This truck came to my work for an event. Their menu looked pretty good but they ran out of drinks before everyone ordered. The food was decent, fresh enough, good Tzatziki sauce, fresh produce on the wrap, but it really took a long time to get our food. Not bad, but I don’t know that I would go out of my way to find them…

The food is delicious! Big fan of the falafel and the hummus. One of the best in the Bay Area!

What a rip off. A friend and I tried the truck. An gyro with a couple of thin slices of gyro meat for $ 10. And the meat is very low quality as well. My friend says its like frozen gyro meat from a cheap market. You guys should be ashamed!

They came to my work for lunch and I got a damn good falafel wrap. I’d definitely eat at this truck again!

Not sure about the 4.5 star rating, it was just normal food. The good thing was they didn’t jack up the prices on us.

This truck has come a few times now to my job and i am digging the Gyros(chicken wrap) the meat is so tender! hold the sauce but with the veggies on it its delicious. ive never really cared for gyros but these are good! 5 stars for service, taste, quality and freshness of food. The only complaints ive heard from co workers are more variety and maybe some sweets…

Arabian Bites, digging the pun and the friendly customer service! I had the saffron chicken wrap, mild-spicy with fries and a salad. The amount of food was a bit small for the $ 10.00 price tag but delicious regardless. The chicken was pretty darn tasty, the fries were fresh, and the salad was a nice touch. note: If you don’t like cucumbers do not get the salad. They also only had 3 choices, not bad but not great for groups. Overall I will definitely come back if they come to the Stanford Cancer Center again at lunch, it was probably one of the best wraps I’ve ever had, if they offered greek fries I may have added a star, or a bigger portion for the price, or more options. The staff was super friendly and it was quite noticeable. Good job, tasty food, scrumptious chicken, and convenient to-go packaging.

Writing this review as I stuff my face with their Saffron chicken. The meat is so tender and juicy and the salad and tzazitski sauce are yumm too! This food truck makes an appearance once in a while outside my work place. I am really surprised why more people are not lined up here instead I see them settling into long lines outside fairly average food trucks! What a shame! Try something new and delicious, people!

Nothing beat their Greek tacos, lines are usually never long and they food trashed really fresh. The employees are also very friendly.

We got to try out this truck food yesterday at a private event in our residential complex. My husband got the chicken wrap which came with fries. The wrap was average and the fries extremely oily and tasted stale. We wanted to return the fries but were asked to trash it and were graciously given another batch. This too turned out bad tasting of stale oil. Seemed like they hadn’t replaced the oil being used for frying in a long while. All in all we were very disappointed with the single plate of food that cost us over ten bucks.

This truck came to my office the other day for lunch. I had wanted the koobideh kabob but they were out, which was a little surprising given they had only been parked for about an hour. I chose the Greek taco instead and it was tasty and very filling. I didn’t need to eat again until around 10pm. Next time I would probably try the chicken instead. Saving a star until then. Super nice folks that run the show here.

Arabian Bites is the brainchild of the lovely Sara Heshmati. It really features Mediterranean menu and on the day I sampled her food seemed to have a heavy Greek influence as I had a marinated chicken wrap with red onion, creamy cucumber yogurt sauce with cucumber. It was served with potato chips and a chocolate chip cookie! Both me and my partner really enjoyed her food from the truck for a quick lunch. Sara is very charming and friendly to talk to as well.

Ok I’ll admit it. I have this infatuation with Arabian Bites. So much that when I bring lunch to work but later find out that the truck is here, the lunch stays in the fridge. Oops. The truck comes to my workplace every couple months. They typically announce their location for the day on Twitter( ) a couple hours in advance. It’s cash only, unfortunately. They’re not THAT high-tech yet. Usually I have the chicken plate over basmati rice– can’t go wrong with this one. This time around I decided to try the Greek taco, which is ground lamb, cucumbers, tomatoes and onions topped with tzatziki sauce and wrapped in pita bread. The lamb was seasoned perfectly and not overly salty. The sauce was a good complement of flavors, but there was a little too much of it everywhere, and it was making my pita soggy before I took my first bite. The Greek taco as a whole was still very good. Wraps also come with fries and shirazi salad(more cucumbers, tomatoes and onions). The fries were done nicely, not noticeably greasy, and the salad had a nice, mellow flavor without the onions being overpowering. The Greek taco with sides is a tad pricey at $ 9. Part of that is the convenience of food coming to you(but that’s negated for people not at that location who need to drive over), but I feel like lowering the prices by a couple bucks would put them into more reasonable territory.

My very first encounter with Arabian Bites was at a high school fundraiser, on a very rainy afternoon, after I had already tried a few other samplings from the large selection of mobile food vendors there on that day. Eventually, thought, that wrong was righted, and I am richer for it. As is the case with so many of the really interesting food trucks you’re likely to come across, these are dishes made from the heart, from recipes that have been around for generations. I’ve yet to decide which of the koobideh or the saffron chicken would win in a fight for my attention, but if you’ve never tried cuisine from the Middle East, and if you’re not planning to actually go and visit for yourself, Arabian Bites is here for you.

I noticed the Arabian Bites food truck at a food event and since I am Middle Eastern I had to give it a try! I had the Chicken Kabob Plate and my gf got the Koobideh Kabob plate which she loved. I gotta say the Kabob is some of the best I have had in the Bay Area. The meat is tender, and flavorful and great. It came with basmati rice and salad and a great tasting tiziki sauce. Definitely one best Mediterranean food trucks out there!

I’ve been meaning to try this truck for quite a long time. Im a bit of a koobideh fanatic so it was nice to see they rep one in a plate of a wrap. Decided to get a wrap with fries. Super tasty fries and good texture on the meat. However it was a bit on the under seasoned side. Pita was also a little wet from the yogurt sauce. I think they maybe impacted by the rush. I’d give them a chance again because I think they have a lot of potential. 3.5 stars for now

Moveable Feast Garden City 5÷5÷2012 also saw the Feast debut of Arabian Bites(they have been seen around SJ previous to this event serving nearby office buildings) serving foods with ”exotic flavors that come from the Middle East” it sounds really good, right? Like any other truck, the menu is small and consists of Wraps and Rice plates(Beef or Chicken for $ 8) or a Greek Taco which contains Lamb for $ 9. Their online menu also states that they serve a Rosewater ice cream over fresh yellow pound cake($ 3) but I didn’t see that on the menu when I saw them. I was eager to try this new truck as I’m a huge fan of the style of food. I ordered the Chicken Rice plate( ) which came all nicely packaged with the side Salad(Cucumber, Tomatoes & Onions) and Tzatziki in their separate compartments. The Chicken was nicely seasoned and soft with a few grilled Onions and the side salad was really tasty too. The only thing I wasn’t overly keen on was the Tzatziki. I usually love Tzatziki but this tasted just the same as the one you get in huge tubs at Costco, it didn’t taste as though it was freshly made which is a real shame as it’s so easy to make and tastes so much better. With that said though, I was still very pleased with the quality and quantity I was given and will be sure to try them again. I really would like to try the Chicken Wrap and the Rosewater Ice Cream next time!

I knew they where a new truck but I’m just surprised to only see 2 other reviews here… I have to say, I was very pleased to welcome Arabian Bites to our Sunnyvale work location and our office couldn’t stop talking about how good their food was, we can’t wait to have them back! I frequent food trucks often and I love that Arabian Bites stays true to fresh Mediterranean flavors. You have the option to have your food either served over rice or in a wrap, or have a true Greek Taco with freshly ground up Lamb, where in the world are you going to get that off of a food truck, seriously! Two of us at work ordered two different things so we could try and share: Greek Taco $ 9.00 which was ground lamb seasoned in a special house seasoning topped with tzatziki sauce, cucumbers, tomato, and onions, wrapped in pita bread Chicken Wrap $ 8.00 which is chicken marinated in amazing exotic mediterranean flavors and a special house seasoning, wrapped in pita bread. Let me just start off by saying that their pita bread was perfect! It was fresh, light, and fluffy, and was just the tastiest little vehicle to serve their yummy goodness of everything else on it! The Greek taco had freshly ground lamb in it, but it didn’t look like your regular ground, it looked like they literally took a steak of lamb and ground it up themselves by chopping it, it was just lovely! Definitely worth it! The chicken in the wrap was cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavor. All of their meat had great seasoning on it. I liked that they served everything with a little side of french fries, they where crunchy and was just enough to cure any craving for«fried goodness» without over doing it and for someone who loves fried, I appreciated that! Everything also came with a little Shirazi salad, I’m not sure what it tasted like by itself, because I have to confess, we piled it onto our wraps and it was tasty with it, lol. This truck was great and we were all very happy campers after words. Everything was filling but yet, you didn’t feel like you had to roll back to the office which was nice. I just hope that this truck continues to grow and stays true to this experience… because I’ve seen some trucks just blow up with popularity and grow too quickly and with that their quality of food suffered. For now, Arabian Bites is a winner and if you haven’t checked them out yet, you need to hit them up, they are well worth it!!!

This is an additional review for Arabian Bites. I went yesterday, for the second time, and loved it just as much as I did the first time! I got the greek taco which was amazing! I’m usually not a huge fan of lamb but my friend highly recommended it so I gave it a try. Good thing I did or I would seriously be missing out. And the fries were even better than I remembered. They are SO crispy and the seasoning is delicious! If you haven’t tried Arabian Bites yet, you should definitely check it out next time they are in your area! I can’t wait to go back again next time they are in Cupertino! One last thing, I talked to the owner and she said they are thinking about setting up some tables and chairs outside the truck. This would be great since the lot they park in doesn’t have any seating and I usually just bring my food back to work. Hopefully next time I go she’ll have them set up. I would love to sit there and enjoy the great weather while eating amazing food! — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - Today was my first time here and it was fantastic! I had the chicken wrap and it was amazing! The chicken was so moist and flavorful! The greek side salad was also very good. And the fries were super tasty. The levels of flavor were so complex but non were overpowering. Basically, everything was great! I will definitely go back and highly recommend that you check it out!
