I ordered pizza from here, and they entered the wrong exp #. My card was declined. After calling my bank, I called the pizza place back. They had entered the wrong exp date. With no remorse, they told me what I owed them and hung up on me!!! I’ve never dealt with a more rude pizza company. I’m paying good $$ to stay on the beach and they could care less.

The pizza is decently good, but the customer service is atrocious. Guy at the counter couldn’t find my order, and then when he finally went and checked the computer didn’t apologize for giving me attitude but just barked out my total to me. I waited a few more minutes for my order and when he gave my pizzas to me didn’t give me my side sauces. I didn’t realize right away as sauce isn’t really a big deal. When I got home however my roommate who I was splitting the meal with wanted her ranch and I had no ranch to give her. The store was a decent distance away so we figured no big deal just call and get a refund for that part of the order, shouldn’t be a problem. However the rude employee on the phone not only acted like I was an idiot for wanting a refund but told me there was absolutely no way he could issue one. The only way to avoid paying for a product I did not receive would be to make another purchase from their establishment where I’d have a credit for sauces. I don’t plan on returning after being huffed at by multiple employees so I just said forget it and hung up. Highly doubt I’ll return ever again to this location, I’d rather go out of my way another mile to deal with pleasant employees.

Just got great pizza from here! We were impressed with their promptness. I mean this is Dominos, the delivery time is so important, & they’ve got it down.

I feel so awful for the workers here. When I arrived at this dominos location I could not believe the temperature inside there! I was immediately sweating, and the employees were dripping with sweat it was actually very gross that they were cooking my food.

Pizza is life and Dominos has always been my favorite. Every time I order from this location, they never miss a beat. They always get my food here earlier than expected AND their delivery drivers are friendly.

Staying at a hotel on vacation. Went online to see if there was a Dominos that would deliver to our location. Very excited because they have GF pizza. They do make a strong disclaimer that it is made around other non GF items and to eat at your own risk if you are highly sensitive, which I am. I didn’t have any problems, not sure if that is because I’ve been glutend almost every night and I’m getting used to it, or because they did a good job keeping it from any gluten. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt. They also got everything perfect and they delivered it faster than I had expected. I never even checked the tracker! Thanks for a great experience!

Domino’s pizza is Domino’s pizza. I ordered 4 pizzas for carryout and they wanted to charge me for red pepper/​cheese packets. Really?
I’m done with this place.

Forgot my ranch for the wings two times now, WTH.

AWFUL. Awful everytime.
Unfortunately I love this place, but Im disappointed everytime. The breading on pastabowls or pizza never has the yummy garlic butter flavoring. Everything is slopping and staff is just unfortunate.
I have ordered more than one time having to wait double the time because it wasn’t started. There is not enough supervision or care in this specific location.
Very unfortunate. I have written multiple reviews and I never hear back about it.

Everything is ordered there has been perfect actually it’s been one of the best dumbness pizza and breadsticks and sandwiches that I’ve ever had they actually could get better than any other dominoes I don’t really know how to explain that but if you a great job delivery is fast and the people or courteous and polite and kind.

Decided to give Domino’s a try after a ten year absence. I heard several years ago that they overhauled their ingredients and had made great strides with their pies. Ordered a carry out special but did not notice until after I left that they had overbilled me. The pizza was what I remembered from the past, boring with a forgettable crust.
Won’t try chain pizza again.

I have been ordering consistently from this Domino’s since I have lived in O.B. for almost a decade. Usually my orders are perfect, tonight my pie was not what I had ordered. I just wanted the 6.00 for the pizza refunded to my card. The manager did not identify herself when speaking with her first. Second, she was so rude and disrespectful to me I then requested to be refunded for my full order. The food was always great, but even with my order refunded you lost a loyal customer. Thank you for the refund Dawnella.

Read the reviews! This place has the WORST customer service and don’t brother calling the manager because she’s the rudest of them all. They got my order wrong and called me a liar. Finally was able to get them to send out a driver and he only bought us a partial correction. gave up after that.
One star for the delivery guy because he was really nice.

First of all, the dominoes app NEVER works for this store. The crappy part, is that it allows you to go all the way through your order before it tells you it’s not working. I’ve called this store multiple times and the customer service is always the worst I’ve ever experienced. They always forget the. Marinara sauce a and frosting (even when you make SURE to ask specifically for it). Also, they’ve gotten my order wrong EVERY single time. This last time was so bad I decided to write on here…
I called and the guy that answered the phone was incredibly rude. (Let’s keep in mind that this store is LESS than 2 miles from my house).
Guy: «dominoes, what can I get you»
Me: «hi! I’d like to order a pizza to be delivered.»
Guy: «where do you live»
Me: «(I tell him my address)»
Guy: «where is that?» (With an attitude)
Me: «close to NTC»
Guy: «k, but like where?» (With more attitude)
Me: «ummm… Within a mile of the airport???»
Guy: «call the marine base and have them deliver to you. We don’t deliver where you live»
Me: «ok? I don’t live on a base, sooooo???»
*awkward silence*
Me: whatever I’m calling OB dominoes, bye.
WHAT. THE. HELL???

So I’ve had multiple instances where I have ordered pizza from this store and have had poor experiences. I always order giving the benefit of the doubt but every time I am let down. From the pizza ALWAYS being burnt, them forgetting to add the sauces that they charge for when I order them, incorrect orders, slow service, and horrible attitudes on the phone (to the point where I only order online now). I’m done with this store and how horrible it represents the company, because I actually like dominos or else I wouldn’t have given this place so many tries. Whatever you do, go to a different location of you really want this place, they just plain suck.

Worst customer service EVER. SERIOUSLY I had to Breakdown my address at least 20 times to a employee named Ryan for him to just get it wrong every time! Every time. It was ridiculous. All for him to tell me he doesn’t deliver to this address. Then I asked to speak to a manager and he said she was busy. So I said I’ll wait. He was hesitant to put me on hold and kept telling me she was busy. Then dawn i believe her name was the manager was SO RUDE TO ME! Interrupting me and making matters even worse. Good job dominos. I called mcrd location and they were very helpful. Get it together all I was trying to do was order a pizza.

The pizza was really good. I liked the pizza where I ordered pineapple and bacon. Usually I keep kosher, but I couldn’t help with how good the bacon looked. Every bite was better than the last. I chose hand tossed pizza, I made a great choice. People ask me why I like dominos so much. Why? It’s because it is the best. Plain and simple. If you are looking for a great pineapple bacon pizza look no further kimosabe… You found it! And BOOM goes the dynamite.

Ordered food and my food was wrong, I called and they blamed it on me, but they would «make it right» by remaking it and charging a delivery fee. Not only did I not want to hear that but also heard it in a rude tone. If you get my order wrong don’t charge me delivery fee and a tip. Other dominos I’ve experienced actually go by their guarantee «if you’re not completely satisfied with your dominos pizza experience, we will make it right», this dominos does not live up to that and remove that guarantee from their box.
