BIGFAIL for«customer service». There was only 1 other customer when we got there and the lady was just chatting away with the other customer — for 15 minutes — without even acknowledging arrival of new customer. If you think their prices are good, you need to get around more often. Their prices may be a little lower than other overpriced optometrist, but not great compared to other more competitive places. Try costco — their basic lens is $ 58 vs $ 89 at Bin(with UV, AR, polycarb, tints, photochromatic). The frame that my daughter wanted was priced at $ 149 Bin. The same frame WITH lens was $ 94 elsewhere. I’m surprised this place is still in business.

I have gotten 3 pairs of glasses here and did not experience bad customer service. They usually only have 1 staff at a time but when it’s your turn, they will help you and show you whatever glasses you want to try. I think it’s all about first come first serve here. Their prices are ok but I come here because I know what to expect and they have met my expectations and requirements.

I have been a customer of Bin Bin for a few years. They have some pretty cheap eyeglasses. My son’s first couple pair of eyeglasses we got there(cheap ones, $ 50)broke within a few weeks. So we brought the more expensive brand($ 139 in 2011) which seemed to work ok. But then in 2012 we wanted to get the same frame and same lenses, the price went up to over $ 200. How can they raise the price for 50% in one year. And they have very poor customer service. The woman who worked there on Sunday is simply rude. Go to Walmart’s optical in MaCarthy Ranch, you get a better price and superior customer service.

Come here if you don’t want any customer service. Our experience has been, they are perfectly attentive and nice when securing your business, but their customer service goes to nothing once you’ve placed the order with them. Even when we were going to pick up the glasses we ordered, they kept us waiting and had very poor attitude. When the glasses weren’t satisfactory, they blatantly rejected our feedback and kept declaring«this is not our responsibility»; it’s like they were afraid we would sue or something, when we merely wanted to see if there’s anything to be done to fix it. If you know exactly what you want, and willing to pay less for poor customer service, then go ahead. But finding a comfortable pair of glasses is a process, and having good customer service helps a lot with that. We’re never coming back here again.

Decent place to get a pair of eyeglasses. Prices are significantly lower than other places because of their location and lack of in store optometrist. Everything from no-name brands to Prada, Oakley, Armani. Give them a try if you want to save money on your next pair. Lenses here are also about half the price of competitors. If you want to get lenses with all the nifty cool features, this is the place to go. I was quoted over $ 350 for polycarbonate, anti-glare, Transitions lenses at other local places; Bin Optical will do them for less than half that. Unbe-freaking-leivable. My lenses from them have held up well. Serivce here does not warrant 5 stars, but their price makes up for it.
