Starbucks

Asked for an Americano Ristretto with no room. Get an Americano with Room that was pulled long. All the while the three baristas are to busy talking to each other to fix the issues.

Clean store. Super fast and friendly service! Jason is one of the nicest baristas I’ve ever encountered in a Starbucks! Coffee served fresh and hot. Kudos to this location!

Standard Starbucks as far as the coffee. My drink is still the same as it is in other stores in San Diego, Australia, Bali, etc. the difference is that at this location they charge extra for if you would like just a touch of steamed soy or milk added to the drink. I’m not asking for a latte for free, just a little steamed topper. The explanation: covers labor cost. So let me get this straight: if I need you to actually do your job (that you’re getting a handsome hourly plus great benefits for already) then I as a customer am forced to pay an extra $.60? Perhaps you’d like to charge me because you have to walk around the counter to fill up the creamer thermos. Or perhaps I should be charged more if I you are forced to put the coffee sleeve on for me as well.
I go to Starbucks all over the world. This is the only one I get charged extra for a little topper of steamed soy. This really isn’t about the extra $ but more the fact that I’m being charged «for the labor» (direct quote from the millennial behind the counter). I don’t want to be charged extra for you to do something that clearly falls under the job title of «Barrista.»
I won’t be back to this location. I don’t as much band for my buck «labor-​wise» as I do at other locations.

Starbucks is my place. This is a good Starbucks and their employees are great. Sweetest Baylee and Tristan. So adorable. Food and drinks as good as any other but customer service is beyond awesome!

As Starbucks go, this is a great option in the Rosecrans area– It’s a good size, with plenty of place to sit and read, clean bathrooms and excellent service. Despite the location, it’s actually not Homeless H.Q. as one would expect, and they keep it clean at the creamer stations.
The barristas are professionals here, and I’ve noticed that they always keep actual coffee, fresh coffee, on tap, no matter what the hour. This is one of my acid tests for an S-​Bucks these days– As silly as it sounds, how is the coffee? So many people don’t drink actual coffee anymore, that many locations let the real stuff sit there longer than necessary, and rarely have dark on tap anytime past 9 AM. For all of you Half Caf Soy Latte 3 Pump Caramel Drizzle Whipped Skinny Cow Americano drinkers out there, they do it right. But if you just want a hot cup of Joe, served up by a decent person, this is the location for you. Recommended!

I would give 5 stars. There’s one employee, Danielle, that is consistently rude or condescending to myself and other customers. I work in customer service, I understand how annoying it is sometimes to fix a mistake when someone asks. However, I was given maybe a ¾ filled cup just because I asked for light ice. I understand it’s the same amount. I ask for light ice because I don’t like that a majority of the cup has ice in it, and I’ve never had an issue with anyone else making it that way. Danielle got annoyed when I asked and said «it said light ice on there» and I said «yes but the cup isn’t filled, I don’t mean to be a pain I’m sorry» so she grabs my cup, goes and puts juice in it and throws a new lid on top and doesn’t look at me or say a word. I apologized because now I feel like an asshole for asking to fill my cup. I’m here almost everyday and have never had an issue with anyone else. 5 stars otherwise for both service and performance.
By the way, the blonde manager is amazing. Such a sweet guy, he makes my mornings more pleasant!

Employees are super friendly, and the coffee is the quality is what you would expect. But the internet… but the internet,… Omg!!! Terrible!
I think it is 21k dial up!

I love Starbucks coffee!!! However, it is time to leave this place because the internet is a myth!!!

love this location! The staff is always so polite, friendly, fast and are overall great baristas. Plenty of seating in and outside and perfectly located in one of my favorite shopping locations with ulta, TJMAXX, home goods and more!

Friendly staff, great seating, and plenty power outlets. You can’t ask for much more.

People are really friendly here! The Starbucks is big so it doesn’t seem so cluttery when people walk in. A great place to just work and relax while having a good refreshment.

Never disappointed at this location!
I had 3 Starbucks rewards (one for birthday and two for the 12 stars). The birthday one and one of the two other rewards were expiring on July 11^th so I redeemed them on the 11^th (at a different location) and thought I still had my other one (expiring on July 27^th). Turns out my two rewards (not the birthday one) were marked as used and my birthday one expired (today being the 13^th), leaving me with no free drink/​food to redeem. I only saw this today because it takes about 24 hours to refresh and went over to the closest Starbucks.
I told the barista, Cathy, what had happened (showing her my transactions) and she said she’d take care of it.
THANK YOU! My 12 stars didn’t go to waste!
I had a picture of the drink I wanted and showed it to her. It was the mint chocolate chip frap. A green tea frap with peppermint syrup and java chips.
Cathy made it PERFECT. VERY delicious: D
She also added some extra drizzles and sprinkles to make it special.
People like her know how to make a person’s day :)

The service alone makes this a 5 star operation. Their baristas here know their regulars.

First time at this location and 3 stars for the following:
— located in a plaza with an Ulta, TJ Maxx, Sprouts… how convenient
— plenty of parking
— quick to serve
— clean environment
— free wi-​fi
Only problem was, I ordered lite ice and was given normal/​a lot of ice. This isn’t the only Starbucks that fails to listen to this request of mine though… I just hate when Starbucks does this; I don’t go in to buy a huge cup of ice, I want my drink!!! Paying $ 4+ for a venti cup of ice seems a bit absurd to me.

If you’ve been to one Starbucks you’ve been to them all. However, it should be noted that this one is very clean, inviting and the staff are friendly and courteous. It’s easy to find, and parking is generally easy.

Quick service. Employees are nice, and drinks are right on point. Nice place to relax following an afternoon of paddleboarding. Chill atmosphere and parking not bad.

Being a former black apron partner I know a thing about starbucks customer service. Let me tell you, Ty is AMAZING! This man should have his own store. Super friendly, made my drinks quickly and efficiently! He went out of his way to find me the gift card I was looking for and made me feel like I was extremely welcome there. I’ll be sure to come back to THIS starbucks (even though there are two closer to my house). Good job Ty! Never stop being so awesome :)

My favorite part of work is taking my breaks here. Ty is so friendly and always greets me by name and makes me feel important! My drinks are always on point and the rest of the staff is super friendly as well. This is my favorite location out of the many Starbucks I pass through out my day and so far the only one with such a warm team. I don’t feel like just a customer that they want to get in and out as soon as they can. They take time to explain answers to my silly questions and I ALWAYS feel valued. :)

How do you not like Starbuck’s? Had to come here to get my Latte. It’s so hard to find a real good cup of coffee anywhere else.

This Starbucks has the BEST customer service!!! Baylee and Ty hooked it up with some great laughs and even better drinks! Love this Starbucks! I wish I could give it 10 stars!
