Drinks here are average and is similar to what you can find at Quickly. They have lots of drink and food choices available for such a tiny store! But they work quick and the cashier is helpful. Some turn offs for me though are that their hours are weird. They don’t open on Sundays and they close at 7pm on the weekdays. However, their drinks are free upgrade or free Boba in your drink on Saturdays!!! I def try to support this small business whenever I can.

The prices are pretty good in comparison to other shops in the town like Half and Half, FTB. But the quality can’t compare though. Though if you have about 3 – 4 you can get a decent snack until later. For the cheap price, you can get some really good drinks. They sell snacks and some small food items. The main problem I have with this place is the location and the environment. There are a bunch of troublemakers and even gang members who hang around here. While the store owners are good people and serve you well, they don’t do a good job of stopping the trouble around their store. The police show up at the shop several times to stop gang confrontations and fights. Without gangs and problems this place is actually a nice hang out place. On the weekends or around 4 or 5 on school days it’s pretty clear. There’s not much room, but it seems to work out when I’ve been there. Definitely a place to try.

Great place for cheap, regular boba milk tea. I haven’t tried the other teas much, but for $ 1.25 for a milk tea, it’s great. Just try to avoid coming here after school gets out, it gets super busy.

Great boba milk tea. Whup, big surprise there. I came here with a friend to get the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Special, and our drinks ended up costing only $ 1 for each person. If you ask me, that’s pretty cheap for a cold cup of refreshing boba milk tea. Nothing too special though. However, it only got 3 stars because it is just another average boba shop, and the interior was slightly cramped with no air conditioning. On a triple digit summer day, that’s definitely a downgrade. I will definitely come back here if I’m in the San Gabriel Blvd area.

I really like Almond Milk Tea from this place since the Almond flavor is pretty strong. Their Green Apple Slush is also flavorful. So is Honey Milk Tea. This tiny place is a family’s business and the mom makes awesome drinks. All of the drinks she makes can be guaranteed that they’ll taste good. The bad thing is this place is really really tiny! It’s right next to GHS& if you go when the school’s just over, be prepare to wait FOREVER. No kidding. Price is really cheap.

Overall pretty good! My mom was getting a haircut next door and I was thirsty so I decided to give this place a try. I was somewhat skeptical once I walked in because it was a little hole in the wall and no one was there, but the lady was nice and the prices were really reasonable! I bought a passion fruit green tea with boba. The passion fruit was yummy, yet a little too sweet but I don’t mind that. What surprised me was the boba. I expected hard/stale and gross boba, but it was really nice and chewy! I also got another boba milk tea for my mom. She said it was good so I’ll trust her judgement. All together, the two drinks came to a total of $ 3.98! A really good deal considering the price of drinks these days! I’m sure I’ll be coming back the next time i wait for my mom to get a haircut next store at Italy hair salon!

The location itself is tiny. It’s on a corner street and with only 2 tables, bulky chairs, and the ordering counter, I wouldn’t recommend Boba Boba to be a hang out spot. However, it’s convenient since it’s only a walk across the street from Gabrielino. The drinks are okay. I came on a Saturday after a Speech tournament and they messed up my order. So I had to stay an addition 5 minutes and they messed up again! I came another time and I ordered a green bean slush and it was bland. I’d rather go to Tapex and pay more. But I love their thai tea and almond milk tea here! On the brighter note, you can’t find GOOD deals anywhere else but here! Large fries for 2 $ and they have a BOGO deal on Saturdays! You’ll have to remind them if they forget though.

I like this place because it’s so close to gab and convenient to grab an after school snack. Their drinks are the best I’ve had but I think it’s pretty good considering the prices. I also love their fries and spaghetti.

During our adventure of going to every Forever 21 possible within 10 miles of Santa Anita mall(we went to 6, by the way, in case you were wondering), my friends and I decided to stop at Boba Boba since one of them wanted to say hi to his aunt, who is the owner. They have a super small parking lot but there were people standing in front of it, so I thought it’d be easier to just park on the street. My friend’s aunt made us drinks on the house, which was super nice of her :) I ordered the Green Milk Tea and although the boba was really chewy and tasty, the drink was not. I’m sure the Green Tea was fine but the Milk Tea was super, super sweet. As I was drinking it, I could feel my sugar level quickly rising and wondered how long I had before I dropped dead from sugar intoxication. The place is extremely small, with one table and a bunch of chairs surrounding the video game station and underneath the flat screen TV, pinned up overhead. I don’t really think it’s a place for big groups to «chill» and hang out in, maybe to just stop by and grab a quick drink — so it’s perfect for the Gabrielino students across the street during lunch break or after school.

uhm… this place is pretty terrible. i had the regular boba milk tea and my gf had the pudding milk tea with boba. both were mediocre at best. something you can get a tap express. the boba was extremely hard as well as the pudding. the pudding was not even flavorful. i would not come back. i think this place is gonna tank just cuz the quality is just not there.

This place just had it’s Grand Opening two weeks ago and is still pretty unknown. I’m not sure what the phone number is, but I’ll find out and post it as soon as possible. First off, it’s tiny. It has the worker’s station, and five tables. That’s it. Not a place for big groups or to hang out. Buy your drink and leave, there’s really no space for you to stay. The parking is limited to the street. There’s a couple spaces, not not a lot. It’s not crowded around here except for in the morning and 3PM. Gabrielino High is literally across the street. There’s about five people behind the counter. Really? Five? And your store is this small, kinda stupid. The service is pretty good though. They ran out of boba when I went. Sad face. Their Milk Green Tea was a little too sweet for me, but not bad. They have big boba here. Cool, huh? A good place for the kids at Gabrielino.
