The customer service in this place is the pits! Walked in and «Joel» was on his phone the entire time. He looked at me, we made eye contact and he never said hello or welcome, nothing. When he rang me up he didn’t ask if I wanted a bag and handed me what I bought along with the receipt. He didn’t even notice when I took a picture of him on his phone at the counter.

Everytime we go to the mall, my son HAS to come into this store. I like this store, it has a lot of different things of all the popular sports teams. I like how they just don’t see sweaters and hats and t-​shirts. They have cool stuff in the back area like scarfs, beanies, pillows, cups etc. They do have prett good deals at times too so you just gotta go in there at the right time to catch them.

Shout out to the employee on the store phone the entire time, even when ringing me up; great customer service.

The customer service at this location is terrible. My girlfriend and I went there yesterday to purchase a Sharks Jersey that they had and were intending to spend $ 160. Unfortunately, the three young employees showed little concern to assist us.
We stood by the jerseys for ten minutes while one associate, who was not assisting a customer, looked in our direction three times. At no point did he approach us or show any intention of providing any assistance. They other two associates were assisting other customers when we entered but when they finished approached the third and began to have a conversation.
With little concern to our needs shown, we left and just went to the SAP Center to purchase the item. Rather than just spending the $ 160, my girlfriend also purchased a jersey. Fanzz essentially lost $ 320. I can not imagine that as such an insignificant amount that they could afford to lose it.

Never purchasing anything from this store again. The store refused to return my item, and asked me to return it by mail instead. Mailed my item, then it got lost. Thanks Fanzz for $ 90 down the drain. This totally could’ve been avoided had you just accepted my return.

There was a nice variety of shirts, sweaters and hats. We got what we needed. No sales or discounts tho:(

This is my favorite store to buy all my sharks shirts and jerseys besides the tank. The employees actually acknowledge you without being pushy or overbearing like in other stores where they push you into buying. I love seeing all their merchandise and if there’s something you want that they don’t have they order it for you. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the prices are regular. Nothing spectacular about them.

This is your typical sports attire shop. I liked the uniform here. Usually the cashier or employee at other stores like fanzz wear regular clothes. At fanzz they wear baseball jerseys that have FANZZ on the back, super cute!
The customer service wasn’t too spectacular. Didn’t ask if I needed help but was there when I was ready to pay lol. They were nice though. I didn’t sense any snobbiness from them. Way better customer service compared to the sports store at eastridge mall!
Like with any store if you’re an odd size or want something specific, you have to ask for them to order and wait. Boo :(The prices are pretty average. Not overpriced, but no great deal or anything. I would come back if I was going to a game soon, and needed a jersey but that’s it.
Such a boys store lol.
