Not enough staff. Feel bad for employees. Impossible to deliver quality customer service with two team members. Won’t be coming back.

This Starbucks is inside target. Still serves all the drinks and snacks in the original Starbucks menu. Today was 95 – 100 degrees and the barista gladly gave me 2 trenta ice waters with a smile on her face. Happy Sunday!

Worst customer service experience here. I go to Starbucks on a daily basis and they consistently get my order right and have great customer service. But apparently this location doesn’t follow suit. The girl at the register seems like she hates her job– not even a fake smile or greeting. She just stood there quietly staring off, too busy to take my order. I was already irritated and then by the time my drink was ready, not only did it take a while but they got it wrong. Then gave me attitude about it and wanted me to pay the difference even though it had already been paid for. I seriously get the same exact drink every time I come five times a week and so I know that it’s $ 5.45 every single time. Loud, rude, I will not be giving this location my business again.

Decent Starbucks. Only place to get coffee in the mall. Service is generally pretty slow. They do have a big seating area by the windows.

Officially done with the target Starbucks and Starbucks period! I work in the same shopping center and After months of getting wrong drinks and having to go back for the right ones today was the last straw. A new girl took my order couldn’t figure out how to ring me up after 10 mins she finally got it right granted I realized a venti black tea in a trenta cup with extra ice must be the most complex drink they have… NOT! Anyhoo I return for a refill pay and then 10 mins after I order she looks at the receipt I offered to her for the refill mind u and says this is from yesterday so we can’t give u a refill plus it’s for a venti… I said yes I know I ordered a venti in a trenta cup duh u rang me out earlier. Uhhhhh the girl says. so stupid to argue with someone after they have paid and waited bye bye BUCKs I’ll be going to coffee bean they’re better anyway!

The service at this location is hit or miss. Keep in mind this is not a corporate Starbucks, I believe some baristas lack skills or have not been properly trained. For example, today I was the only customer so the barista got to work and began to steam the milk. She also brewed the espresso directly into the paper cup. Another customer walked up to the counter so she walked away for 2 – 3 minutes to take another order and retrieve pastries. She came back to finish assembling my drink after the shot expired minutes earlier and the steamed milk had been sitting. I asked her if she realized the espresso expired, she seemed to be confused then said it doesn’t expire because it was brewed into the syrup. This goes against everything Starbucks is about. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because its possible she wasn’t properly trained on how to craft the drinks. This has happened at this location before, something to keep in mind.

The people in the drive through are nice but again today I was given the wrong drink. I learned from before to double check label when they hand the drink but today it had the right label but was still wrong. When I called they again said I could drive back and they would make it right. Not worth the gas to do it. Guess I will go to another company when I decide to treat myself to a drink. Disappointed.

let me just say… GREAT service. but my drink came out a bit watery. I ordered the iced caramel macchiato. I’ve had it at many different starbucks locations, and I have to say that this place didn’t do it too well.

Thank God this Target facelift is almost finished. It is now possible to drive in that parking lot and get into this soon-to-be Super Taget without a lot of construction equipment in your way. Today I ran in and noticed a brand new, sparkling Starbucks had opened, conveniently-as soon as you walk in the door. The new Food Court area looks very nice too. I had some money left on my Starbucks Gold card and thought why not check it out? That same great, strong java and nice people eager to help you. These Starbucks employees are still innocent tabula rosas without that snide barista attitude found at some other Starbucks in trendy areas. Who better watch out now for a slide in sales is that horrible drive-thru Sports Arena Starbucks down the street! Slow lines that crawl at a snail’s pace inside and mean chicks that refuse to give refills to disabled customers in the drive-thru line. The new Target Starbucks opened this past Monday, August 1st. It certainly is a welcome addition to the area shopping scene!
