The staff and service is amazing every time I go! If you’re near a Peet’s and you like pumpkin, try the Chai Pumpkin Latte, it’s Sooooo yummy! They also have the most delicious apple tart! Plus if you check in on Unilocal they have coupons! Today I got $ 1 of for checking in! SCORE!

Service is consistently excellent. Coffee & tea are great as well. Atmosphere is very good, mostly locals. Good promos too. Café is in a great one stop shopping location for much here ~ Frozen yogurt, Subway, laundry cleaners, great pharmacy & supermarket stores all within this shopping center.

Very rude service, I’d stay out if there if I were you. After 16 bucks worth drinks and pastries, they don’t call out my name when handing me the latte. Thanks I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Additionally, I asked them to heat my croissant, and the girl who had taken my order quickly said «we can’t do that» and runs behind the coffee machines, no eye contact, no explanation. I deal with customers myself, if there’s a company policy that prevents me from complying with their requests, I make sure to explain to them just that. Also, I treat all customers the same way. I would say that if someone seems like they’re from «out of town», I make sure to treat even better. Here I am, a native of LA getting coffee in San Diego and I felt like some sort of foreigner.
Now please tell me if you would email their customer service to change this review?

Internet is the worst. Can’t get an email to send. I’ve had this problem the last 3 times I’ve been here. I return hoping the problem is fixed after letting baristas know but still hasn’t been fixed. Real problem. Unfortunately I won’t be returning until someone can let me know Internet has been upgraded to better service.
Staff is really friendly though!

Relaxing interior with mellow café style music playing in the background. The baristas are cheerful and nice. My bf got the House Blend (dark roast) and I got the Café Solano (medium roast) and we both enjoyed our coffee very much so. We ended up staying there for more than an hour because we were that tired from a day of touring Sunset Cliffs and Point Loma. They have whole beans to sell too, and next time I am around, I will buy myself a pack to go!

I think their drinks might be the best corporate coffee drinks. The staff here is amazing. Whatever they might lack in drinks they make up for in service. The location is primo and they can make drinks for-​here in delightful dishes. There’s an outdoor patio and lots of indoor seating and electrical outlets.
This is just a really nice and chill location perfect for reading books alone or meeting up with friends.
Also FREE wi-​fi! But it’s sometimes slow.

THE BEST PEET’S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, (AND I HAVE BEEN TO A LOT). Warm, friendly staff, fast service, and great coffee drinks. Their honey bran muffins are to die for! And there is a great outdoor area to sit in as you enjoy your treats. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

It may just be me, but I miss the Blended Freddos. Javivas are decent drinks, but the Blended Freddos were amazing. I was never disappointed with the Freddos, however Javivas have been more of a gamble of flavor that usually taste more like syrup with a little bit of coffee added. I am hoping that the baristas are just slowly adjusting to the new way of preparing their blended drinks. I really don’t want to adventure out for a new coffee shop that has amazing blended coffee.

I’ve had issues with Alex a couple of times. Waiting for him to be transferred to another store. He has been rude on a couple of occasions when I’ve been in the store.

My husband and I come here at least twice a week. We love this place. The baristas are excellent and the entire staff is super friendly and have great memories for your order.
The pastries are fresh. The coffee is hot. What more could you want?
We will continue to come here because it’s like visiting family. Family that provides you that feeling of being human.
The hibiscus breeze is also great provided you aren’t in the mood for coffee as well. :-)

I am a huge fan of PEETS but of this location, I am just okay.
You cannot argue the quality of coffee and tea! I will never question this!
Service is good but could be a bit better. I had an issue but will say this… It was taken care of by the manager Greg. He is an excellent manager who takes of the customer and trains with the employees.

Very spacious (for a Peet’s Coffee), clean, good service, and ample parking lot. Coffee seems to taste better at this place for some odd reason but I’m not complaining!

Internet is pretty fast, employees are super nice to the point where if you come here enough times they will remember your name.

–Not sure what’s going on with mgt/​staff in this location, but having to wait every time for them to brew standard coffee is seriously annoying.
–Wifi is slow or sometimes just doesn’t work at all.
+Peet’s has the best coffee.
+Nice, relaxed environment in this location.

It’s been a few years since I visited this Peet’s location and not much has changed here — in a good way! I did my Unilocal check-​in before entering the shop and found immediately that I had a dollar off offer for a Mayan mocha!
Have to say I’m not crazy about cayenne pepper in a latte but this was not overpowering and the mocha in the latte was every bit as good as any I’ve had in a latte in the past. And of course, Peet’s tends to have elegant classical music surrounding your coffee experience — very relaxing!
I have always had nothing but great service here! The baristas know their coffees and desserts well. Hard to believe anyone would have a bad experience at this Peet’s shop!

I stopped by Peet’s on my way over the hill from Sunset Cliffs to Point Loma Seafoods. I noticed they had a $ 1 off check in special on the Unilocal app on the Matcha blends so I decided on the Pure Matcha Green Tea with vanilla Freddo with out whipped cream and petite lemon currant scone. (

The Green Matcha was good, and the flavor of the Japanese Green Matcha Tea Leaves came through strongly. The freddo was frothy, refreshing, and had a light minty green color. (
) The petite scone was good, but the lemon flavor was lacking. (
) The dough was dense, moist, and slightly flaky. (
) I good little treat to have with my freddo.
The service was friendly and patient. They have plenty of seating inside and out, and their WiFi is pretty strong. The place had a comfortable feeling inside.
