I think over the years the stuff here has really improved. I really like how improve in their staff.

Friendly solid service here… they were passing out samples of drinks and cookies with a smile. This little boy kept coming back and grabbed a bunch of cookies… I wanted to slap his hands and his parents didn’t care. He kept touching all the cookies and then picked up a few, left and came back. Odd. I enjoyed a Handcrafted Very Berry Hibiscus Starbucks Refreshers … sampled the Cool Lime and it was too sweet so gave the berry a whirl and it was refreshing w/a hint of sugar.

Overcharged for my cinnamon dolce latte, and it wasn’t one of the best I’ve had either.

Ordered an orange juice and Asiago bagel; got a raisin bagel — not heated and not sliced, all for nearly $ 9! Never again.

Starbucks at the airport is always good, especially when you’re struggling to wake up because the shuttle dropped you off way too early!

The option for coffee in terminal 2 They seem proficient and produce a decent cup of coffee as ordered. Happy to have the option — so i’ll take what i can get! Unfortunately no freebies with your starbucks card — but it is like buying one in a target starbucks — not a real bucks, but until the«liquid» ban is lifted at security — i’m happy to take what i can get!

So rude. And never gives me the free soy I’m supposed to get with my registered card. I would ask to get my 55 cents except the people in the line behind me may kill me. *this is for the one inside terminal 1, not outside the security line.

Morning awaiting my son to arrive. Time to kill over an Americano. Used my Starbucks card and was stunned that they charged for my flavoring. Card users«qualify» for perks like free syrups. Sliding the card through the cash register usually yields the perks earned, but not here. When I called attention to this the barista/cashier told me that«this is not a real Starbucks» and that they charge for everything. And I will note that the three women working there that morning of Dec 22d were very lack luster in their work as well as their attitudes. Joe Nikhan, the HMS Host manager for this facility was surprised when I called him(his name and number was on the receipt) and was concerned. He was not aware of the Starbucks card perks and said that he would look into it. Am sure he will… seriously. So, if he has not sync’ed his cash registers to accommodate the cards, give him a call. Joe sounds like a good businessman.

The only bad thing about this place is looooooooooooooooooooong line that forms every morning it opens up. By every morning I mean Mondays when I am there. If I have a flight after 10am the line is ok. I find the service fine but I usually just have a Misto so that’s pretty easy to do.

I recently had the misfortune of getting my morning fix at this sbux. The line was slow, the service was lackluster at best and they got my drink wrong. It is a real hassle to try and get them to fix a drink once you have stepped away from the busy little window.

if there was anywhere else to get coffee after going through TSA, I would absolutely not spend my money here. I am a regular at Starbucks and a former barista. I suppose they can give such awful service because where else can you go unless you’re bringing a 3oz. coffee in a ziploc bag through TSA?

This Starbucks is located in the United Rotunda of Terminal 1 at San Diego International Airport. Ordered a tall, iced double shot latte. Strong and delicious!
