I love love the cotton-on leggings. I dread dread going into this store, just because of the customer service and their rude tall manager(didn’t know his name), but based on the other reviews I am concluding it was Bennett. When I started to browse, he said«oh, don’t mess up the clothes, just tell me what you’re looking for». And how am I supposed to do that if I do not browse? I bought 2 of the leggings and inquired about return policy. They said that I could return any number of times in 30 days. After an hour of shopping into the Oakridge mall, I realized that I had accidentally bought a different size for one of the leggings, so I came back to return and replace. They were pissed off that I returned it on the same day of purchase. They also told me that this was now their final sale. After this return, I cannot again do another return. I asked to see their policy, and the manager said it was not written, but that was their policy. BS! No smile, no apologies, just bored employees working on morning weekends. My advice? If you love their clothes, just shop and leave. If they act smart, you should too! But stay away, if you can.

Rude and condescending! They need to improve their costumer service! Came in here to shop for Christmas presents had just finished some food I bought and spotted a trash can where I could dispose of the container as a courtesy I asked the cashier if I could toss it there, she very rudely said I couldn’t and would have to go outside to due so. Therefore I took my business elsewhere!

I love Cotton On, but this location is a little small. It’s still choked full of cotton on-ney goodness. But, just not as much as other locations which seem to be at least double the size. I especially love their dresses and prices. Guess it isn’t the season. They didn’t have the impressive sale racks I’ve seen at other locations. Employees were helpful when I asked about a bracelet. Love their store, and just wish there was more store! Mo’ Sto please!

It would be courteous if the person that was in the cashier desk say hi welcome to cotton on no acknowledgement even when we left no bye thank u for coming how rude acknowledging someone is key to customer service

This location really needs to work on their customer service. This isn’t the only time I’ve been here, but the staff are just not that friendly. My friend wanted to do a return and the cashier started to give an attitude & we also saw the manager subtlety flipping my friend off. Yeah… This is why I don’t shop at this location.

I love cotton on clothes but I’ve had 4 defects of threads coming out after the first wash. The first time they swapped it no questions asked. The second time they told me only the managers could do it. And because they don’t have the same tees in stock and the tags were cut(because they were annoying) they can’t do anything about it. I’ll pull this 1 star review once the manager let’s me swap. I shouldn’t have to pay for defective shirts. Update: I talked to manager Bennet the next morning and he refused to exchange the defective shirt. He said I bought the shirts 4 months ago which I had only bought 1 month ago. And would refuse to look up the purchase through my credit card. Then he said my shirts were clearance items. And i told them it was the 2 for 25 deal. The same one they have going on now. Then he accused me that I didn’t even purchase the shirts from that store. WTF? First time I thought they had great service. Second time around I guess their«new policy» is absolute shit. Fuck this place.

Love love love cotton on! Too bad I live more than 2 hours away and they didn’t take off one of the sensor things off a sweatshirt :( Other than that, the cashier was thorough when scanning everything and making sure everything that was supposed to be discounted was marked down correctly. Now I have to drive an hour and a half to the closest cotton on to get my sensor thing off… Thanks!

:) I love the cotton feel of clothes. JK Ok, seriously, I love to shop at Cotton On for the leggings, I can’t seem to find leggings that fits my odd shape… ginormous hips, small waist. So whenever I get a chance to shop here, believe me, even if it’s the same color leggings, I leave the store with 2 – 4 pair of leggings AGAIN :) 2 for $ 15 I love the flimsy cotton top, long sleeve, short sleeve, 2 for $ 25. I have the long sleeve stripe tops that I just wrap a belt of any size around my waist to show that I at least have a figure hidden under the cloth. I found a coral color top with the long shirt tail(what style is that called?) that I also wrap a belt around to show I have some sort of figure underneath :) Bought a pair of sandals for $ 27(warning, it’s cute, but the bottom of the shoes have no grip, you will slip n slide of not treading carefully. Pair of black flats were $ 12 :) it goes with everything and comfortable!

They actually have super cute stuff! And since it is a new store, no one has really heard of it, they always have deals. I like to stock up on the 2 for 20 deals, which are a lot of things. They have shoes, clothing, jewelry, hats, etc. Pretty good for a «cotton» only store. The people are always friendly and if you sign up then you get emails about new stuff coming in and or coupons! Definitely come on in if you have not yet!

Hooray, now I don’t have to plan a tank top run during my yearly Xmas trip to Oz! Best spaghetti-strap tees I’ve found! They’re inexpensive, form-hugging, never shrink in the washer, and don’t stretch out throughout the day(or two). They’re a layerer’s dream come true!
