Patio Grill

Service was horrible! I waited for 50 min. and did not get my food. The group behind me got their food first. Another lady who was right behind me but was standing before that group was also upset. She was also waiting for 45 min. & did not get her food. When I inquired about the extended wait time and how the group behind us got their food first, the girl who took the order just said my pizza was still in the oven. I was so upset and asked for the manager. It took 10 min. for the manager to come out. I asked for my $$ back and explained what happened. No one apologized. They were rude and unprofessional. Horrible service and attitude. I will never come back and do not recommend anyone to go there.

Only been here once, had the 12″ cheese and ice tea, and will definitely be back for more. I swear they must put crack or something cuz I’m hooked and I need my fix!

The turkey and avocado sandwich was pretty good. Needed more avocado definitely. The garlic mayo took the sandwich to another level. Good spot to grab food and take it to the beach. My girls were loving the ranch too.

While strolling the beach area I experienced some hunger pangs and this place caught my eye. Approaching the counter there was no one there and I thought it was closed. I moved past but came back by a few minutes later and now there was a counter person. I ordered a hamburger & fires. I asked for a glass of water but they don’t serve free water and offered to sell me bottled water. No one was in line ahead of me and it didn’t take long for the order to come up. It came sans condiments so I went to the giant ketchup bottle at the counter. I cautiously pumped it but nothing came out… applying a bit more pressure a monster blob shot out giving me about thrice the amount I would normally use. The mustard pump worked fine but sadly, there was no mayo available. On first bite the most noticeable thing was that the burger was barely warm. By the time I finished I was eating cold meat (yuck). I would compare this burger, in size and make-​up, to a BK burger. Though, besides BK severing hot food, the Patio burger had fresh lettuces and tomato. The thin sliced french fries were very good, hot, fresh, and crispy. They do provide very nice patio seating under umbrellas with great views of the midway.

I was driving around looking for a place to get some food. I saw a big roller coaster and shops, so I decided to stop there to get some grub. After finding a parking spot, I saw performers dancing on the sidewalk. Reminded me of Venice Beach or 3^rd Street in Santa Monica/​Santa Monica Pier. I walked around the Wave House and saw Flowboarders. Their pizza display caught my attention. I bought 5 slices for my daughter, my wife, and for myself. As I drove back to our hotel (The Dana), the aroma of the cheese pizza made me really hungry! The cheese was thick and gooey. The first bite I took gave me a boner. It was either the taste that made me go boing boing boing or watching my wife eat a really good gooey pizza. Yeah… it’s that good.
