McDonald’s

Did not have lunch items yet even tho lunch normally would begin 10 minutes ago. This McDonald’s pretty slow and needs to upgrade their service instead of continually upgrading their facility. It’s not going to help the customers when service is so bad at times and I barely come here anymore. How do you not know what you have on breakfast menu too when you are suppose to help the customer at times? Decisions…

This place has the most incompetent staff I’ve ever had to deal with, including the woman manager.
First of all, it was like pulling teeth to place an order. What is so hard to understand that i want the egg white and white cheddar, on a biscuit, with no sausage? Why did i have to say it like 5 times? Why did you have to get the manager to ring that up for you? I literally had to point at the picture on the menu for the employee and manager.
Unfortunately, that didn’t help. Because they rang me up for sausage egg and cheese buscuit, sub sausage for egg white, and added white cheddar. The eggwhite delight is only 2.79 each. They charged me 3.80 each plus .78 each for the white cheddar. The egg white delight meal is only 3.99!!! Then they charged me 2.50 for a large oj that was supposed to be 2.09! So I paid $ 12 and change for 2 sandwiches, an oj, and a dollar parfait, that should have cost $ 9 after tax.
They over charged me on my meal, either because that’s what they do at that location, or they’re too stupid to know how to do their job. Yet, these degenerates want $ 15 per hour??? Get real.
I hate mcdonalds, and always have. I never eat here and haven’t in years. I was late for work, starving, and in a hurry. Next time, I’ll just starve. I’ll never support or consume this garbage at these fast food chains ever again. I want my money back!

Based on breakfast. Food is horrible at this location. The crew looks tired and careless. The coffee was burnt. I eat mcdonalds about 2 – 3 times a week. I threw this away.

Worst customer service. Deaf and rude workers who worked on the drive in. They also seem to never have enough of something. Once they ran out of chicken nuggets, no more vanilla shake… like…what the. When my parents asked for some napkins, they literally gave us TWO pieces. I am pretty sure the worker can see that the car is crowded and we did order a lot of burgers…

Worst mcdonalds i have been to. I just got home from being there. I went through the drive through since i am on my lunch. Was there at 1030pm and didnt get my food till 1050. All because someone in line kept crying about there order. It didnt help either that the workers are extremely slow especially when its dead at night. Last time i come here rather make a drive somewhere else then have to deal with the people they have working at night.

This location has a outdoor seating area, they are fast when you order your meal, interior looks up to date. Its mc Donalds there really not much to say. Just a decent place to get your quick fix. Damn that didn’t sound right :-)

The manager Veronica. was completely rude. and dose not know how to treat customers.
I have not been back to this particular Mcdonalds since. and drive an extra 5 minutes to the McDonalds on Senter rd just because the service and attitude i got from the manager here has made me never want to return…
my habanero bacon burger was completely botched and came with no cheese or sause. when i drove back and tryed to get a new burger/​refund, she offered to only refund me the .25 cents for the piece of cheese. thats it…
When i heard this i was somewhat shocked at her reaction. i wasn’t down to eat here ever again.
Veronica i dont know if you were just having a bad day that day or what. but you done goofed gurl.

when coming here if your ordering off the menu and without specialty items you will be fine.
The problems start when you say No onions or NO salt or no mayo or no secret sause or coke with lite ice or no ice or extra ice. You would be better off ordering the way it is and taking it off your self other wise your not going to get what you ordered and your gonna get upset.
It can get very busy so if I were you dont even try at lunch time inless you have a unlimited amount of time.

I got as far as the lobby. It was inviting enough, plenty of parking at 11:30am on a Sunday morning, but as a soda junkie, I wanted a dose of bubbles after a job interview.
I also anticipated spending the typical $ 1.09 (with tax) for my prized beverage. Nope. The only $ 1 menu here is coffee.
Sorry guys… I’m not breaking a $ 20 to drop nearly twice as much dough for the same soda I can get a few miles up Tully at another McDonalds.

Avoid this Mc D’s. No more $ 1 menu items (everything is $ 1.29 or higher). Even their large Diet Cokes are $ 1.69. Thanks but no thanks!

Got 9 workers here and still very disorganized. Never seen this at any McD! Long lines and long wait for your food. Got an extra star for hustling.

Normally if I don’t have anything nice to say, I’d shut up. But this 3-​times-​in-​a-​row-​drive-​thru-​speaker-​ignored-​me is unacceptable. People on the other line just got in front of me while I’m stuck there waiting for the staff to respond. I ended up having to drive to the 1^st window and report my problem. The staff asked me to go all the way to the back of the line to remake my order. I had to leave because I was late for my class. I’m an easy customer. This is just not good customer service at all.

Good people work at this location. The McNuggets here are exceptionally crispy.

Mc Donalds is actually noticeably transforming their restaurants into a café type of place… they have renovated mostly the branches to have cushioned seats, where people can meet for coffee… unfortunately for the kids, they got rid of most of the play pens… but sometimes it’s nicer to meet for coffee here because it’s a brighter place that makes it easier to read some documents than some other coffee place. and I would say they have improved the beverages more and more specially the Mc Café selection.

Service here is pretty good. I dont think i have had the liberty to go inside and have a meal since im usually on the go, but drive through is pretty good. They, out of all the ones in the area, are fairly quick in getting my order ready by the time i get to the second window. From time to time, they do try to make small talk which i do appreciate that and does get a plus 1 on the customer service end.

The staff is very friendly and attentive every time I come to this Mc-​Dees.

It’s a McD’s, it has a playland so those are good things… Bad thing is the playland is OUTSIDE with no shelter over it… so that means if it’s super hot or super cold and you have kids, skip going in and go through the drive through so you won’t have to tell them no, they can’t play. The inside is relatively clean so if you have to stop, it’s not bad. It’s not a great area of town but this is a decent spot.
I used to work down the street and I’ve used the drive through and they’ve always gotten my order right so that’s a plus.

If you don’t know what you’re getting when you go to McDonald’s, you might be new to the planet.
Their chicken sandwiches are actually quite good — much better than I would expect — but getting one that’s been sitting in a warming bin for a few hours is never fun. :-P

Mcdonalds and fast food chains are the same wherever u go basically. Mcdonalds is not very vegetarian friendly because their fries and hash browns have beef extract in them. Their yogurt also has gelatin in it. How sad cuz I used to love their fries too! I still go to mcdonalds though because their sweet tea and mocha frappes are bomb! The caramel iced coffee is good too!

DOOD. I asked for the «free» burrito and you charged me a dollar whatever and gave me a sausage one. AND IT GAVE ME CHORRO. For those of you who do not speak Spanish… that is when you have a river coming from your back end. So I am trying to get through my work day counseling kids… and feeling miserable in addition to having that virus that is going around… thank god I had some anti– meds in my «educator treasure chest”– this consists of lots of headache medicine, mini bottles of hand sanitizer, anti _​_​_​_​_​_​_​meds and emergan-​c. We have learned two things
1) don’t get breakfast from this location (specifically the burritos)
2) all educators need a secret stash
