Very friendly team at this location. Even when closing in 10 min they were happy to serve us our fav holiday drinks.

I get charged differently by different cashiers. Sadly, the male cashiers seem to make it fun to tack on extra charges that the female cashiers don’t. It’s really obnoxious and when I point out that other cashiers and locations don’t charge me for this they simply say, «It’s our policy»…except that other cashiers at this location don’t do that. This is the last time I come to this location. I’m here long enough to write this Unilocal review.

Just went here and I have to say, excellent customer service!!! Our drinks were ready in the flashiest of flashes! To keep us occupied while we were waiting the short amount of time, our delightful server engaged us in a lovely conversation! I do recommend!

Forgot I wrote this place a review nearly a year ago. Looks as though nothings changed. Came through the drive thru with a coworker. They botched her drink and gave us soggy spinach feta wraps. It was disgusting.

Went through the drive through this morning and had to wait a little bit longer than usual due to technical difficulties of some sort with the customer ahead of us. Got up to the window and the employees were just as friendly as ever, asking if we had any exciting plans for the day. & they gave me my delicious Chai tea latte on the house. Day maker! Thank you guys!

I called this location several times and was always pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. Stacy, the manager, was very gracious in donating to our event and really went above and beyond. The process to place the order was super simple, it was ready to go when we arrived and easy in and out. Thanks so much Stacy and co-​workers, you guys rock!

Music was horrendous! I could not concentrate on anything but the most painful music I’ve ever heard in my life. This is suppose to be a coffee shop, yet I felt like I was front and center at the Worlds Most Annoying Music Concert. I left with a not only a bad taste in my mouth from the drink (pun intended) but a headache that will have my ears ringing for the rest of the week.

I looked for a way to message the business instead of writing a review but their Unilocal page does not give me the ability to do so.
It’s really difficult to find a location to go to at night to get work done without there being an overflow of customers. I came to this Starbucks location last night with my roommate after looking on their Unilocal page to check how late they were open. With the understanding we had an hour and a half until closing, we settled in and went out hour of work. 30 minutes into being there we were told, «The lobby closes in 30 minutes». I went back on the Unilocal page and saw there was an hour until closing so I didn’t think they were talking to me. But sure enough, at 9:30, being the only two people in the store, they kicked us out. I have been to Starbucks over 70 times in the past year to get work done and not once has any other Starbucks made us leave so early before the store closes. Looks like some employees were looking to get home a bit early, but in return you lost two very loyal customers!

Oh my gosh, BEWARE of your breakfast sandwiches before you take a bite!!! I was on my way to a party and went through the drive through and got an egg white, turkey bacon sandwich. I took a bite and the egg was completely frozen. I had to park my car and go in. I asked for a manager and a guy said he was supervisor. I gave him the sandwich and told him about it and asked why it was served frozen. He said the eggs come frozen and it was the ovens fault for not cooking it. He asked what I wanted from him him and was SOOO MEAN!!! I was in a hurry and had to park and wait in line (again). You think he would of apologized and offered me a free meal or give me my money back!!! I waited an additional 20 minutes and finally told that guy he better give me a card for something free in the future for the inconvenience, he disappeared and didn’t come back. I’ve never seen a worst place in my life. What kind of quality control lets you serve a frozen sandwich and then give you attitude!!!

I like to come here to work on my laptop using their wifi Google high speed internet. The cold AC is refreshing on these HOT summer days as well. The staff has always been friendly with me. A couple of the employee’s got a little bit snippy with me over my Peach Green Tea Refills with Lemonade, but after speaking with the store mgr he apologized and told me I would not have any more problems… and so far that has been the case.
Overall great service, great location and a very relaxing place to stop by and enjoy your favorite Starbucks drink.

I love this location! Friendliest staff ever… and funny too! Make my drink perfect every time. And I hate to say I have become a Slighyly picky drive thru sbucks fanatic.. never a complaint! You guys rock my coffee drinking world!

This is my main Starbucks I go to, the location is prime for me. It’s right down the street and conveniently located in the shopping center with lots of parking and not much foot traffic or car traffic to worry about. They have a giant drive throughthat goes by pretty quickly and the servers at the Starbucks are all very kind and make you feel like a loyal customer. I usually get the iced coffee which they make here probably the best out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks if you’re looking for one to go to regularly they enjoy their loyal customers and treat them very well.

Great Starbucks ! They are always so friendly no matter who I get and even if the line is long my drink is made correctly and they move quickly. I don’t go to the one by my house just because this one is better in my opinion.

Came here early on a Monday morning before 6 AM. Place was empty. Service was great — imagine that! Just your average Starbucks — a little smaller than I’d like to hang out in if I was to spend a while here. It’s in a nice convenient location at the southwest corner of the Midway Towne Center mall. Lots of parking in that mall. As you might deduce from the other reviews, your mileage may vary greatly depending on WHEN you show up.

The past visits have been fantastic. Drive thru and walk in. Yesterday I was in line with several cars ahead of me and I got to the window in no time. Then I noticed something strange the person ahead of me didn’t pay. When I rolled up to the window I was given a free coffee and an apology for having to wait. I felt guilty, the wait wasn’t bad. Two days ago I walked inside and received speedy service and That was with an employee training a new hire.
Bless the amazing people who work here. I don’t think I worked as hard when I was a flight attendant.

I really only come here to buy espresso beans when I can’t be bothered to go anywhere else, but they always have them in stock and there is something to be said about that.
As far as drinks – the drive-​thru can take an astonishingly long time but they are a fairly new location so I’m sure that problem will iron itself out when they become more established with consistent staff.
Parking is plentiful, there is outside seating, and there is WiFi. Easy access to the 8 freeway and there is a 76 gas station right across the street which usually has good prices. I don’t really know what else you need to know about this Sbux.

Spacious, bright, and friendly service.
I was a little torn when I saw that Starbucks was opening since I’m pretty loyal to the local little drive through coffee joints but it’s nice to have them here since the other spots usually close early in the afternoon. Plus I’m a fan of plopping down into one of their comfy chairs to get some work done.

Thank you, God! The old Blockbuster Video store location has sat empty for a while now in the Midway district. But Hallelujah & Praise the Lord! A new Starbucks with a drive thru is set to officially open in the old Blockbuster spot on September 24, 2013!
There can not be better news for me since this puts the Java Joint that I am (unfortunately) hooked on within four blocks of my pad! For sure within a 5 minute bike ride! This is fabulous news.
On Monday, Sept. 23, I attended a «soft opening» and was very taken with the brand new store. New manager Amy was very gracious and I made sure to remind her that it is important to keep things quiet at her new store, as the bedrooms of the nearby condos lookout on the Starbucks drive-​thru in the back. No need to excite the condo dwellers with lots of racket in the early a.m. or late p.m.
Best thing about the new place is a very generous use of space. This is a big Starbucks – much like the roomy one on Rosecrans in Point Loma. There is plenty of room, a cute little outdoor courtyard with umbrellas and plenty of retail space that holds sandwiches, salads, smoothies and water for sale.
Absolutely the nicest people I met who will be the new employees.
