Great shop, great people, great atmosphere. My guideshop experience with Jerad was great. He was super friendly and helpful. He was pretty good at guessing my sizes and was really fast at retrieving clothes. I told him what I wanted when I got there and he pretty much had everything laid out for me.
I won’t comment too much on the quality of the clothes since this is a review of the guideshop but their products are high quality, extremely well fitting, modern, with a big selection, you definitely get what you pay for.
The shop is just incredibly aesthetic and the staff is very fun and friendly. They even had beers and a huge appetizer sampler left over from an event they had earlier. Next time i’m near Santana Row, I will definitely stop by this place and hangout with the staff here. Best customer service I’ve had in a while.

As a long time Bonobos customer, I was very excited to try my first Guideshop experience. Made the hour long trip from Santa Cruz only to be greeted by a very rude and pretentious tall blonde guy. We walked in at 10:57, 3 minutes prior to opening (door was unlocked, employees on computers, lights on, neighboring shops open, etc) and wasn’t even 3 steps in before the gentleman rudely said «we open in 5 minutes.» Not even a greeting. That’s certainly not how Bonobos Ninjas have ever treated me prior in all the wonderful interactions I’ve had with bonobos employees. I will not be back here and won’t continue to recommend the Guideshop experience.

I booked an appointment for Saturday afternoon. I was driving over from Santa Cruz so wanted to make sure that someone was available. Online reservation was easy and one of the staff called straight back to confirm the appointment and ask some questions about what I was interested in.
When we arrived the staff already had some items together and a general idea of my size. Peyton was amazing! She helped me pick out a great suit and was extremely patient when I took an age to select a shirt.
Unfortunately, they were out of stock of two of the shirts I was interested in however I managed to find someone that worked. They were also offering 20% off for the first purchase which was awesome considering the already reasonable prices.
I’ll definitely be shopping there again.

Very excited that a guideshop opened up in Santana Row. I heard of the ones in Palo Alto/​New York, etc, but this is so close I had to check it out.
They have all the new merchandise ready to try on or check out. The staff was really helpful and they informed me you can do private events there.
Free private events?! Yes please. I know they just rolled out the Groomshop where you can get all of your tuxedos for your groomsmen here.
Will definitely be back to hang out

I went in on a Sat afternoon – Someone offered to help me out right away. The company only takes orders online but has physical locations so that you can try on the clothing and make sure everything fits well.
I went in to try on some pants and get measured so that I could order shirts when I decide to. The slim tailored weekday warriors are awesome and I also loved the washed chinos.
There was a 20% + free shipping promotion for first time customers which was great. I placed an order with one of the staff and a few hours after I left the store I got an email telling me that my order already shipped – really fast turn around!
As far as the staff goes – everyone was cool and helpful – even offered me a beer!

Went on a Saturday afternoon when it wasn’t busy. The sales associate was accommodating, made great recommendations, and this is a perfect store for people who enjoy the brand. This way, customers don’t have to go to the website and buy a bunch of shirts (unsure of their sizes). Win! They don’t sell directly from the store anyway (sales made all through the website), so this is an awesome pitstop before customers make their purchases!
The sales associate also offered us beer too, but we were in a hurry, so we couldn’t stay. Very authentic brand — great quality and service!
