I’ve never tried yoga so the fact that the lessons are free and taught by experienced instructors are such good deals! Yoga takes place on the lawn where Maggiano’s, plutos, Starbucks, veggie grill, and the counter are. It opens at 8:30 am for sign ups. You can place your mat anywhere you can find a spot. They start at 9 am and end around 10 – 10:15 depending on the instructor. Since the instructors change it have me a great opportunity to try different practices. I really liked my first one so I may check her out for more classes. What’s great is that some places in Santana row open after you’re done so you can grab a Starbucks or brunch!

This was my first time a lululemon yoga and I was impressed! This event is held every Saturday 9:00 — 10:15am. The registration starts at 8:30am, and it is essential to be there early as it gets full fast. I arrived around 8:35 and the lawn was almost full! This event is held outdoor on the lawn area in front of Starbucks and Maggiono’s. I would consider myself to be a beginner in yoga, I was very nervous that it would be too hard or I would feel embarrassed not understanding what to do, however I was relived when the instructor demonstrated every pose. In addition, she made the advanced go into different poses than beginners. It was a way to differentiate for all levels of yoga participants. My friend and I had such an amazing time that we decided to make it our new Saturday morning ritual. It was a such an amazing experience, the whole day after I felt happy and centered :)

Really incredible yoga experience for all! I’d been hearing about Lululemon’s Saturday morning yoga for a while but didn’t try it out until today & I’m so glad I did! First off it’s free, which is a really cool thing that Lululemon does for the community. Secondly, the instructor was amazing! She clearly knew what she was doing and demonstrated every single pose, even though there were a ton of people. She also walked through all of the people through the session instead of only staying at the front. The class is 1 hour and begins promptly at 9am but if you want to get a spot on the grass for your mat I’d recommend being there no later than 8:30, which is when registration begins. Everyone who attends seems nice and believe me, there are a lot of people! Some people even had to put their mat on the cement in the back! I love that it’s outdoors, that’s probably my favorite thing about it. You really are reaching for the sun during sun salutations! I’d recommend this for beginners all the way to advanced and for anyone who wants a free, calming, outdoor yoga experience. An excellent way to start off your weekend!
