I’ve been here once to drop of my clothes and use their service«Wash and Go» the first time I went I dealt with Peach(something close to that) I dropped it off at 3PM and told her I needed it done and ready by noon the next day there was a language barrier but she nodded her head as if she understood. The next day I arrive at 12:10 to get my clothes, another girl is working and tells me my clothes won’t be ready until 4pm. I told her I needed it by 12:00, I had to to be at work by 2. I ask her for my clothes I didn’t care if it wasn’t washed, I wasn’t upset until she told me she couldn’t give me my clothes because they brought my clothes to another location to wash. WHAT?! I mean I understand that they could be busy but bringing my things elsewhere to be washed and not letting me know and to top it off I ask her which Location did they bring my clothes to and she starts mumbling she didn’t know that it’ll be dropped back of between 4 – 6. That definitely wasn’t acceptable and I asked to speak to her manager, she got the«owner» on the phone and he offers me a free wash for my next visit. I ended up not getting my clothes until the next day because I had to leave for work. This place is very disorganized and instead of being a convenient way to get your clothes clean it’s actually a headache. I didn’t even get a receipt because they were out of paper, the only reason I knew Peachs name was because its written on the chalkboard when I dropped of my clothes I replied to the message you sent 2 days before u responded to my review. You didn’t send me a message a WEEKS ago.

After washing here in this place for the 3rd time I had a really bad experience with the tendant that works their. one of the washers I was using got stuck and left all my clothes wet. I asked the tendant to help me out and she just gave me her back. instead of helping me out .I just feel bad for who ever hired her .with no customer service experience. hopefully they train her

I came here to keep a friend company while she did her laundry. The place that she normally goes to closed down so we decided to find a new place. We were searching on Unilocal and stumbled upon this new establishment with an overall five star review, so we decided to give it a try. The parking lot outside isn’t too accommodating. It’s very tiny and the spaces are so close to each other. This place shares a plaza with a few other stores including a Vietnamese restaurant and a mini market so space is very limited. As we approached the doors we noticed a few signs on the windows advertising free wifi in an air conditioned laundromat. Well… That’s a lie. There is wifi but I could not feel any type of air conditioning. It’s officially the second day of a very warm fall and there’s no air conditioning in a building that has dozens of large high temperature dryers running at the same time. Not good at all, it felt like summer all over again. The arrangement of the machines are a bit different from other laundromats. The rows of washers were going in different directions which was new to me and I actually liked it because it wasn’t forcing people to be cramped into one corner. The machines were also nice. They had different sizes for small loads and bigger loads. My overall experience here wasn’t all that bad because everything was very clean. My only problem would be the false advertisement for the air conditioning.

I decided to try a new laundromat and saw the reviews on this place. It’s not often you see 5 stars for a laundromat. This place does have very good prices for their machines and driers. They do offer free soap but I don’t know what brand it is so I didn’t use it however many people did. They also take credit cards at their washers and driers but it wouldn’t work at all of them. I’m not sure if maybe onewas broken or what but its a nice idea. Their window says they have air conditioning but I didn’t see any ducts or feel any air and all the doors were open so I am not sure how true that is. This place is set up kind of weird and it can be very difficult to maneuvers inside especially when they are busy. So far this is the best laundromat in City Heights and when I don’t want to go to far I will come back. Also employees were very nice and free wifi is a plus.

So I use to go to the huge laundry place on El Cajon it was a drive. one day I decided I didn’t wanna drive so I came here(2 blocks away from me) and I was pleasantly surprised when I walked inside. This place is clean, new machines, and Wi-Fi. I’ve been here three times and every time it’s been great. The staff is always nice and the ac is good on these hot San Diego days. I’m pleased to say bigger isn’t always better I’ll defiantly be making this my go to laundry spot.

I just moved to this neighborhood temporaly. And this is my first time to go to laundry mat. I was a bit confused at first, but Christy helped me out at everything. She is very nice, friendly, and helpful. She shows me which wahser is fastest(only 16mins) and a regular one(usually 28mins). She shows me how to use washer, dryer. Later while she is doing her job, she saw me was folding my clothes, she asked how everything is so far. The place is super clean(I saw Christy non-stop cleaning!!) and tidy. Free wifi and free soap(powder, i think you should put brand of what kind soap you r offering, in case some ppl are allergic to a certain soap/detergent/shampoo). I used regular washer: $ 1.75/ load. Regular dryer: 25cents per 8mins, you can put one by one quarter then check til your clothes r dry as you want. Today I spent almost $ 9 for washing all clothes 2loads, one big blanket, 2bedsheet, 6pillowcase, 10towels. That’s not bad i think! Despite a neigborhood, I def be back because of very nice customer service :) P. s.: next door is a sandwiches place(vietnamese one), so go grab a ca phe sua da or banh mi while doing your laundry. :) But please put in the trash can when you are done and keep ur place clean. :)

I just moved not too far from this laundry mat & I am absolutely in love with it, I’ve only been here twice but I can see myself doing laundry here more often. Despite the neighborhood, the staff here are super friendly and courteous. Everyone pretty much mind their own business. What I like best about this laundry mat is that they offer a fluff & fold service, I would definitely consider dropping off my items if I was too busy to do it myself! There’s flat screen televisions mounted to the wall, a bathroom, and different washing machines that meets your needs. This place also offer free detergent(powder) and invade you forgot your dryer sheets they sell it 3/0.25 I know, I forgot mines the last time. The washers also take debit! Now that’s what you call an updated laundry facility! The change machine gives change back in $ 5 if you put a $ 20 in it.

The is my first experience at a laundry mat and I must say the experience has been pleasant. The facility is big and clean. Lots of options on types of washers. The best value is the giant one for $ 6.75. It also comes with free soap. My dedicates came out really nice and clean on the small washer for $ 1.75! The dryers are all the same. $ 0.25 for 8 mins. I have to also give credit to Christy the attendant on duty for being so sweet and answering all my questions. I accidentally put money in the wrong machine and she gave me money back. No questions asked. Even the music was good! Wow– I’m impressed:-) I’ll be back!
