Although I’ve only been to this store three times over the last few years, my last visit left a remarkable impression on me. Firstly, they’ve happened to provide items I’ve needed that I couldn’t find elsewhere. Secondly, they proved that they care about customer satisfaction. When my last purchase resulted in faulty shoes that started falling apart within a month by no fault of Tilly’s, I wasn’t sure what to do. I hadn’t recalled their 30 day return/exchange policy, and had let the deadline pass by a couple of weeks. But a knowledgeable friend convinced me to try talking to them anyway, to see if they might still be of help. After speaking with customer service for an email copy of the receipt I had thoughtlessly discarded, then reluctantly going to the store to meet with the professional manager, whose name i regret not taking down, she went ahead with the exchange and ordered me a new pair. I hadn’t really expected them to do it, since I had waited too long, and was planning on contacting the shoe company to follow up with them, but they did. The manager went above and beyond to satisfy this customer, and I greatly appreciate it! I’ll be frequenting this store more often, as well as recommending it to friends.

Workers very friendly… 5 different employees asked if I was doing okay. Large store, but prices are hardly on sale. Lots of fitting rooms — at least 10!
