NAMES: Starley(drive thru), Selena & Yvonne. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! never in my life have I ever complained to a manager for bad service. I’ve never taken it to that level. I brush it off and never return. However! Yesterday, I went through the drive thru. Very rude over speaker, like agitated. I pull up and she forgets to give me my drink. No big deal right? It happens. So I park, walk in. I’m at the register, and I say«excuse me» she was at the window and 2 other Hispanic female co workers were behind counter. I said again«excuse me» One looked up directly at me, and continued sweeping. I was like ?? Umm ok? So I said excuse me again.(Mind u, I wasn’t annoying, I waited respectfully in between each time I said excuse me) The drive thru window co worker turns very quickly my direction throws her hands up agitatedly and says«YESSS»!!! I was very surprised ! Thrown off. I told her about my drink, and she said u didn’t order a drink, I said yes I did maybe u didn’t hear but I did. And she had the audacity to tell me «then u shouldn’t of said yes when I asked u if your order was correct on the screen» I was in shock! I asked her for her name and she refused! I then asked the Hispanic co worker, I said«excuse me, what is her name». She then gave me the most malicious glare while grinning and shrugged her shoulders! I said REALLLy??? And what is your name? Neither of them would give me their name and as I’m saying I’ll call their regional manager, they’re ignoring me. It was almost empty at that time so it was dead silent. They were grinning. Idk what I did whatsoever ! The manager on duty was like a 5 year old. She was scared of her own employee. I think she was a shift leader cuz she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She had to make a phone call to ask her boss if her employees are forced to give up their name if they don’t want to. What!!! That’s nuts! Of course you need to give your name! How am I suppose to identify u to complain?! Whoever was on phone then told her to give us their names so she very Rudely said names fast. I had her repeat the names and then jotted them down. The drive thru window co worker is heavy set, has tattoos everywhere and her looks can be intimidating. I recently purchased a brand new Mercedes, that day I actually got myself together so I didn’t look like a bum that day. I absolute HATE when girls pull the jealousy card, but there’s absolutely no other reason why I could think they could team up out of nowhere against me for nothing! I wasn’t even mad when I walked in!!!

I’m only giving this one star because I cannot give it any less. I relieved the worst customer service of my life, and that’s saying something, I’m a flight attendant. The woman working the drive thru, clearly a winner, was the most rude individual I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. She changed her mind on the number of orders we were allowed to place at one time in our car. Seriously? Then she said we were being rude for saying she was wrong. She refused to serve us. And I’m pretty sure it’s because my flamboyant gay friend was the one ordering. I hope Taco Bell knows they hire some of the most incompetent«customer service professionals» on the planet. Do better Taco Bell. Do better.

I love this place! Just finished a busy week at work, had to eat in a fast food place three times this past week. I chose Taco Bell each of the three times, and the food and service was great each time. Different servers, different meals, each time prepared and served efficiently, with the changes to my order done perfectly, and all sauces/drinks were fully stocked. I even used the new WiFi service at each location – at least, it is new to me, at Taco Bell. BRAVO!

It’s taco bell, there’s isn’t too much to say. The thing about this location though, is the fricking location! It’s right beside in-n-out which makes navigating into this place challenging. If you come from the mall side entrance, you’ll most likely be waiting behind car after car unless you got around them. If you opt for the less crowded street side, you’ll be able to drive in and come around, but if you want the drive thru and it’s full, you’re blocking traffic. You would think that parking wouldn’t be much of an issue since they have their own lot, but yet it is. Once you’re in though, come on, taco bell is some of the best terrible food ever!

Pretty standard food for a Taco Bell. No issues there. The big issue with this location is their long standing and continued failures at the drive thru. Check your order carefully when you go through the drive thru here. I’ve experienced a nearly 100% chance that they will get your order wrong or short you at least one item. Today they shorted me a taco. If I was ordering multiple unique items, I could sometimes understand, but this happens with simple orders of only a handful of items and seems endemic to this location. It has been a problem for a few years now, and I’ve even reported it to their corporate offices on more than one occasion. I’m starting to believe that it is more than ineptitude, and is actually part of their business strategy to remain profitable.

I received a promotional coupon to try out the«Cantina» line of entrees. I tried the chicken bowl and burrito. Of the two, the burrito is probably playing better to Taco Bell’s strengths. The various ingredients are apportioned in the amount and location that was doubtless precisely determined to ten decimal places. It’s not a wreck of a burrito by chain standards. However, the Cantina burrito is pretty much a 7-layer with some ingredient upgrades, so this was hardly reinventing the wheel. The overall effect was quite the same: beans, rice, guacamole(and though they speak of the guacamole as now being from Real Avocados, it tastes about the same as the old stuff), less chicken than you’d expect, and a panoply of Upscale Sauces of which the creamy cilantro dressing must be a major source of the 23 grams of fat, since unlike the 7-layer, there’s no cheese(or sour cream) in the cantina. The bowl does allow you to scrutinize individual components more closely however, which is great for reviewing purposes. To no one’s surprise, the real upgrades have been in the cheapest areas: the cilantro rice is both a touch fluffier and contains actual flavor in comparison to Bell Classique, and naturally black beans are going to taste a lot better than the old pintos. The Cantina sauces do boast more subtle ingredients, and maybe even a bit of complexity, but don’t expect heat; there is none. My test Bell expressed some consternation when I refused additional hot and/or fire sauces. The citrus-herb marinated chicken, which could be called lemon-juice marinated chicken at no cost to honesty, was the real disappointment of the Cantina line. It’s the same boil-in-bag pieces with occasional faux-grill marks that’s been at the Bell since fajitas were unleashed on an unsuspecting public. Lemon-tinted, yes, but still wet and rubbery. The Cantina line is in theory here to compete with the encroaching heresy of Chipotle, but I can’t imagine it will make anyone not nostalgic for their undergrad years switch back. The sauces and the protein aren’t interesting enough, and Chipotle fans already have their black beans and upgraded rice. The end result of this menu makeover is that the Bell can now market 7-layer burritos that cost 2 to 3 times as much as the original version by upgrading ingredients that cost about an nickel each. It’s great business, but significantly worse dining.

A-Ok. Good location but very slow service both at drive thru and dine in.
