Great little shop. Fresh organic fruits and snacks. The owner knows that i’m vegan and always lets me know when he gets any vegan products in. Located inside the Mission Valley YMCA. Great stop for pre or post workout meals and snacks.

Affordable. Wait… Cheap! Tons of great healthy options. Açai, coffee and hot food as well. Plus, Shiraz is genuine. I’ll be posting up for an after workout meal and drink each time. Thanks for a great café/​deli Shiraz!

Shiraz Café is inside the Mission Valley YMCA. I hate this place because I spend $ 20+ a week extra on protein shakes, sandwiches, etc. haha. It’s such a clean and friendly little shop that I frequent it often. All the protein shakes are dynamite. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Everything is very ‘fresh’ and they have it all from fresh fruit to wheat grass to chicken salad sandwiches to chocolate peanut butter protein shakes= mmm my fav. High Quality, Delicious, Clean, Friendly. Definitely check it out!

I gave this snack bar 1 star for not taking credit cards under $ 5.00 I was buying yogurt and juice for my son after swim class and did not have cash, and there was no ATM. I offered to pay an extra $ 1.00 to help them for the credit card processing fees. They said no. So they lost a sale and have a pissed off customer.
