I did not have any knowledge about home buying or the process. I met Marlo at an open house and he offered to walk me through the home buying process and how everything works between the agent, loan officers, escrow, etc. It was the most helpful information, and it really set my expectations on what I was getting myself into. Marlo was helpful in finding properties and also kept me updated in all the work between all parties. When I finally found my home, Marlo was with me the whole way and even provided suggestions on home improvements and what to look for to save costs. I highly recommend working with Marlo and his team for a great home buying experience.

Being a first time home buyer could be the most stressful experience, but with Marlo’s help it was a breeze.
He walked us through the process, laying out what to expect, what we should focus on and reminded us to enjoy the process.
He takes care of all the behind the scenes negotiations and updated us often. He was always available to answer our questions and concerns.

I met Marlo at one of the Open Houses in Evergreen area and being a first time buyer I had lot of questions which Marlo answered convincingly. He also made sure the things to be taken care of and made sure I understood how the whole flow works right from the beginning of deciding your budget/applying for loan to when you get your keys. I must say he has an extensive knowledge and knows very well to take care of his clients. I am yet to make a decision on the house but once I am pretty sure he will be my Real Estate guy for sure!
