KFC

Standard KFC fare, they seem pretty clean and run pretty smoothly. The employees and customers seem kind of stoned, but I usually am too when I go to KFC.

Came by for a quick lunch the other day and it was mediocre. Parking was somewhat challenging as there were many landscaping trucks already in the parking lot… should have taken my Pinto vs. the freshly detailed Maserati…
…homeless and people working on their bicycle were also in the parking lot…
…had a kitchen worker take my order and she was thoroughly confused as it appears it was her first time in a customer facing environment…
The Nashville Chicken was decent. huge pieces of chicken and it was pretty flavorful although way too oily…
…okay experience to try it out… not sure about a return visit.
…maybe I should go back to lunch at the Ritz/​Four Seasons the days I take the Maserati?!!

I’ve been a KFC fan since I can remember and have tried it all over the world. The quality at this location is some of the best.
But the bestest part is the service here. they’re always always so accommodating, sweet, kind, and ready to make you happy. Love it.

got home and the chicken wings 10 piece box only has 7 wings. OMG hahaha what do you expect from a fast food place. also the wings look more like chicken nuggets.

I will never come here again. After specifically telling them the kind of chicken I wanted, they said oh we ran out you’ll have to wait 12 minutes. 12 minutes didn’t seem like a long time so I agreed to wait. 12 minutes turned into an hour. There were other people who had been waiting longer and started getting impatient. Everyone kept asking what time their order was gonna be ready. This place sucks!

This location has amazing workers because of their friendliness. However, there are no tuesday 2 piece deals which is a bummer!!! I usually come here for the monday chicken and corn deal which is 3.99 $ which is a dollar more than other KFCs from my understanding. The food is pretty much the same as other locations… that typical KFC taste… sometimes i like it better than POPEYES because those are too greasy. Anyways, if you come by like near closing, sometimes they give you like a few more pieces and hook it up with a big smile. The location can be filled with homeless sometimes but i mean i don’t blame them because the smell is just too good there. Love me some FRIEEEEEEEED chicken

Are you kidding me. I write this now as I have already waited 20 min, miss my bus which runs once a hour at 9pm at night. I used to work here and I can say its very poor. Cust service is OK but took the packers almost 3 minutes before anyone came to do anything. There wasn’t no one here and now 6 other customers have ordered and left. I’m and very unhappy.

At least the food was hot and the place was mostly clean. But I can’t stand seeing workers pay more attention to their personal life than customers. I know you guys work for minimum wage and you only want to do minimum work… However that’s including talking to people when they come in and most importantly taking their order and giving them food. I came in there was a very cute young Mexican girl working at the counter. Order went fine but she didn’t give me a drink which I ordered. Then she proceeded to go back to the back and play on the phone and chat it up with her coworkers. I wouldn’t mind as much if I didn’t have to wait an extra 5 minutes then bring attention to myself just to get my drink as her and her coworker walked right past me without saying anything. After that I could keep hearing the echos of I want togo home… I understand but you’re still working. Sorry not trying to be mean but work is work, remember you are not here to have fun, it’s a work place with real customers. I never liked KFC anyway I was just stoppingbby on the way home but I won’t be coming back…

KFC is good food, but getting 2 miniature pieces of chicken and it is counted as my 10 piece meal is a joke. If I used a coupon, I could care less, or given one miniature piece. But two is way too far of bad quality. Just make sure to examine your bucket of chicken and trade it for a regular size piece (s).

The commercial for the bites made them look like they were crispy version not original recipe. Was disappointed when we got home. If you advertise the way something looks, it should look like that. ;(

Probably the worst KFC chicken I have ever had! Dry! and i asked for no mashed potatoes just the gravy and they charge me for and extra gravy! WTH?
I won’t be going back to this location again

Do not come here. What seemed to be a 15 year boy was working the front, could barely speak English. Ordered a #13 and rang me up as a #3 instead. Swiped my card and didnt bother to check to see if their was paper in the credit card printer. Had to wait 5 minutes for a Mexican lady (seemed to be the cook) to come up address the problem and finally gets the paper. Finally the manager comes out of the back, and tries fixing the printer that is now jammed. They ask to swipe my card again, I state «I better not be charged twice». The manager rudely responds «if you haven’t entered your pin yet, you won’t be charged». They were also playing Mexican music on the radio very loudly where I could barely even talk to my friend. This place is a joke and KFC should fire the manager and the underage worker at the front.
I will be never be returning to this kfc again.

OK, even though I hate myself when I break down and go here to have FRIED chicken, I want to give credit to the amazing staff at this location.
Especially Marie and Lucy.
If you are lucky enough to go on a night when one or both of them work, they will be super friendly, helpful, remember your name, and always make sure that you get fresh chicken.
Many times one of them has said, «we have this on the rack, but a fresh batch is done in 2 min, I’ll give you that.
It is amazing how open, accomodating, and friendly they are in that location that can sometimes be difficult. They make it feel like a nieghborhood restaurant.

I love this KFC! I can say when I do want to eat some greasy chicken this is the place. I guess u shouldent expect too much I mean its fast food after all. its great hangover food.lol.evetytime I come the staff are very friendly and make the best of there job. I read some of the other reviews and im like come people what do u expect? How would u feel making minimum wage and dealing with assholes all day?.I’m always happy when I leave and its nice to visit a fastfood place with great service!;)

yeah i know i shouldn’t be reviewing this place since i should avoid fast food restaurants but hey! Still gotta Unilocal!Food tastes good like any other KFC restaurant, but i dislike the atmosphere. Like a place that only wants a «booty call», The workers want you to get in and get out. Too many hobos and weird people eat at this restaurant. By weird i mean, random people with butter teeth trying to hit on you while you’re eating your meal. C’mon, who tries to hit on a girl at KFC? Turn off!
Also, when you have a coupon for KFC, avoid using it to this restaurant because they are cheap. Therefore, they will find ways to not accept the coupon by giving you lame excuses. However, if you put on a good fight, they will accept the coupon with an angry face. If you’re ordering just a meal, expect your food to be brought to you from a snail. They are slow. boo.

I know, I know… Writing a review for a fast food/​chain restaurant is pretty pointless since no one actually bothers to look up its rating before swerving into the nearest drive-​through and downing the epitome of all-​American food while driving.
I’m going to make an exception here, though, because this KFC stands out above all the other KFCs I’ve been to. This KFC has never broken my heart the dozens of times I politely demanded that my fried chicken be extra crispy and dark meat pieces of drumsticks and thighs. This KFC has never let me down every time I wanted an order their radioactive orange mac and cheese. This KFC had my side of mashed potatoes and gravy ready to go when I wanted to dunk my double-​down sandwich into it. Aww yeah…
As for the less food-​related stuff, there’s sufficient parking and no drive-​through. (This is a plus for me since I hate drive-​throughs not only because of urban planning reasons, but because I hate it when fast food staff focus their attention to lazy drive-​through-​ers and make me prolong my desire to consume fatty food!) If there is a line, it tends to go by relatively quickly even if there’s always only one person taking orders. I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff and they never give me any bad looks for using my KFC coupons! The restrooms are pretty clean, but require require a keypad password for access. Oh yeah, and this KFC was only a couple blocks away from my workplace and I liked walking right past the Vegetarian House on my way to consume some delicious meat. Mwuhahahaha!
The four stars? Well, for a fast food joint, this particular KFC is better than others in the same league. I salute you, Colonel Sanders!

The service was excellent and expeditious. However, the quality of food was poor. Now I don’t go to KFC expecting 5 star. I do expect the chicken not to be burned and dry and for more than 8 potato wedges to be included in a wing meal. If the food level matched the service level, they would get 4 stars. I hate feeling like I wasted money.

Yes! I am giving KFC 4 stars… gimme a chance :-P We got there late at night and they were closing but had no problem preparing some food for us. We wanted to try the Double Down before they pull it from the menu– can’t say it was good, but it hit the spot. My four star are for the service and freshness of the food. I rarely eat fast food generally and feel like an idiot giving KFC 4 stars — but it’s 4 stars for what it is…

How did I end up at this KFC? Well, the location was convenient and I won a free 8-​piece meal coupon at an Earthquakes game by becoming hyper competitive, leaping over a bunch of small and unruly children, catching a bucket with the coupon inside; and then gloating in front of them by putting the bucket on my head, banging on top of it like a drum, and ending up on the JumboTron for thousands of fans witness my immaturity. La Novia was so embarrassed, I think she considered breaking up with me for the 2,999^th time.
Anyway, the service I received here was unsatisfactory. It was ridiculously slow for fast food. Not only that, the workers seemed very lethargic and disinterested in putting together my «heart attack in a bucket.» If you’re going to slowly kill me with fatty, highly hydrogenated food, you might as well do so a smile on your face. Thank you.
The food itself was as forgettable. None of the chicken was fresh. It was super dry from sitting under heat lamps for an extended period of time, the biscuits were hard, the mac n’ cheese was super salty. In fact, the entire meal was so salty, I became so dehydrated that I needed to drink a Gatorade.
As much as the food was forgettable, the side effects were very memorable. An hour or two later, I was super sick. I had the worst case of «mud butt.» Ever. In other words, I had really bad food poisoning and wasn’t «right» for several days. Neither was La Novia. Since I dragged her to this KFC and (indirectly) contributed to her food poisoning, she considered breaking up with me for 3,000 time.
Due to the really poor service, bad tasting food, and my case of food poisoning — I will never come here again.

Not a fast food fan… but a snacker sounded kinda good. And there was a cute guy behind the counter that hooked me up with some honey mustard. Must have been that batting of my eyelashes that did him in.
