He doesn’t honor the 50% off Unilocal coupon although he posted it. When I asked why he doesn’t, he said «I guess you want to play nickels and dimes and sorry I can’t do your job». I feel he’s very rude and will not hire such person for any jobs.

We woke up this morning with water on the kitchen floor. Something on the roof was leaking. And it was raining. Called a couple of other handyman who didn’t answer their phone and at this writing have not even returned calls. Baldo came right out did the repair work and went on. Will definitely call again.

I had a broken window that had to be fixed and it was late in the evening. I had called Baldo, the handyman if he could drop by my house and take a look at it. He actually came by to check even though it was late at night, and the following day, he came through again to fix the window. I love the fact that he was able to take two trips to my house and it showed he really cared in accomplishing the job. Thank you, Baldo!

We are pleased with the outdoor plumbing work that Baldo of Affordable Handyman service did for us. He moved a front yard faucet a few feet because we are getting ready to redo our driveway and the faucet was too close. The finished project looks very nice with the faucet waist high and thus easier to reach without bending down. He mounted it to the fence and used copper so it looks quite elegant. A few days after he left, he had to come back because a small leak revealed itself. But he came over quickly, fixed it and didn’t charge us any more (of course). It was work we didn’t want to do ourselves. Baldo was friendly and professional.

I had these 2 guys come to my house recently to install a water heater. First of all, their price was very reasonable. We looked around to find alternatives, but couldn’t beat them. When they were installing the water heater, they did not look at the instructions even once and did not have to re-​do any of their work. It was very clear they knew exactly what they were doing, which is obviously a very important trait that we did in professionals. Also, he gives you a legit receipt with all of the work performed as well as a 90 day warranty for labor in writing. My dad and I saved his number to call him for future services we may need. Strongly recommend them. Not to mention, they are very friendly.
