We were two hungry brothers who got off the freeway in search of a bite to eat. We saw this small restaurant & decided to try it. My brother loves homemade horchata & they claimed that theirs was just that. Not quite… It tasted like the typical machine made sweet rice drink. We ordered huevo a la mexicana & huevo con chorizo. Both plates came with home style potatoes, beans, & an order of tortillas. I rated this place a solid 3 stars because the food was descent. It lacked taste in most aspects. The sauce on the huevos rancheros could have used more flavor & the chorizo was not all that tasteful. The potatoes although not very well seasoned were the highlight of my plate. The corn tortillas were handmade which was nice! Overall the customer service was good & this place was okay.

They never get your order right or on time. I don’t even know why I come back… Oh yeah it’s because the one on cottle actually gives a shit and this one is closer to my way to work. I hate having to remind them to start my food while they’re just back there chatting it up. 5÷16÷16 these people are loosing my often business with them.

Good place to eat Burrito. You can tell them what to put in your Burrito. They have Small or Medium or Large Burrito that you can order. They will do anything to satisfy you. Friendly staff. It is not a big restaurant. Very simple Burrito. I has always go there for Lunch time and am very happy with my food. Very simple Menu. I do recommend to go there. Keep up with the good work.

This place no longer has good service or food. I called and placed a order for super nachos and specifically said just the chips, meat, beans, cheese, and sour cream. I even called back to make sure the order had beans because the girl kept mixing it up and in return I got this. What so ever no meat at all just beams stacked over beans and cheese and bad customer service.

If you don’t know, chain. Fast food Mexican. Prices are a little steep for what you get. You can get better for cheaper at full Mexican places. This is more mainstream. Got take out. I think they nuked the containers. The plastic was soft and mushy and destroyed by the time I got home.

We had pozole which was great and the«wet burrito» was really filling and yummy. I think they should go easy on the sauce as it was too much. The fajitas were bland and the meat was hard and dry. We didn’t enjoy them! I think the prices are a bit steep for the location and average food though.

My girLs and I made a random stop here because we were craving for some Mexican food after a bit of drinking. We puLLed up to an empty restaurant with just one other tabLe being occupied. We were immediateLy greeted and we grabbed a few menu’s to Look over what they were offering. Between the three of us, we ordered: ReguLar Carne Asada Burrito $ 6.99 SmaLL Carnitas Soft Taco(6) — $ 1.99/each Chip and SaLsa– $ 1 Medium Horchata– $ 2.99 BottLed Coke(2) — $ 2.69/each The food came out piping hot and was deLicious. There was a sLight hick up with the server dumping one pLate of tacos on my girLfriend but they were apoLogetic and quickLy cLeaned up the area and brought out a new batch of food. We appreciated the fact that one of the guys came out and offered us a wet toweL in case we needed to wipe anything. The food definiteLy hit the spot and I enjoyed the condiment area where I went ham on the jaLapenos, Lime, and sLiced radish. Our burrito and tacos were not skimp with the meat and was seasoned perfectLy. I wiLL definiteLy be back… hopefuLLy sooner than Later.

I went in with my cousin to get a churro because one of our friends recommended we go there & when we got them they smelled good & looked fresh. But when we bit into them we realized that the dough was seriously uncooked. I decided to just eat the outer part of it because I didn’t not want too continue eating raw dough ! It was a bit disappointing because we had both been craving a churro & this was not the best way to satisfy our craving!

This used to be our go to spot for burritos… until last Friday when I’m sure I got food poisoning from this place. Eating a burrito at 10pm was probably bad judgement on my part… I’m sure I got the last of what was cooked previously in the day. 6 months pregnant + food poisoning + 100 degree heat over the weekend= One pissed off miserable pregnant lady. Finally I can eat 5 days later…

Called in an order for pick up, estimated 10 – 15 minutes. Arrived 10 minutes later not ready, waited for an addition 15 minutes, to have the to gentlemen that came in after me to be served before me. I don’t call in for pick up so I can wait around for 15 minutes additionally. On top of the time to come. I had to get up and ask the workers where my food is. Then I find out my burrito is sitting under the stove for possibly the past 20 minutes. That’s some BS. Do your job. If someone orders in something. Maybe open take a look at where there food is after the fuckin paid for it.

Burrito Factory is great, just not this location for some reason. The employees are very awkward and will forget your order even when it is simple. Try not to ask for a cup of water unless you want the employee to roll their eyes at you rudely.

Had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon with my husband. He had menudo and a chile verde burrito. I heard him order taquitos for me(flautas), but the guy who took the order said my husband didn’t order anything for me. I know my husband gets people a little spun around, because he orders his food in a very detailed manner. My flautas were very good! I like how they use shredded cabbage rather than lettuce, layered over the guacamole. Didn’t care for the beans, but the rice was very good. My husband said the menudo was made very well and they used the best tripe you can buy. The burrito had a lot of flavor. I have this place, because it was rather expensive– over $ 30! We did have one agua Fresas and one cup of water! Might visit again, not $ure.

Not sure why so many have rated this place so poorly. The tortillas and all the other ingredients seem fresh and so delicious. You can also customize your burrito… three different kinds of beans and variety of tortillas(or «wrap» options such as spinach). I mostly come for the burritos, but the tacos, both crunchy and soft are so good. I’ve been a regular customer for 18 + years!

I really can’t stand this place. They have messed up on my orders countless times. The guy behind me ordered two burritos and I ordered one and he gets his order first. Maybe it’s because he’s mexican I have no fucking clue. The worst service and the food is not that great. I hate this place.

$ 5 min on credit cards Parking is terrible. There are enough tables . The small bean and rice burrito was hot and delicious. Red red hot compliments it very well. The cheese enchilada was good. The sauce was delicious but for me the cheese had a twing or tang to it that was different. The steak taco looks small but there is a lot of meat on it. Where’s the garbage? And, a tad rushed at the cashier stand when there was no one behind me.

I’ve eaten here last week. I ordered the burrito with carnitas. Service was good and the burrito was even better. Place looks clean but small. The other sister restaurant further down in Blossom Hill is much bigger.

Came here and had a taco salad. They were pretty accommodating. I asked for no rice and did a half carne asada and half chicharron. The chicharron was whatever, but the carne asada was pretty damn tasty! It was a pretty decent taco salad. Two of them(my bf got the same order but carne asada and carnitas) and one small mini pellegrino came out to be about $ 18.

Sooooo… it’s been a long time since I’ve been here and I think I’ve found a lot of other better places since. First of all… this isn’t the most awesome end of town and I had to navigate the horrible parking situation first, then a douchebag customer once I finally made it inside. My old standard here was the vegetarian super burrito, but I got Al Pastor today. I always get it without rice(stupid filler) and I used to still get a big burro. Not today. The Al Pastor was in big chunks of mostly gristle, had no flavor, and the burrito was pretty puny. My GF got a carne asada super burrito and said it was one of the best she’s every had. I think I’ll just stick with Taqueria Eduardo for my burrito needs from now on:
