Hats off to Hayden Church’s plumbing & drain service! I was in the middle of the WORST plumbing crisis of my life, we couldn’t use our bathroom for weeks, and the frustration in our household had reached its breaking point :-/
I called in to HCP&DS, late on a Sat. and was greeting Rick at my front doorstep within the hour! He was able to effectively calm us all down, displaying a true journeymans expertise throughout the emergency diagnostic visit. Sure enough, true to his word, by Sunday afternoon, Rick was able to restore our bathroom to working order, and all was well in our home :-)
The bill was SO REASONABLE, & we were SO super grateful for the time and focus spent on our «issue;» I was able to afford a closely matched tip.
THANK U, THANK U, THANK U, to Rick & to EVERYONE @ Hayden Church Plumbing! I recognize it takes a cooperative effort — for any company — to do more than just offer. and to actually PROVIDE quick, personable, reliable and reasonably priced services. I have their magnet on my fridge, and I highly recommend giving them a call FIRST if you’re having trouble with your plumbing :-)

there is really nothing positive to say here — shoddy work, bad attitude, promises a lot and delivers zilch! there were a couple of leaks around sprinkler control valves and unfortunately, I signed him up to re-​build the piping around the valves. spent double the time, as the piping kept coming apart because of expired glue that he was using. turned more and more offensive as I started to question the breakage and the additional money he kept asking for. eventually got to a point where I did not want to deal with him anymore because of his offensive attitude. So, I paid him in full, asked him to do whatever he felt he had signed up for and leave. well, he did finish the piping before he left. I turned on the sprinklers after he left and none of the sprinklers would come on. called him couple of times, and of course, never came back to fix it. couple of days later, sure enough, the pipes burst and came back to a flooded yard!
$ 760 later, I have broken pipes, flooded yard, and no working sprinklers. could it get any worse?

I have been using Hayden Church for awhile at home and at work for several years now and haven’t had any problems. He shows up when he says he will and is comparable in prices with other plumbers.

last week my grandma had a back up in the pipes at her triplexes she owns off little orchard and she called hayden pluming two gentle men came out by the name richard and vince. My grandma had been having this reoccuring problem for a long time and grown fed up with it happening. Richard and Vince presented a solution to my grandmother that would make the problem go away for good. no other plumbing company that has came out has offerd a permanet solution and they have all been pricey.Mr.Hayden was very reasonable in price and did very good work. Turns out the kitchen line was so packed with grease instead of snaking it like the others, they replaced the pipes. i only have to say good things about Hayden Church Plumbing and after talking to them more i am recomending them to everyone i know. Plus what other plumbing stays open 24hours.

Richard was very helpful with all the plumbing problems we had in our house. He was friendly and professional! I will use him again without a thought of using anyone else. If you have any kind of plumbing problems I’d call HAYDEN CHURCH PLUMBING no need to call anyone else! Thank you Richard take care!

We actually did not call this person. We called Jason @ Jdrains and he said he would be out on 9÷11÷13 @9 A.M. At 9:30 a van from Hayden Church Plumbing shows up with 2 young guys (we found out later that they were Richard’s kids) After about 30 min they call their dad and say they are having problems. Richard comes out and then they all leave @ 11 to get parts and return @1 then leaves again @ 2:20 and returns at 3:20 and works until 9:40 and then said he was done. He turns the water on to find leaks everywhere. So he said that it was too late and he was leaving. He said that he would call @ 9:30 the next morning to confirm that he would be here at 2. We waited and no calls all day. We finally call at 4:30 and Richard made excuses that he had other jobs do and he was short handed and we need to be patient with him and that he had to go home because he was diabetic and he was sending his son & cousin to finish the job and his cousin can finish and then we can pay him. But we said that we wanted to see the work that was completed in daylight so we wouldn’t pay that night. He then calls back and said I am coming and I expect payment. We said that we didn’t like the fact that he kept making excuses and putting us off for other customers. He got very upset and started yelling on the phone. He then said «wait just a minute while I step into my complaint department so I can listen to your stupid complaint» Richard is very argumentative and he makes excuses for everything and will not take responsibility for anything. He blames other people and things.
Really there is nothing nice to say about Richard or this Hayden Church plumbing company other then STAY AWAY!

Never takes responsibility for anything
Everything he touched or rather his workers touched was done wrong, missing parts and or he wanted more money to fix when should have taken care of it in the first place! All had to be redone. Richard really needs to return all the money that he charged us… but I could go on and on but I think you get the picture.

His workers get injured on jobsite and he covers it up and lies about it
Never takes responsibility for anything
Everything he touched or rather his workers touched was done wrong, missing parts and or he wanted more money to fix when should have taken care of it in the first place! All had to be redone. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture.
And above all else overcharges for piss poor work. Do yourself a favor and call someone else or you be so mad at yourself later. This is the type of plumber that gives regular honest plumbers a bad name
Richard is argumentative during on phone conversation.
He’ll probably call me yelling after he reads this review, but I dont care, people need to know truth about Richard so they dont have to lose money like I did.

Richard is one of those get it done guys… no fuss, muss and excellent service. Not the mention very excellent pricing. He’ll tell you everything up front, save you money where he can. His crew is friendly, well skilled and work hard. If you have plumbing problems, or any type of conttracting work give them a call. They re-​did my kitchen and instead of turning into a nightmare it was a downright pleasant experience.
