Quick service with a smile. I originally went in to have something notarized, but then got to talking to Martha and found out the story of her company (really interesting) and all that she can do. I brought her in some old movies that were deteriorating in my garage and she put her creative touch on them and did a transfer to DVD. It was neat to see everybody when they were so young… brought back a lot of precious family memories.

Let’s start with the upside: offered discounts based on quantity of items, created attractive covers for the DVD cases, delivered in the time stated, and the prices were reasonable. Now the downside: for the last batch of DVDs, they misspelled my name on all the printed labels and covers, which was almost amusing considering that they had made dozens of my tapes before and that my name was displayed on many of the videos they transferred. They also said that they could not reprint the original covers without having to do the entire job over. Martha did take time to create plain covers immediately after I pointed out the error to her. Hoping that by writing this, the review process improves, so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
