has quite a few good reviews so we decided to give it a chance with our picky pizza palette. the location is in downtown Willow Glen(just at the tip depending on the direction u r coming from.) in a small plaza by a Manley’s Donut. the parking is no problem. the interior is small with 2 tables n a TV on the wall for watching sports. there’s a huge poster of Eli Manning playing with his Giants teammates.(probably to give a NY kinda vibe. service was great there. the guy who helped us greeted us with a smile n showed let us know how to order their slices n specialty pizzas. he even asked us how they tasted later on. we got there early n checked out their menu before we ordered our slices. they have a couple of beer options which is good. he ordered a Freshly Squeezed IPA which came in a frozen glass cup! nice touch! we ordered a Margherita n Cheese slice. they were both big slices of thin crust with a crunchy edge.(the slices in Manhattan r usually bigger than my face so this size is pretty accurate.) they did look like East Coast pizza! n the taste? it was good! they came piping hot with the cheese still gooey n melted. it really comes close to East Coast pizza,(yay!) so I was satisfied n will come here again for their big slices n friendly service.

I was in the mood for pizza, but I wasn’t in the mood for Pizza My Heart(No offense). So what do you think I did? Duhhhhhhhh! I asked my buddy Unilocal to recommend a NY thin crust pizza place. Since I was in downtown Willow Glen, Bibo’s popped up with AMAZING reviews and 4.5 stars! It’s located a few doors down from Mojo Burger, so for those of you that are somewhat familiar with this complex, it is not hard to find. Parking wasn’t too bad, but the place itself is pretty tiny. Needless to say, it was PACKED! So packed I placed my order and got the hell out! There is no small, medium, or large here. It is a one size fits all NY thin crust pizza! I didn’t realize how big this thing was until they handed me the box. It is big AF!!! I ordered the Garlic Ranch Cheese Bread as well. Since this is starting to drag, I am going to close it out. Crust: 6 Stars — Cheese/Meat/Toppings: 6 Stars — Cheese Bread: 6 Stars — Cannolis: 6 Stars — Service: 6 Stars — Wait time: 3 Stars — Average: 5.5 Stars! Conclusion: Best thin crust pizza I’ve had in the Bay!

I’ve been really curious about Bibo’s New York Pizza for a while now. It consistently gets high reviews yet when I look at the pictures of the pizzas that Unilocalers provide, they appear ordinary and boring! I guess I eat with my eyes! If it looks good, it must taste good! Solely based on the lackluster pictures of the pizzas, I’ve never been tempted to try Bibo’s. Yesterday, I finally tried this place out. I brought my nephew, who is a pizza lover. We were really there to go to Great Wall Chinese Restaurant a few doors down, but they were packed and so I decided we might as well try Bibo’s. As I entered the place, I noticed that it is relatively small! I would even say that it’s more of a «hole-in-the-wall» type joint. There are 3 tables seating about 10 people and a counter which seats about 4. So this place is more of a to-go pizza joint. I opted to eat the pizza fresh from the oven. Luckily there was a vacant table. I ordered a large 20 inch half Classic Combo and half Cheese pizza. The pizza arrived at our table in less than 20 minutes after ordering. The pizza was HUGE! I was thinking that there is no way we were finishing this! The pizza again didn’t look spectacular. I was regretting my choice of a large pizza. I was already thinking that this was a waste, before I took a single bite. I figured that I’ll just eat a slice and box the rest of the Classic Combo. As I picked up a slice, I immediately noticed the texture of the thin crust. It was solid! No flimsy crust here. I took my first bite and was greeted with an explosion of pizza flavor! Oh my goodness!!! What the heck am I tasting! It was delicious and fresh! I took another bite and was once again pleasantly surprised at the wonderful flavor. But that’s not all! The flavor was fantastic, but the true superstar was the crust! The crispy texture of the crust holds up and doesn’t get soggy. It added a great dimension to every bite of pizza. I loved it!!! I noticed that I was not the only one thoroughly enjoying the pizza. My nephew was in pizza heaven! He actually took his attention off of his iPhone so he can give his undivided attention to a slice of pizza. Needless to say, my nephew and I obliterated that large 20 inch pizza in a matter of minutes! It was an epic moment for two pizza connoisseurs! I’d like to thank Freddy, who took our order and made the pizza. He provided excellent customer service! He was friendly, fast, and accommodating. I highly recommend Bibo’s New York Pizza not only to all pizza lovers out there, but to anyone who loves good, delicious, no-nonsense food! I will definitely return!!!

Best NY Pizza in the Area! Grab a slice for yourself or whole pie to take home for the family! I’ve been coming to Bibo’s for about 5-years. I usually stop here to grab 2 slices and a brewski for lunch. It’s a great place to unwind and chill. The pizzeria is quite and so is the area. There is a table or two outside so you can eat when it’s beautiful out. This is what I usually do! The crust is thin, and has a nice crispness when you bite into it. The sauce is well balanced. Meaning not to sweet or acidic and just the right amount so the topping don’t slide off. When it comes to toppings, don’t go over 3. Just keep it simple. If you want more than 3, just leave and go get a sandwich! The pizzeria is very clean and well kept; as well as the kitchen. Yes, I always one ball the area when ever I get a chance. The staff are very courteous and caring to your needs when ordering. Brewskis. Bibo’s is known to have the latest and greatest craft brews on tap! Bibo’s is located in a small shopping center in Willow Glen. Drive into the parking lot so you can find it. You won’t be able to see if from the street. What are you wanting for?! Stop by for a slice, if not. Bookmark Bibo’s for a reminder!
