Came back on a Sunday during the game. Packed with only a few booths available. Since my last visit, there was some minor interior remodelling which opened up the main floor and added to it a VIP section and booths galore in the back patio. We ordered 3 dishes ~ pork, chicken & frog legs. Usually we end up bringing the food we order, togo, but not this time… the food was great, improving each time. I have to mention the draft beer selection(pitcher for $ 20) ~ I suddenly became a cheap date :-) & the multi-screen experience at every wall ~ great for extroverts! A short comment to W O.‘s review, I understand the frustration of when you’re not attended to with minimal expected decency as others, when you are spending just as much, if not more. topping it off, when this happens during a vacation, when you are not deemed a local at the venue. People who work in the service industry are the ones that have the most expectations when they are the customers. However, many factors could have played into the result of what you experienced that day. What I learned is that, if there is a woman at the table among the party, some waitresses/hostesses are more hesitant, or even intimidated to service the table as opposed to if it was an all guy’s group. It is a learning curve and work in progress for the majority. I think it’s a hit & miss with people, especially when it’s mixing with alchi.

Hahaha, very laughable! This place is a joke… don’t get me wrong, the atmosphere is decent with lots of TVs, but the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced! When we first arrived, we got decent service with food and drinks, but later on the service just stopped for us. The waitresses stopped coming to our table, never checked up on us, we had to get our own refills on food and drinks at the bar, and we didn’t even get to sing karaōke until my girlfriend’s friend went and complained to the DJ… but even then they barely got to sing. Their only excuse was that they were«busy»…yeah right… I’ve been to way busier places and received at least some service, so I don’t buy that. I used to be in the service industry as well and I’ve never treated any of my customers that way. It’s very shameful. We spent $ 260 there including a bottle of Hennessy that cost us $ 160, and $ 20 worth of water which pissed me off too… they charged us $ 2/bottle of water and didn’t even let us know ahead of time. We came from out of town this past weekend to have the worst experience in my life hands down… I will never go back. One other thing… if you like a place that allows smoking and drugs indoors then by all means, go and enjoy it. This place needs a lot of work and good luck staying in business…

Closes early like at 12am Waitresses and staff are friendly. Not much items to choose to eat, but had the bo luc loc and it was good! Coming back again!
