Splendid

Good Service is hard to find, and I just had to take a second to give a solid 5 star rating to the staff at Splendid, especially Ricky. I’ve browsed here a few times, but only recently did I make a purchase. Everyone in there was friendly and helpful, but not over powerful or pushy which I hate. The store was very neat and organized, with everything sized and folded. Ricky approached me and welcomed me in– cool part was he even recognized me and said ‘you’ve been in before, haven’t you?’. From there he just let me browse while maintaining casual conversation, and then constantly removed items from my ever full arms. While I was on a budget and only purchased a few things (i’m sure in SR they’re used to people coming in and buying in bulk) he offered me some house made lemonade and I EVEN received a thoughtful thank you note a few weeks later.
As if that wasn’t enough, after that I had a random situation where I needed to call and ask them if they could make an exception to one of their policies for me, and the manager was more than happy to help me, even though I was just a voice over the phone. It honestly made me feel really valued and that they cared about their product. (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name! but THANK YOU!!)
If you are like me and originally discovered the amazing softness of Splendid through a big store like nordys or bloomies, take a moment to stop by this amazing boutique. There is far more selection than anywhere else, and the service is awesome.
