This place isn’t as clean anymore. Most of the washers and dryers are «out of order». They’ve been like that for months now, so now i just wonder if they will ever to anything to fix them. Yeah this place is convenient but it begins to be an inconvenience when their machines are not in working condition.

Sunday afternoon, needed to do some idk 10,000 loads! that’s what happens when u have 2 lil girls that have been sick & likes to wear 5 outfits a day! Lol my usual spot @ 38 street coin laundry was super pack & had no parking. so I decided to check this place out! and am glad I did! upon walking in, I notice that this is a huge place! so I went to the 8+ loads, and notice they don’t take coins «(awe bummer for me! I have a bag of coins & bags & bags full of laundry! Went to the staff and explain to them that I didn’t know it wasn’t a coin operated laundry mat. they were very helpful & exchange my quarter ($ 35 worth) for bills so I can insert to machine & get my $ loaded card. all their machines are new & up to date! very clean place & they even have an area for kids to sit & watch movies! love this place, they def gain a daily customer today »)

I“ve been here last monday night… This place is clean but the customer service so bad… the dryer filer machine so dirty then i“m asking to clean the dryer filter but he have bad attitude… he did not clean it… he always come out to talk on the phone… someone should be watch out the air filter before using dryer machine…

The most attractive and sparkling clean laundry facility I’ve ever seen! I like the way you get your own Pronto card and buy credits to spend. There’s more than just washers and dryers here too. They have TVs, tables and chairs, snack machines and even a modern water filtration system where you can buy water to take home. I really like Pronto Laundry.
