Tanya Joy Skincare & Pilates

I came in for a facial and detox foot bath. During the foot bath, Tanya explained the process, and sat with me while I had questions. She also gave me a detox tea to help the process. After the bath I got a facial.
Again, she throughly explained her processes during the facial. She really listened to my skin issues. I have sensitive skin and allergies. The extractions were painless! I don’t get facials often, but never have I had a painless extraction. I was so relaxed. After the facial my skin felt clean and rejuvenated.
The head and neck massage were terrific!
Parking is very easy, and her office is right off the freeway.

Tanya Joy Is exactly that… JOY! she brings it whenever you are in her presence and makes you feel fabulous! She has such a calming effect on you when you walk into her sanctuary spa. everything is so welcoming and puts you at ease. I had my first facial with Tanya Joy and I can’t remember my skin ever feeling so soft, vibrant, and refreshed. I don’t have any major skin issues, but what I realized is how important it is to pamper ourselves at lease every 6 weeks to feel energized and renewed. I do have sensitive skin so I am always a little nervous to try new products, but the ones Tanya used were top of the line and didn’t disturb my skin. the mask she used was heavenly… I really noticed how my skin care products did a better job after my facial and the overall appearance of my skin noticeably improved. Thank you Tanya Joy for showing me how great my skin can look and I am excited to have you as my esthetician!

I just had my first facial from Tanya today, it was wonderful. I also got my eyebrows waxed. I am very picky about my eyebrows and she did an excellent job. She listened to my skin concerns and experiences and personalized the facial to fit my needs. The massage portion of the facial was great! Overall a comfortable, relaxing experience. I cannot wait to go back.

I got my first facial from Tanya yesterday and today my skin looks and feels aaahhhhmazing. Tanya was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my highly sensitive skin. She also gives an absolutely killer head and face massage and being a massage therapist myself I am not easily impressed. I will definitely be going back.

First: Facials
One facial! Thats all it took and I’m hooked! Tanya really LISTENS to you; she takes the time to hear your concerns and questions and proceeds with great care. She truly has a passion for helping people and talent to back it up! I will be a regular for her facials!
Second: Pilates
I feel very fortunate to have taken a class with Tanya. It was my first experience trying Pilates and Tanya really explains the moves, form, directions thoroughly, making sure you are benefiting from her workout. Im in shape, I run and lift, bike and swim and I was drenched in sweat after our workout! I was so shocked at not only Pilates but how well she instructs you through the workout for the best results! I LOVED the workout! And she pushes you, but she isnt pushy!

I just had another great facial from Tanya today! She is the best. Over the years my skin has changed and she always knows exactly what to do. I love the neck massage as well. I don’t go to anyone else.

I wish I would have know that her peels and extractions were the cure all for my skin. In the last year I recently developed acne and within 6 treatments my skin is clear! I am so excited I can’t even see straight. She even helps with information such as nutrition can effect your skin. I am so happy I found her.

Tanya Joy works out of a personal training business that is awesome but this review concerns her only. I have taken pilates classes with her before and she really knows how to get you in shape. I was so impressed with her work that I sent my wife to see her and now she has a standing appointment each and every week. My wife was in pretty good shape to start with but wanted to tone up and just loves what TJ does for her. She’s also had some facials and has really enjoyed them. We share some mutual patients and her skincare really compliments my work! Some of my treatments can be harsh on the skin and her touch can help polish out the skin to take a great result and make it exceptional. I highly recommend you check her out for facials, waxing and pilates.
