Love, love, love this library!!! I’m very picky, and this is small, but quaint, community focused and the outside area is lovely. Fountains, birds and ivy, you almost forget where you are. I hope this area continues to be redeveloped and a resurgence of businesses takes root.

This is a small library in a small town. After school, it gets too busy and noisy for my taste. But, on each week of the month(be sure to check their schedule), they do a family story & play time and sometimes even have child development specialists there to answer your questions. They have a cute little area of play toys like a mini kitchen for little ones. They have a nice section of kids books that I was surprised to see in such a small library. This is the ideal place for a mom/dad/caregiver to bring their small children in the afternoon. There are two places to get food within the same cute library courtyard, the library bistro and house of brews coffee shop. Both are good and worth a visit! Plus, sitting in the courtyard with a young one is nice because there are lots of birds, a water fountain and pretty safe area for them to run around. Unfortunately, they are closed more often because of budget cuts. They aren’t open on Monday, Friday or Sunday… so plan accordingly! Use your local libraries more often! Let’s keep them alive!
