Conveniently located beside the restrooms & the food court, this Claire’s has a pretty prime spot, if you ask me. I’ve been here at least a half dozen times. Lots of foot traffic but it’s never really that busy. I think it’s due to the fact that nothing in the store is ever on sale & since it’s in an Outlet, girls like me naturally expect it to be cheaper.
This Claire’s is like any other. I haven’t noticed any big Clearances/​Sales. It seems like any other Claire’s at the mall. It’s a bit of a letdown to be honest, but they have a pretty good selection of jewelry & other accessories.
I had to take another star off this Claire’s for their service. I don’t know if this is how the employees were trained or maybe I’m easily annoyed, but from the moment my sister & I walked in, the employees started stalking us. Usually, I’ll get offered a shopping basket & they’ll tell me of their current deals. Occasionally, I’ll get asked if I need help if I seem to be looking around a lot. That’s fine & normal. The ladies who worked here are, for lack of better words, quite the overachievers. They literally pointed out items in the store that looked similar to/​served the same function as accessories we were currently wearing in the store. I thought that went a little overboard and was kind of unnecessary especially considering how small the store was. She pointed out how they carried similar sunglasses my sister had on as well as feather extensions that I had in my hair. I don’t know, I could just be oversensitive but she kept sporadically pointing these things out throughout our time at the store and I felt rude not stopping and listening to her every time.
All in all, a good selection of girls’ accessories & a fun store to check out but prices are the same as any other & the employees are a little overenthusiastic for my taste.
