Del Taco

I simply ordered two Spicy Jack Quesadilla. one was cheddar. when i went to return it for a refund all i got was really bad attitude and condescending remarks. The servers name was Briana. She was very very rude. When I walked away I could hear her say a few swear words. to say the least I won’t be returning ever again to this location the manager should take care of this immediately

SLOWEST Del Taco every… I almost never get out of before 10 mins. Doesn’t matter what time it is. Microphone is broken or something because you have to scream your order For them to hear you.

I have never in my life have been to a Del Taco that is SO SLOW!!! They work as fast as molasses runs down the counter.

Everytime I come here I take the drive thru. Always takes about 10 minutes to get out. I’m sure it’s not always there fault I’m sure some customers order a lot of food but they should at least tell them to park their car and they’ll take their food to them. It’s always a long wait. My Host is Leslie. Every time I see her she is always polite but today I saw her take a bite of her food infront of me before helping me. Then she grabbed my cup without washing her hands and put ice in it and even placed the lid on my drink without washing her hands. I do believe without properly washing your hands after touching yourself or handling your own food you can be cross contaminating my food and its grows… I don’t like that…

Slowest fast food in the world, I am writing this review as I am sitting in the drive thru lol. 15 minutes later im finally pulling to the window

I’m giving a 5 star review simply because their is a young man that works here that is the most polite person to ever work In the fast food industry. I believe his name is Lorenzo? Has tattoos, probably in his young twenties. Anyways, whenever I come In the morning for my breakfast burrito, he is so polite and goes above and beyond. I have no idea what the inside is like and the location isn’t the best. But 5 stars just for that young man.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of Del Taco in general but avoid this place at all costs! It’s complete crap and a poor representation of Del Taco. On numerous occasions I sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes. And there were only 3 cars. That’s 10 minutes a car! Not exactly fast food. Kinda pisses you off when it causes you to be late for work. Also, many times I was given no hot sauce packets in the drive through and one single napkin. This is not to mention the inside isn’t anything to write home about. Avoid this place.

WORST Del Taco ever. This place is a dump. It is always dirty and smells inside. The manager is rude and doesn’t care about anything. The food tastes like it sat out all night, the rice in my burrito was barely cooked and crunchy. When I told the manager she turned her back and walked away and sent some 16 year old kid to give me my money back. Ill never eat at this del taco again.

Tried the new «crunch-​tada» today for free! Gotta love free… and, it was pretty decent. I don’t know what the difference would be from a regular tostada, ‘cuz I’ve never tried it. But, like I said, it was cool. The peeps in the drive thru were pretty nice, too!

These people have hearing issues through the drive thru mic. I told them «I wanted a cheese burger“and she said «what a 97 cent churro» I said «noooo! A cheese burger!!! She said «what a chocolate milk shake! They couldn’t get it right! They either need to clean their ears or get a better com.

This side of San Jacinto is just sketchy in general, I normally avoid it at all costs. However, for sake of this establishment, I will do my best to only judge based on the restaurant itself.
The staff is decent. Not as bad as some fast food places, but not the greatest. They were not rude, so that is a positive.
I have never been inside this location, I have only used the Drive-​thru, (for sake of not getting out of the car in this part of town).
The food is about the same as other Del-​taco establishments, slapped together in a fast, uncaring manner. Not fresh or hot.
I’m not a huge fan of fast food, especially Del-​taco. I would only return to this location if I was starving and had no other choice. Other than that: /​I doubt it.

Too slow! Always so slow here!
