The girl name Sapphire is rude. Need to attend seminar of «costumer service». She gave attitude after I asked where to order because both register is vacant. Very rude!

I haven’t had a cinnamon roll since I was in 7th grade, until recently, when I made this new friend who likes to be the little devil on my shoulder and encourage me to give in to my every delectable desire. Before walking into the store you could smell the sweet frosting dancing by your nose. Then you see the actual cinnamon rolls and your mouth instantly starts to drool! We each got the original cinnamon roll and they were much bigger than I remembered. If you ask nicely, the cashier will give you extra frosting! Remember to grab a fork and napkins because it can get sticky and messy. They have so many other choices besides the original now, including a variety of drinks as well.

Walking by Cinnabon is HELL. Your waistline begs you to keep on walking, but your sweet tooth is just too damn persuasive(at least that’s the excuse I used for my hubby when I pulled him inside). At first, I was just going to order some cinnamon donut holes which didn’t look quite as incriminating as the rolls, but damn that gooey glaze! It suckered me in. On top of that, they left a tray of free samples of the cinnamon iced coffee that my hubby really liked. So throwing all resolve out the window, we got one cinnamon roll(that was pre-cut into bite pieces) and a small cup of the iced coffee. That first bite though… sin on a fork. Oh so good! But after awhile we realized there was just too much sugary glaze on the pastry(I know: how is that possible? But trust me, it is). I could practically feel a cavity forming. The coffee, on the other hand, was perfect, lightly sweet with a good kick of cinnamon. We finished that in no time. Cinnabon is certainly a treat that should be enjoyed SPARINGLY. For this specific visit, if there wasn’t such an abundance of glaze on the roll, it would have tasted much better. But hey, that’s probably not going to stop me from taking my hubby back.

The Cinnabon was good. However, my friend waiting for about 10 minutes while a worker made drinks. We ended up leaving.

Really disappointed… the smell lured me in and I normally LOVE cinnabon. Got a regular bun to go and when I got home to enjoy my treat, I realized it wasn’t cooked all the way through. The top was nice and crusty but when you cut into it, the bottom half and inside was pretty doughy. I could spin my fork and wrap the dough around it. Blahh. What a waste. Two stars because I normally love this place.

Who doesn’t love cinnabon?! Once in awhile I might get a cinnabon that’s a little undercook in the middle, but that doesn’t stop me from eating it. Most of the time it’s consistent with it’s yummy gooey cinnamon-ness. I know that’s a made up word, but yeah. I still have never tried there drinks. Coffee icee drinks are not my thing. I love the caramel pecan cinnabon even has more sauce it. The staff will always grab the bigger one first and work their way to the smallers one. Also if you work at the mall and you show them you’re badge. They will give you mall discount.

I had a really good experience at the Cinnabon at Oakridge mall recently. Let me clarify. I always enjoy my sweet, ooey-gooey cinnamon rolls regardless of the location I visit, but the girl at my last visit was genuinely nice, professional, and courteous. I didn’t catch her name, but she was not your typical teenie bopper working at the mall. Great job, young lady! Next time I go, I’ll be sure to give you personalized props.

My son and I have been here a couple of times. The staff is always very friendly and the cinnamon buns are always fresh and hot. They go great with milk.

Come here whenever you’re craving something sweet, cinnamon, and yummy or just in the mood for a treat. Cinnabon is hard not to notice because the aroma from the store easily tempts you. Whenever I’m out shopping, I grab their cinnamon stix or rolls for a snack. The first bite will make you forget all about the nasty carbs and weight you’re putting on yourself. Forget the diets. You’ll feel guilty afterwards, but Cinnabon’s cinnamon rolls are too good to be true. The employees are as sweet as their food, so don’t be afraid to make conversation. I haven’t tried their cupcakes because I’ve been too busy obsessing over their cinnamon rolls and I don’t know if I will after Miss r.‘s review(even if the cupcakes do look tasty!). HOWEVER, I will always, always, always come to Cinnabon because they’re my guilty pleasure.

Hell Yeah! I love cinnamon rolls. Seriously this chain is the best. I used to look forward to the Santa Clara County fair cinnamon rolls, but they stopped making them. Now this is the next best sinful release. I eat these things hoping nobody will catch me as I stuff my face with sugar and carbs. MMmmmm! Gosh darn it, I love cinnamon rolls! I have to monitor how many I eat or I’ll be like that one commercial where they have a lady’s bum with two rolls on them.

Me and my daughter went here. We couldnn’t resist the tempting cupcake in the window. It was terrible. Too much frosting and the cake was stale. Owell… so wished we had gotten the cinnamon roll instead. As we were leaving the clerk asked if we liked it(I thought YES, He read my mind) I said not really so he gave me another one and some chocolate cupcake too. What a sweet heart. Thank You for caring which never usually happens in a place like this. Kudos

The cinnamon cupcakes are DELICIOUS! Like coffee cake with their cinnamon roll frosting. I dream about them.
