I really enjoy shopping at this store, I find the employees to be very friendly. Even though the price point is a bit high I find that the clothing is worth it. If you wash your clothing with just your other athletic clothing and hang to dry it stays looking great. I just feel so good when I am wearing my Lulu gear. It fits right, performs perfectly and looks great.

How is that you can return tights where someone’s genitals were rubbing but you can’t return a headband? I’d rather have lice than crabs.

After reading the negative reviews here, I was expecting to be treated rudely, but the employees here were actually nice! except for a couple of male employees, they were throwing dirty looks up and down and ignored me but greeted my husband.
I only buy Wunder Unders and so I came in knowing what I wanted to get, but they didn’t have many in my size (size 4), which is a bummer. I did like that they had some that weren’t on sale online, but the ones I wanted online weren’t at this location for me to try on.
Upon checkout, the cashier that assisted me pointed out that one of the leggings I was purchasing was actually on sale which was nice! Overall all the females working have been really sweet.
I left with a good haul, but it wasn’t anything spectacular, I’d still prefer shopping on the website since I have a larger selection for my size.

Ray was awesome. She was a lot of help and knew her leggings from A to Z. The entire staff was super friendly and provides excellent customer service.

These sales associates were much better than the ones in Santa Barbara or Gilroy!
Somewhat limited on certain styles and sizes.
I love the tanks, pants, jackets, accessories.
Cute shop. Check it out. Styles are super flattering but it doesn’t always justify the price.

I was first introduced to this store from a friend who’s obsessed with this place and I could see why. I went inside and was greeted immediately by a friendly employee!
Looked around the store to check it out and was impressed by the quality of it. By feeling the texture, you could tell that it’s very comfortable and it’s something you could use for casual wear.
The downside though is that it’s not that affordable. I highly suggest going here if you like to work out or just wear comfortable clothing.

***Buyer Beware*** THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU despite what their tag price states.
I bought 2 tops seperately. One top for me one top for my sister with a gift receipt. The top I bought was on sale for $ 34 and it rung up for $ 34 as well but after she my total appeared after tax and etc my total was somehow $ 42.41. I didn’t realize this at first but now I’m realizing did she actually change the price??? It took her much longer than necessary to give me the total price which just makes me suspicious especially given the streak of bad attitudes and horrible customer service here. And upon taking a look at my receipt I was right… the price of my $ 34 dollar top was now $ 39…I mean yes it’s only $ 5 which in any other situation where I wasn’t looked at like I don’t belong in the store I would have shrugged off since it was on sale anyways.
And ya sure I don’t have ALL Lululemon products ever made in my closet but I do shop here often enough. I am a paying customer all the same, my money is as green as the teenager with Mommy and Daddy’s Black amex…

I should not be allowed in this store because whenever I go, I buy. It’s automatic.
I have quite a few wunder crops so I wanted something different but I don’t want shorts or capris so I can wear them to work as well as the gym. After feeling a little disappointed w/​their selections, I started to walk towards the door. My daughter happened to find something near the front and gave it to me. It was something I don’t have — pants w/​the sheer style on my calves. I had no intention to try it on but my daughter and girl at the front were convincing so I caved.
Minutes later… $ 105 was spent.
I’m wearing it now and I feel awesome in it. Love the quality. Friendly service.

I’ve shopped here very frequently in the last 7 months. I’m addicted and it’s almost embarrassing to disclose how much I’ve spent so far. I’ve just come to realize service is either really good or nonexistent so I dont really expect much.
They have a good selection of clothes and sizes. Not everything you see online is in-​store and not everything you see in-​store is online. They keep the store well organized and easy to browse. They will acknowledge your presence but as long as you tell them you’re doing okay they will leave you alone. They’ll never make you feel harassed or obligated to buy anything regardless of what and how many things you try on.
They offer complimentary hemming in which I’ve used twice for 2 pairs of pants. I’m not sure if it was just coincidence but both times I’ve received crummy service. Maybe they just don’t like when people utilized the service? Who knows. My first time, i was a little confused of where to drop off/​pick up and the guy that helped me was pushy and on the rude side.
My experience yesterday was sub par as well. Brought in a pair of pants i brought online and had to hunt down a sales associate for a fitting room because the staff was being so inattentive to the people standing near the fitting room area waiting to be helped. She placed me in a room and then disappeared when she clearly knew i’d be right out to be marked for hemming. She didn’t even bother staying in the vicinity of the store. I had to hunt down another employee to help me out. She was a little rude and told me to bring the item to the front to pay for. Hello? I just HANDED you my item inside the bag that it was shipped through the mail. What makes you think I didn’t already pay for it?
Unfortunately this is the only store that we have in the area. Wish customer service was more consistent but it will do. I just try my best on avoiding the purchase of items that need alterations cause it seems like that’s the only times I run into issues. For the most part, if you are there to buy items that are fit to wear right away then it’s all good.

I was overcharged on a pair of run crop pants. I didn’t notice until I got back to my car and had to walk all the way back and waste my time. I believe ALL of the run inspire crops were ringing up at $ 98 instead of $ 86 as printed on the tag (see photo of tag — these were not on sale but full retail marked incorrectly). I had the cashier do a price check of the same crop before I told her what the problem was and it rang up at a higher price.
Buyer beware. The run pants are already lower quality than before but they still try to overcharge you. The assistant manager offered an excuse that didn’t even make any sense — that corporate sends the pants with that price and it should have been a higher price on the tag. Really? I didn’t attempt to buy anything else so I’m not sure what else this store or «corporate» is overcharging. I didn’t see them collect all the crops for re-​tagging (at the higher or lower price, I’m not sure). Those pants were not worth $ 98 and if I didn’t have a gift card, I wouldn’t had purchased them at $ 86.
Make sure you get the tag price and not the higher rung up price. Also, the service at the dressing room was borderline unfriendly (as it was during my last review years ago). Service at Stoneridge mall and Westfield SF is way better.
